I had a slightly less than desirable experience there, they called me to apologize. That meant a lot, they offered several ways to make it up to me. That was a classy move and I feel like they were sincere in their apology. Those big time brands often act like they don’t care about one person because they have millions of other customers. This store did NOT act like that and treated me like a valued customer. Someone that came there to spend their hard earned money. Not just a guy that didn’t get his way. Thanks guys!

It was one of the best experiences in a cellular store that I’ve had so far, they were really helpful if I had to go back I go back to the store in Chickasha Oklahoma the reps there we’re very knowledgeable and didn’t hesitate to save me money and find me a good deal on a phone 10/10

I went in to see about going from prepaid to the postpaid plan. Amrish helped me get a brand new iPhone. It was easy and she was very helpful and informative. She has followed up with me several times to make sure everything was going well! When I’m ready to upgrade I will definitely go back!

We may have had some issues in the beginning but the manager over the store- Lin went what I felt like above and beyond what most would do to help us get our stuff taken care of and I am thankful for that!!!!!

The last few times I have been in the store I was never acknowledged or greeted by one of the 3 employees working. I also stood in line for over 15 minutes just to pay my cell phone bill with no one ever even looking up. Then, after finally being next and letting them know I needed to pay my bill, the man said well if you are paying with cash you know we do not give change back? WHAT BUSINESS THAT TAKES YOUR CASH AND SELLS MERCHANDISE IN THE STORE CANNOT GIVE YOUR CHANGE BACK? Just a complete awful experience and I will not go back into the Chickasha store again for anything, I would rather drive to Norman and get good service. I am also deeply considering switching carriers. Customer service is everything in a successful business and the employees that represent it are as well in either a positive or negative way. 💯 #disappointed

Great help from Amish! She got us the new phones and was able to help me with what I had to pay down that day! Only issue I had was they did not have the origin phone I went in for and then had to get upgrading phones just to get the color I wanted. Still no complaints, just wasn’t ready for the new update phone at that moment. Lol Thanks for all your help girl!!!

I had a wonderful experience the today in Verizon wireless! I have had bad experiences in the past with other carriers but Amrish was extremely a pleasure! Her customer was terrific and she answered everything with a smile I appreciated all she assisted me with!

UPDATE: so I’m changing my post from the worst experience to cellular sales in Chickasha has the best manager who actually cares! So after my horrible experience, the manager Linn reached out to my husband and I. He cares deeply about his customers and wanted to fix this bad situation. I really appreciated this! We visited the store and he fixed all the problems we had had! He is just the nicest person! If anyone has a problem with their phones or service they received, they should just go talk to Linn! Thanks Linn for all your help!This was the worst cell phone experience ever and I’m not happy AT ALL! So my husband and I were in search of a new cell phone provider, so we left AT&T and chose to go to Verizon. We visited the local Verizon store aka Cellular Sales in Chickasha, OK. We go in and are greeted by Jacob who was very nice. I explained to him that we were leaving AT&T because of the always high bills, and that my main goal was to lower my cell phone bill. I told him that we needed 3 lines and that my husband and I have always been iPhone users and that our daughter was a android user. So with that being said, we were going to need new phones, but I was concerned about the prices of the phones per moth in order to keep our bill as low as possible. I came into the store with a iPhone X 256gb. He told us that the only iPhone that was low in price per month was the iPhone SE and it was 16 something per month, but that there was some special in which you could get the Motorola Z4 for only $10 per month. He kept stressing that we could bring back the Motorola within 14 days if we were not happy with them. I did ask him several times what the cost would be out the door with the Motorola Z4; as I didn’t want to have to pay a lot in store. He told us that for under $50 in store we could get 3 phones with screen protectors and cases for all of them. At one point one employee Kirstie called him over to where she was and had a conversation with him. I found out what she had said to him a few days later when we made our 3rd trip to the store because Jacob never set up my phone. She had told him that he needed to tell us about getting the iPhone 11 for only $6 PER MONTH, with having to pay a little more in store. WHAT????? He NEVER NEVER NEVER MENTIONED THIS TO US! She also told him that we would not be happy with those Motorola Z4’s, since all we have ever had was iPhones. WHY DIDNT HE TELL US ABOUT THE IPHONE 11??? Well I’ll tell you why...dishonesty because I’m assuming he gets a higher commission on androids vs iPhones.

I came in today with questions about my bill. It was higher then what I was originally told by the rep named Bethany. When I came in last month because my jetpack had went out she never mentioned to me it was still with in the one year warranty I found that out after calling in to customer service which made me aware of it. Instead she told me I could add a new one which is why my bill was raised higher and lied to me about having my other jetpack canceled on my account. I want to say thank you so much to the nice young girl named Amish who stayed late and on the phone with customer care until my account was straightened out. Also thank you to the manager who also helped me with my account.

Chickasha Verizon store has a young lady with blondish hair who was more then willing to sale me a new phone but very unwilling to help me with any other issue. She never introduced herself and didnt stop playing with her phone while I was sitting across from her. Since she didnt introduce herself I have no idea what her name is but I am considering leaving Verizon because of the poor customer service.

I thought this was a corporate location and it is not. Difference is when you go to a corporate location like in Norman you get a very knowledgeable staff and trained experts who dont lie to you about plans and phones. Please dont make the same mistakes I have made with dealing with franchise owners. They are not trained the same way. The store in Lawton is also the same owners and not corporate like in Chickasha. No better than cells-u-more.

They are a lot higher than several other cell phone store. I will be going somewhere else for cell phone service.

** WARNING ** I will not call HER out by name but there is a LIAR working at the chickasha store. DO NOT TRUST anything they tell you its all LIES from Rebates, bill credits to bill ammount ALL LIES. We were given a test phone before we switched service 2 months and 8 days ago had perfect service on the test phone and now that we switched our service has rapidly declined. We was told our bill would be $333.00 our 1st bill was $700.00. We go and complain about the 1st bill and was told that our 2nd bill will be hardly anything because all the promotional codes wasnt on the 1st Bill okay so we got our 2nd bill and it was $381.00 again NOTHING like she said it would be. We had rebates for changing our numbers never seen them she never even submitted them.* BEWARE* if you go to Verizon you will get screwed. ** BEWARE **
