My car left their shop with circular scratches all over it that were not there before hand. The lady on the phone informed me they washed and buffed my car after it was done, even told me maybe they should have changed the pad before if it looks scratched. I had my dad pick it up for me so I didn’t see my car until dark. I called immediately after and left a message regarding my car. They had me bring it back and told me they will not take responsibility for it since they only washed my bumper, yet was told prior they wash and buff the whole car. Needles to say they were rude and I’ll be taking my car to another body shop for a second opinion on these scratches. The manager even tried to say that I must have buffed it myself. That place is a joke! Literally my entire car top to bottom has these circular scratches on it. Even the black around my doors.

Awful, rude, highly unprofessional, the nauseating woman trying to prove themselves in a mans world need to step back and stop. Had our vehicle 5 days and never touched it and never communicated what was happening with insurance etc. Pulled our vehicle and got repairs going on the following morning

They said they fixed the car, went to anther shop and found out they did not do there job. Do not recommend.Edit: Im leaving my previous review so people understand what Im writing. Amanda has gone way out of her. She is really going above and beyond to get my families car fixed properly. I am in awe of dedication to her company. We did go back to them after carefully weighing other options, we decided to give them another chance. Don’t take your vechile here! My truck had been here since July 18 and my vechile is still not done till this day it has been over 2 months and no vechile.

Needed my front grill replaced. Original vendor, Hyundai dealer lost the part & spent 4 days trying to track it down, instead of sending another. Seems they dont care about making sure the customer comes first.Luckily Shannon at Collision Pro thinks and ordered the part from another vendor & had my car ready the following day. Also their customer service gal,Monica was always very pleasant on the phone and in person.

They repaired my left rear bumper piece for my 2020 Tacoma. The paint job was bad, it had little drip here n there and was a little rough. I had to tell them to buff it again. How they do so poor on such a small piece, maybe they should take they time or get better painter. Feels like they wanted to get me in and out and take the money from my insurance.

Really nice people, and told me it would be ready on the 7th, finished it a week early. When it was all said and done the car looked brand new

They did great job fixing car

Collision Pro’s repaired my broken taillight and all the body work and paint on the rear bumbler and quarter panel. The shop did a great job of getting all the damaged fixed and was able to fix a previous scuff mark on the other end of the bumper. Employee did a great job reviewing the damage and even pointed out a new scratch was able to be removed by a “complimentary buff”. While reviewing the car for pickup I found the spoiler had been damaged during repairs. Unfortunately their techs did not fix it and I had to wait a couple more days to get my vehicle back. I was a little disappointed that I had to point out the damage, but there was absolutely no hassle in getting the damaged fixed. Customer service was great and the finished work looked good as new.

I love this place! They were super kind and very easy to work with. I went in for a body repair after I was rear ended and they gave me back my car in excellent condition. They even cleaned it!!! Couldn’t be more happy with their services. The people they have answering the phones and in the front are always very sweet and are ready to explain every detail of what’s happening with your car (which is nice because I don’t know anything about cars).
