The good...my girls like their clothes sections.The bad...I like the old target, more like Kmart, than the newer more like Marshall’s Target. The displays in Target now are often empty or disheveled. Also, Target is overpriced. The corner displays l, when they do have merchandise, it is ideally double the cost of online.The ugly...they don’t hire enough people to keep things organized.

Terrible service. Do not shop here! Ordered same day pick up at store. Told it would take up to 2 hours to process. 2.5 hours later I stopped by the store. Order still not processed. Told I could wait but no guarantee they would get to it before closing. Staff had no interest in fulfilling the order. Will not shop at Target anymore.

Associate was so helpful he went the extra mile when I was having a hard time signing into my app he asked for my name and said he would be right back with my order. I kept trying to sign into my app but I guess I was in a dead zone. I showed him my email and my ID and he said I was ok. He made my Target pick up so simple even though I was having a hard time signing in. This is why I will pay a little bit more to go to Target because of the employees! Thank you Chico Target you guys are so amazing!

Went here today for a window air conditioner unit, after searching online. I left and went straight there seeing only 1 of 2 left available; upon showing up and finding the correct section I found only 2 window AC units 8n stock with both of them being way bigger and more expensive than I could afford.Thankfully, I saw and asked the nice gentleman stocking shelves if they had the one I had seen online. Edgar had remembered seeing another ac unit sitting in a randomly, odd, out of place location. He found it again and he saved the day because it was the exact one I needed!This young man, Edgar, was totally awesome and helped me find and price a few more items through out my shopping trip and NEVER once seemed annoyed that I was interrupting his stocking of shelves, and coming from a big chain store back home I know how it can be. Thank you so much Edgar youre truly a lifesaver!Hey Target, give this young man a raise or something! He is an awesome worker, obviously pays attention, and is quick to help without complaint! Dont come across that too much these days, especially from the younger generation!

Drive up pick up was so convenient. We put in a late order after 4pm and was worried we werent able to pick up our order until the day after. In just a few hours, we were notified our order is ready to pick up. We picked up our order around 8pm and was surprised Targets drive up pickup service was open until that late. My kids were super happy we were able to pick up their Toy orders as well! Thanks Target!

One of the few places in town I can find clothes that fit perfectly and have good taste.

Really poor customer service. Could not find an associate on the floor anywhere to ask for help. Looked for like 20 minutes and ended up buying the item online right in the store on my phone that I was trying to find(that said it was in stock in this store) and just shipped it to me instead. Waste of a trip. I couldve ordered the item online at home if I knew going to the store would be not helpful. Only giving this place a 2 because if you are looking to lazily browse, they have stuff.

The store has a good selection of products and I am able to find them in an organized way. Great customer service all the way around. I like coming to the store again and again and again.

This is the BEST Target I ever went in my life!!! Everyone is so friendly and nice. Many associates really helpful when we need anything, they even went to the back or called other associates to check if they have the stuff in the back. And not like other stores, when we asked for something, they act like they dont care and just say I dont know but really go and look with us or ask other associates.

Place is clean and the employees are great! The woman who did my checkout was especially good, wish I could remember her name. Super friendly and just made a quick errand at the end of a trying day feel pretty good.

I went in today and had a wonderful experience with the staff! The staff was full of friendly people and they answered all my questions. I even found out about using the target app in store for coupons! So far I had only used it for online shopping. Thank you to the employees for the help!

Nice food section. Organic selections, and some unique items, like raw nuts and ethnic sauces. Good quality meats. Lots of yogurts and ice creams. Kids school foods, etc.

I needed to pull up the QR code on my phone--i didnt know my Target password to get the QR code. The clerk was very friendly and accommodating. I left smiling. I heard the way she interacted with the clients before me. She was great will them as well.

Our cashier Darci was AMAZING she explained the Target app to us. Helped us find a Unicorn my granddaughter wanted. She was high energy, fast, friendly and could multitask while still helping us. I was so happy to have her as our cashier.

I normally love Target, but I started doing their drive-up service to pick up orders and there have been things missing twice in a row. I then have to go into the store to get what was left out. Not good.

BEWARE: Whole store needs to be Re-Inventoried, making Online Ordering exceptionally unreliable!!!Super helpful staff. Store looks great after the renovation!

My checkout girl Laila was SO friendly & personable. We chatted the entire checkout about moving to Chico & she just made the stressful day of moving my son into his 1st apartment more relaxed in a 102 degree temperature day. She is a great employee!!

I love target dont get me wrong, but everytime I go there half the shelves are out of stock. And it takes a very long time to restock items it seems like. Plus the website says the products are available in store but when you get there they are out of stock so the website is not very helpful/up-to-date...

Target has always been a good store, but they have just risen 100% in my eyes. They are the only store that has gone above and beyond when it comes to protecting shoppers and employees against this virus.

Target is a fine place to find your every day items. The store is laid out roughly the same way most other Targets are. Seems a little smaller than some Targets Ive been to, but it gets the job done.Theyve got fun, inexpensive clothing, including plus-sizes. Theres also a grocery section. Id only use it in a pinch, as its not as comprehensive as a regular grocery store, but its a good place for pantry staples.

I went in to this Target today and they would not let me purchase a two day Disneyland ticket with my target gift card. The manager was rude and was arguing with me saying that the ticket was a gift card even though it clearly states that it is a two day Disneyland ticket. It said you could go straight up to the gate. It can only be used to go to Disneyland. I used my credit card points to get the Target card for that reason only.

For buying everyday supplies, this place is great and not very costly. The addition of fresh produce was a great one, as I can save time by buying both groceries and house supplies in one visit. Staff are always polite and provide good service. However, Target doesnt have everything, therefore some specific items are not held here. Starbucks is also good for people who want to do even more things in one trip. Overall great place to shop.

It’s been confirmed by multiple employees to multiple people that TWO employees tested positive for COVID. Management has held back all information from other employees, shoppers, and the public that would enable people to know if they have been exposed.

Target is always the same. The store was clean and had everything in stock, but my experience with the cashier made me feel like not shopping here anymore. She insistently urged me (and every customer before and after me) to get the target app to use cartwheel. You scan the items and can get a discount. She was super pushy about it and I know it’s not her fault and she’s following orders, but I don’t want to scan every single item I purchase for a minuscule discount. I told her I didn’t want to and she remarked that some of my items would have a discount. I don’t care about getting 5% off of something that costs $2. I would rather not waste my time. I’m disappointed that the management or corporate or whomever would want to annoy customers so much for no reason.

This Target is always clean and organized. I mainly was there for the video game section. The games dont appear to be placed in any order (alphabetically would be nice), but it was easy enough to find what I wanted.The staff in the electronics department was very knowledgeable and friendly! Great chat about older consoles and video games released for older and newer gens.Only 4 stars because come on with the game organization.

I am a fan of the merchandise and selection; however, since the remodel at our store in Chico, CA, Ive encountered difficulty navigating the store like I did in the past. Hence, this led me to give an 8 vs a 10 rating and has led me not to hop in the car and head over to the store as readily as I wouldve done so in the past. Although, the ability to shop online and pick-up my order at the store surmounted this issue, I missed my personal shopping experience and being able to discover what other items might be awaiting me.

Usually its pretty good. Today, was not good. Therefore I have to give it a three star.

Very good selection of items and with their expansion into becoming a grocery store as well Target has become better than ever. Staff are polite and genuinely seem like they want to help you. Definitely would shop here again.

Same lady I always deal with. Checks my ID and order info and comes back within seconds nearly every single time. Online orders are ready within the hour! Sometimes within minutes of placing the order. I have stopped dealing with the other store in our town because the service is faster and better at Target!!

I ordered a mini fridge through Target online. Unfortunately when the fridge came, it had a big dent on the back corner. I drove back to the store to return the fridge. From the beginning of my visit, Sue and Allison were eager and willing to help me with my issue. Sue was very nice and informed me about the free shipping you guys offer over purchases of $35. She suggested that shipping it directly to my house could help me avoid damages with my re order. Though the system was not letting her return my order initially, Sue and Allison were able to find a way to complete my return and send me home both satisfied and willing to shop at Target again. You need to hold on to employees like this because they turned someone who almost was not going to order from Target again into someone who will definitely be coming back. Shout out to Sue, and shoutout to Allison. You guys rock!

I was told by a friend who went in this morning that there is no plexiglass at the checkstands. And that there was no social distancing enforcement. When she asked the checker to wipe down the conveyer belt he had an additute about it. Come on Target DO BETTER. Even Walmart has you beat!!

I really love this target! Compared to other ones Ive been to in Sacramento, I can say that this is the most cleanest store Ive been too. The people that work there really work hard and the customer service aint to bad either. Its a great place for families and college students alike.

A man went into you store yesterday to get Jeans for Campfire survivors and he purchased 746.00 worth of jeans 35 pairs... When he told you what he was doing to give the people in shelters he asked for a discount and your store refused? Not understanding why you couldnt even give him a 20% discount. Not like you would be,losing money! This is your community. Your store should be stepping up not stepping out!

Since Target remodeled and changed their clothing lines I absolutely hate shopping there. And I am a 30 year old stay at home mom, so I am right up there with their Target audience. The clothing area is poorly organized and impossible to sort through. I am very disappointed with the maternity section as well, the new clothing lines are so frumpy and there is not a good selection. I miss the old lines.Overall its just not a pleasant shopping experience nor somewhere I want to go and wander around anymore, I go in and want to get out asap.

Almost every time I go to Target, Kendra is working. Kendra is so rude to shoppers, I have also her speak down to other workers. When I see her working, I will leave the store. Treating people nicely and with respect clearly is not important to her.

The last time I went here their transformer was struck by lightning and the power was out in the store but the staff was incredibly helpful. Nich was friendly, courteous, and made it a better experience than those times the power was on. Promote that man.

I really think Target stores should offer store to store shipping. Ive been waiting for 2 mos now for a wedding gift to be available at the store or online. The closest stores that have it in stock are all about 1 1/2 hrs away, too far to drive but certainly should/could offer store to store shipping for their customers..just tried ..nope.
