Love this place. Treat you like family. Wouldnt buy elsewhere. The owner is usually there and is very friendly. Staff is knowledgeable and most have been there for years. You might run into a mechanic wearing a helmet but dont fret, he surely needs it.

We visited Glende Polaris Yamaha looking for a new jet ski. Met with their knowledgeable staff. They had several jet ski models to choose from. They answered all our questions and we were confident with our selection and felt it would suit our family well. The paperwork process was quick and we were able to pick it up the next day. They went over the complete operation of the jet ski with us when we picked it up. All our questions were answered thoroughly and we were ready to ride. A great experience.

The shop stuck to the original agreement of the quoted cost. even after discovering more problems. This is a shop i recommend to ATV owners who are looking for repair or service needs. This honest and stick to their word practice is the the moral quality that I am accustomed to look for. This busines will be on my highly recommend list.

I LOVE the guys down there in Chico ! I went down knowing what I wanted, and after talking with Shaylee In sales I decided that what I knew I whated wasnt what I needed. No it was not an up sale it was more of a down sale which saved me quite a bit of money . That just showed me they were not just there to make a sale for the highest dollar they made sure that everything I bought would suit my needs for the long run.VERY professional !Every aftermarket Polaris ranger crew 900eps item I have purchased from them has been instock and they even installed it for free. The only thing Ive had to order was a bigger brush guard from polaris, and the wait time for it was not long .I had ordered the SSV WORKS 10 sub that showed up damaged threw the shipping company ( no fault of the dealership) thay next day shipped a new one( in there own dime) and had it installed before 10:30 the next day GREAT customer service .In short if your looking to buy ANY Polaris vehicle make the trip to Glende Polaris in Chico cal. Its worth the drive to be treated right !
