Very disappointed..... Never had such a horrible fast food experience!!!! Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich combo and they said I had to wait 6 minutes for fresh chicken which was fine. Till I got home to eat it... My 1st bite felt like I was eating rubber and it came apart in thick strings when I took it apart to make sure it was cooked. But I was absolutely starving so thought I would try one more bite.... But couldnt eat it. So while trying to figure out what to do I decided to call and see if there was something they could do as my sandwich wasnt edible. So the employee asked if that order was fresh and I could hear the other employee say yes it was fresh. My reply was well I waited the extra 6 minutes for It to be fresh. And I said well I couldnt eat it bc it was to gross and the guy said well it was deep fried for 6 minutes and they just follow the recipe that is given for cooking and there isnt anything they can do about it. So needless to say wont be going there again. And now I feel so sick actually made me sick to my stomach.
Very irritated the girl at the counter today decided to school my daughter on the mask mandate. Preferably it would have been advisable for her to address myself as the parent- the requirement is for 12 and up and she had just suffered a chronic nose bleed. Better ways to handle a difficult situation for both parties.
Order completed very quickly. Staff very friendly and even said my grand daughter was very cute and said hi to her. Ice cream was great
I have not been to the Dairy Queen on 3rd ave in Prince George since November of 2018 when I went there to order 6 cheese burgers to go. I asked for them to be cooked fresh and that I didnt mind waiting. When I looked back into the kitchen, 2 employees were frowning back at me while a 3rd was staring at me with wide eyes and his mouth open witch I thought was odd. My order was ready quite fast as well and when I opened them 5 minutes later at home they were not even remotely warm. They had given Me pre-cooked burgers that they had not even warmed up on purpose to Teach Me a lesson for requesting them to be fresh cooked. Today I was feeling like getting some Onion rings from somewhere so I thought I would try to see if the Owner had possibly changed in the last 2 years. but after reading the most recent review I believe I will keep avoiding this Restaurant for the foreseeable future.
Best soft ice cream in town. I would even go as far as claiming it to he the best in the world.

They tend to run hot and cold, a large vanilla cone varies greatly in size depending on whos working the window. Even though they are suppose to scale each cone, they dont so its buyer beware, you might win one time and get shorted the next...

Bought a medium cone for my daughter and a cotton candy dipped large and the large was smaller then the medium.

Usually very good, especially on hot day, i love me some i team, ordered 2 number 1 combos and didnt get any fries.... didnt find out until i got home. My fault for not checking, but damn.. 5 stars otherwise.
Very Disappointed. Ordered a double smokehouse burger with large fris and was given a double cheese burger with small fris, not to mention the pattie was cold as well. When I called there I was informed perhaps the guys forgot to microwave the burger, if you want to drive back we can exchange it No, I do not want to drive back and waste my gas and time on their mistake. Flame grilled burgers .. you mean microwaved burgers. What happened to offering a replacement meal next time I go through or a refund? TERRIBLE!
Slow service, I should not be waiting 25 minutes for two blizzards with no one in front of us, and the manager/owner (older lady) is quite rude.
I always get a blizzard with chocolate ice cream, but when I went here they said they cant make them with chocolate ice cream only vanilla ice cream... But then how can I of had it with chocolate ice cream every other time in the past?
Ordered a Large Choco Brownie but there were no chocolate chunks in it as it ought to be. Its better served at College Heights DQ.

Poor service went to get a banana split and got mine 1/4 of the banana was black and wasnt put together nice and asked why the other customers one looked better then mine and she said oh its because he works here not a good thing to say to a customer

Located on the south western side heading downtown Prince George, best onion rings, ice cream treats like Banana Split or Peanut Buster parfait. Delicious.

Not only was my supposed large cone NOT large, in fact it would barely pass as a medium, it had an over soft texture with the consistency of foam. Terrible product for the price. What’s more, the male attendent refused to consider my observation that it was indeed not a large cone and he replied snarkly that it was—so much for the customer. WILL NEVER EVER frequent that place again and I will further dissuade anyone else from doing so.

I love dairy Queen and really who wouldnt. Oh Henry blizzard is just amazing.They have dairy Queen in Indonesia, but its definitely not the same.So being back Ive been treating myself maybe more than I should be. Its just so good.
I went to dairy Queen 3rd avenue Prince George bc. They need to fix their ice cream machine. The temperature needs to be colder. weve ordered ice cream there countless times and the ice cream is like soup. By the time you get home it is completely melted . I worked at dairy Queen befor back in the day . The ice cream is a lot thicker if the temperature is. Colder . whether or not the lineup is long outside or short ice cream should be nice and cold and thick. There is no excuse for this and it needs to be. Repaired .
It wasnt bad enough that they gave us the wrong product...then, the chocolate on the dipped cones was so thin that you could read a newspaper through it. It makes you wonder if the employees have to pay for the chocolate themselves.

Got hung up on after whole order was wrong!Ordered from there, asked for mushroom burger, with onions, got it with no onions on it, smaller burger that on the McDonalds value menu, and costs $10. Gfs burger, asked for no onions extra pickle, got onions, no extra pickle. Soggy gross onion rings, burgers, and poutine. I called to complain, and got hung up on by a guy named Romin, with a thick accent. Called back and a woman answered, and I heard Romin say, is that him again? Then asked for the manager, was told he was very busy, and refused to let me talk to him. Then got passed to another woman and told me the manager wasnt there. She wouldnt tell me the mans name that hung up, until I told her that I heard him in the background, being rude. Im not impressed one bit. Ill be calling the manager, then head office. Very rude staff
There burgers are bad even for dairy queen standards. The ice cream stuff is ok but for some reason their burgers taste microwaved and are messy. The other reviewer is right the other dairy queen for some reason has better burgers.
This fast food chain is still doing it right. These chains must stay true to their roots, focus on where you came from not just giving customers fake food imported from overseas.

Ordered a chicken strip combo with side of gravy fries were old they forgot the gravy. So I asked for new ones and they said gravy doesnt come with it but I ordered and was charged for it. He had to double check with his co worker that I did order the gravy. Then one of the chicken strips was dehydrated it was so old or overcooked. I brought this to there attention. And they gave me a free small Blizzard and a dilly bar. Im so hungry but Im going to go somewhere else to eat.

Inconsistent with sizes. Sometimes good, other times a medium is a small. Banana splits are sadly always a fail lately....barely any ice cream now with the newer containers and by the time you receive them the ice cream is all half melted.

Went there today to get some ice cream for my family and my phone decided to get rid of the deal I pulled up from the app, and the lady was able to get it back, then my card got declined because of TD disabling tap for 1 day within getting a new card and the lady was very patient and waited for me to figure it out, lots of failures on my part but she was very patient the whole time and it was an awesome experience.

Usually I like DQs food and ice cream, but the staff at 3rd ave PG location was so rude that I havent been back. I even wrote a letter to DQs corporate headquarters via their website. No reply, so I guess rudeness is acceptable? Oh, and they charge for pop refills, even if its your first, so dont go into the dining room first!
Went through drive-thru and ordered. There were 3 cars ahead of me. Each car had one or two blzzards, maybe a sundae. I was in the line up for 25 mins. When I got to the window I saw one person working their butt off while the other three stood there and talked to each other completely ignoring us at the window. The poor person working not only made our ice cream but also ended up taking our payment as well.
This DQ location is underwhelming. Service is poor, and the food is very inconsistent. If youre desperate for DQ, hit the other location at the other end of town.

It was the worst customer service i have ever experienced. The lady behind the counter couldnt understand english and didnt get my order right to be then insulted and diminished by another worker while i was eating with my kids.

Some of the staff here are awesome and some are less than stellar. Tonight we experienced less than stellar. The teenager taking our order didnt confirm what we were getting and was huffy when I said it wasnt the correct order. She corrected her mistake but without one ounce of graciousness. She sighed as she tossed the wrong one in the garbage and rolled her eyes while making the right one. She didnt give as much topping as she did for the other sundae either.

The place is almost always packed, the service is okay, albeit a bit slow. The icecream is great, just fairly overpriced. Skip if you want a quieter place, cheaper icecream, or are just short on time.
