I never leave without something. Michaels has lots of awesome craft stuff, I wish there was more fiber available at my local store, but understand theyre limited on space. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Excited to see classes happening again.

They had the paint I was looking for and Deco snow. I was very pleased. But on their shopping carts they have a broken plastic piece over the handle which I got pinched twice and my nephew got pinched as well. They should fix that.

Michaels was my favorite crafty store for almost the last 20 years! Theyve changed a bit over the years, and recently their product selection has seemed to drop to levels that are disheartening, while their prices have stayed steady(and in some cases risen), which is why I was only able to give them 4 stars. They do have great, friendly employees (but not always the most knowledgeable about the store or its products, which can render them useless on occasion), and they price match, which is absolutely WONDERFUL! Still HIGHLY recommend Michaels to all!

The store has your basic supplies for crafting, minus a few items not stocked. Great customer service but I wouldve like to have seen more holiday themed supplies.

Hobby Lobby and Michaels both have great values. I am quite loyal to Michaels. It is my go to, Hobby Lobby well they are great if I cant find it at Michaels, hobby lobby likely has it. The Hobby Lobby store is huge, But is no comparison for the quant family like atmosphere Michaels offers.

I think that the quality of a store and its customer service experience comes down to the competency and the diligence of the current management team . This store is pretty much on their A game as far as carrying the quality products you are familiar with, fresh, clean and tidy isles, helpful staff, etc. The failure of this store is the lack of restocked inventory. Certain items are almost never available when I go and look for them there. That being said, Michaels is a infinitely better establishment than hobby lobby ever could be.

I really enjoy shopping at Michaels they have such a wide selection of things I mean its kind of like hobby, prices are nearly double. But at least while youre shopping you dont have to deal with all the riff Raff its kind of like grocery shopping at raleys in that regard.

This place always has amazing stuff and at good prices.

We were specifically looking for fabric, for a quilt. They had zero to choose from. Did I get out without buying anything. . . NO! We got an adult coloring book & a set of permanent markers, two ended, fine / extra fine. We went there first, because they have a motorized cart for Mike.

The staff is very polite, but the store itself is under supplied and grungy. Issue serms to be corporate as shelving, paint, and floor are old. Products are also roughened and mangles by patrons.

The staff have always been really quick to offer help and give suggestions (including what coupons to look for and where/how to get them!) when Ive asked questions about various projects Ive had. Austin in the custom frame area is especially wonderful and helpful. They really go above and beyond whenever we go in. Id recommend this Michaels location to anyone

Wide Variety of products and pretty good selection. A little pricy. Some of the same things they sell are half the price at Walmart, others you cant find anywhere else in town except for maybe hobby lobby so you kinda have to go there. At least i do. Thats my only qualm.

I love designing crafts. I just wish they had a little more to the imagination in regards to the darker sides of things. People like skulls and gore, and not just on Halloween. Just a concept im throwing out there.

I love this store! Michaels has everything you need for any kind of craft project. The store layout is well organized and easy to navigate, products are easy to find. I find that the staff at this store is of good assistance when you need help, however they don’t hover or creep when you are just browsing. You can always find good deals and coupons in the weekly ad. I recommend this store.

Michaels is a One-Stop shop for all things crafts. Im a photographer and have been purchasing my picture frames at Michaels for years. My daughter purchases all of her art supplies at Michaels as well. We find great deals on paints and canvases for her latest creations. Michaels is great! From rubber stamps to acrylic paints to fabric dyes and easels and everything in between. Michaels has it all. Plus everything is fairly priced. We visit Michael often and will continue to do so into the future.

Great sale on clearance holiday items. 80% off. Also yarn I needed was on sale. Love getting what I need for a reasonable price.

It has all kinds of crafting materials. Who wouldnt want that? I go there frequently for yarn. Im getting into crochet and knitting. I find it fun.

With everyone trying to stay busy and maintain social distancing while adhering to new standards during this pandemic, also people eager to quarantine and find creative ways to pass the time, one would think that the store would be better stocked and cleaner and maybe the employees could be a little kinder and possibly more helpful. I couldnt find anyone to help me locate an item. All the employees seemed to be huddled up near the front registers, lounging or lazily picking through some boxes. There was no hustle, and the staff didnt seem to be in any hurry to unpack whatever was on the boxes so I dont know why no one was on the floor. When o asked for the item in question, I was told by one of the employees that they were out, they then asked another to confirm this and the response was yeah, were out then they went back to their lounging, shuffling and sorting. No word on when item would be back in stock, no offers to find a comparable or replacement item. I wandered around the disorganized mess and found something comparable myself, except that it was missing the price tag..I was asked if I knew how much the item cost, and then asked where I found it and if there were anymore. I ended up leaving the item on the counter and walking out. I get that everyone is stressed at this time, but this was an absolute effort to be that unhelpful. I ended up purchasing the original item I wanted at Walmart.

Austin at the framing counter is super helpful. I had some very odd size and shape items to frame and she was great about coming up with solutions at reasonable cost. The end result look great.Only reason this isnt a 5 Star rating is that the main store has very narrow aisles that are really awkward to navigate.

I went here looking for some very specific items. I couldnt get any help at all.The store was a huge mess. At one point I accidentally touched something kind of sticky & the whole store could use a good sweeping & cleaning..

Michaels always has an amazing selection of products to choose from. I could spend hours (and all my money) in this store. The associates are helpful when you find them. Sometimes they dont know what they have in stock but usually try to help find what Im looking for.

I have always loved Michaels, fun store with so much to offer. Get the app and get the coupons, well worth the time and energy.

Very clean store and very well stocked on early days back open despite shortage of art supplies in COVID times.Paints, frames, pens, brushes, canvas, fabric, scrapbooking, holiday items, and beading are just some of their specialty supplies. Great place to get creative and find new avenues of output!

Ive been coming to this Michaels for over 5 years now. Always Friendly Service, Great selection and always plenty of what I need in stock.

I had a secret shopper stalk and follow me throughout the store. It was so scary. I used too love Micheals but I haven’t gone back since... I look completely normal I had a shopping cart and everything, why would that woman feel the need to stalk me so hard? She made it so obvious. I’ve had horrible customer service there in the past as well so I won’t be going there ever again.

I love this place very much most of the staff are amazing and fun very helpful so I hope everyone has a great experience in this place they get all star in my family great job Michaels

So much to choose from, at great prices! The employees are overly zealous and helping and make sure you get every possible discount you can, which is greatly appreciated! A store is always nice and clean, too.

No order. Everything was a mess. No employees and when I finally found 3 different emps they were completely clueless. They didnt have what I wanted, and what they did have was overpriced. Creating and using online is extremely difficult, and email goes on forever. Not a user-friendly website. Will avoid in the future.

Social distancing was not possible in the way the checkout line was set up. Otherwise typical Michaels

I dropped off 2 packages here and it never shipped.

There was a sale my wife didnt know about and that was a pleasant surprise. But she did hit a service button in the isles a few times to try to get help with a locked up item and after 15 minutes of waiting have up and just got what she already had.All in all its well stocked and has a lot of options but dont hold your breath on customer service, at least they take competitor coupons.

Things can be difficult to find. I was there during a great sale though so it was very busy. Sale prices were great but regular prices a little high. Worth it though for the beautiful, unique items that you can only find there in Chico.

I love Michaels the staff is always going to help you there always fantastic and theyre extremely knowledgeable their shelves are always organized always restocked and if they run out of something they can tell you when they get it in this is one of my favorite places in town is where I get all of my acrylic paints all of my specialty paint brushes all of my mediums all my campuses all of my yarn all of my circut supplies. I highly recommend this store and every last one of their staff is fantastic friendly knowledgeable helpful wonderful people

Wish they had some material and embroidery patterns. They do have a pretty good embroidery floss selection though. Employee was very helpful, getting me the outdoor spray paint I needed.

Poor experience, poor staffing and very disorganized. Drove 2 hours away because this was the only store that Hs the paper I needed for a school project, I’ve waited 6 hours for my order to be ready. When calling the store, I was told it would be a few hours more as there is 3 orders ahead of mine.. that was two hours ago. On the phone again with the store and was told it would be a few hours more! The store closes in three hours..?! Worst experience yet.

It is a crafters place for sure!! Prices are a bit high but when you shop clearance sales its pretty do able!!
