Our dryer was making terrible noises recently - very loud, sounded awful. I called Northern Valley Appliance and they came right out. Super professional, very courteous, very nice. He diagnosed the problem within a couple of minutes, did the necessary repairs and was done all within about 20-25 minutes. Dryer works GREAT now! Very reasonable cost too. Could not be happier - will definitely use them again, definitely will recommend them to others. Highly recommended.

Repair person showed up early, I work nights and was still sleeping. No big deal but when I called to reschedule the lady flipped out on me, put words in my mouth, then said I need to find another place and hung up. I was completely side blinded. Maybe she’s having a bad day but I’ve never encountered phone rage like this. I give professionalism one star. Don’t catch them on a bad day.

Best service company we have dealt with. Jason Green was prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. Fixed our stove and oven at a fair price. Highly recommend them!

Best appliance service yet!! Jason came by to repair our washing machine, after my 6-year-old accidentally overstuffed it and broke the coupler. Jason was in and out in 20 minutes flat, and our washer is fixed. Wow!! Fast, professional, and affordable. What more could you ask for? 2/2021 Update: Igniter in my gas dryer broke and discovered that their retail store is closed. Ended up going to Ginnos on Skyway.Gas dryer broke and needed replacement parts. I was about to order the parts from an online store, but someone told me about Northern Valley... They had the parts and prices were on par with retailers minus shipping. 10/10

Excellent business. Called em up about our dead dryer, the lass on the phone scheduled us right quick, then Jason came out right on schedule. In about half a cup of coffee he detected a blown thermal sensor in our dryer, replaced it, and vacuumed out some lint. Total pros. Fine price. Id use em again if I need em, I would.

I visited this store to order a freezer motor and fan. When they ordered my part he didnt tell me the plastic fan that was broken was a separate part to be ordered. So I called another store and they told me he should of seen on the computer that it was a separate part and he should of asked me if I wanted a new one, since the one I had in my hand was obviously broken. That store that saved me by ordering my part and for the information is Appliance Resale, on Nordic Avenue. They have earned a loyal customer for life. Not North State.

Ive been using NVAS for over 10 years. Jason is quick to diagnose the problem and if he doesnt have the part with him, hes back two days later with the part and everything is well again.Professional and efficient.I wish I would have thought to leave a review years ago.

I called a couple different places. NVA called right back, was able to schedule them to come out and look at my Whirlpool Dryer. The technician came out on time and diagnosed the problem with a little dismantling. He had the parts in his truck and fixed it well. Customer service was excellent and the service was efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend NVA to anyone in Chico.
