My son needed a pair of boots so this was the place to go. He found a nice pair and so did his girlfriend. We will be back . Great customer service. Nice place and good prices.

Huge selection and very helpful staff. I had to return my first boots for the next size up. I had my receipt and was within their thirty day policy and they were gracious in helping me find the correct size. They suggested a boot remover and better socks which has also made it much easier for me to enjoy my new boots.

They have a large selection of Western style boots, and a decent selection of work boots. My main issue with this store is the lack of inventory for the work wear. If you are a common size, they will probably have 1 item your size; this goes for shirts, pants, coats, etc, but no more than 1. When I am buying clothing for work I like to buy multiple at a time because they get destroyed, I am a common size Lg/Xlg, and if I find a work shirt I like, they will only have 1 of them..I need closer to 5. They will offer to order it for you, and thats fine I guess, but the whole reason for me being in the store is I didnt want to order it. If I wanted to order it, I could have gone online and had it ordered in 5 mins, from anywhere, and probably for a cheaper price. I just dont see the point of having 1 large work shirt of a certain style and no more.

Horrible customer service, not very knowledgeable at all. Went over to J&M boots and Jennifer was very helpful. Knows her product before and after boot break in I recommend heading over there. Much better establishment.

On New Year’s Day 2021 my girlfriend and I went to Boot Barn in Chico looking for a new pair of American made cowboy boots. I was helped by a young man named Jason : he’s was very courteous, helpful & he was well versed in his knowledge of the different manufacturers. I myself work in customer service and appreciate the customer service my girlfriend and I received from everyone who works here. Thank you Jason for a wonderful shopping experience.

I went in sunday 12/13 with a pair of boots that hadnt worked out for my sons first job. The manager at that time was very considerate with me and had great customer service skills during such a difficult time. I recommend for all my coworkers.

That guy Ken helped me out got me into some nice boots had a scruff on of some sort and they even marked 10% off!

Great place for Western wear of all kinds and work clothes. Employees are very helpful but they dont overwhelmed you. The only reason it lost a star is because for me, being a big guy, it was too crammed pack of stuff that I could not walk around and look without knocking something off the hooks.

This is a great place to come get quality wares. Not being a cowboy myself I was hesitant coming in, but I needed a good pair of boots so I went for it. Kristen and everyone in the store made me feel welcome. She helped me find a great pair of boots and waterproofing treatment so they would last a long time. Go check them out.

Whats not to like? Believe it or not, it was my 1st time in a Boot Barn. Went in for some boot toe goop for a friend, and spent almost $100 on myself. They have clothes. Womens clothes! Who knew??Summer clearance items were what caught my attention. I bought the prettiest summer dress for next summer.

Very nice store. All employees were helpful and friendly. Upper end products so a little more pricey. Out of a pant size but offered to order.giving a 20 percent discount for camp fire evacuees, so nice of them. Store is full of products except my size of a particular pant.

Gonna give it 4 stars only for the fact there is no back stock. What is in the shelf is there stock. Plenty to choose from here, staff was very helpful. Store, even though full was organized.

This place is expensive but you get what you pay for. I went in and bought work boots. The sales team helped me pick out the perfect pair for my needs.

Bought some work boots here and they ripped after just 3 days....so i took them back and asked to exchange them. The manager said it was my fault and we could possibly transfer some new ones but if they couldnt id have to pay for a new set of boots off the Internet and they could refund me later.....just not good customer service for spending over 200$ on work boots

We have shopped at lots of Boot Barn stores, but the Chico store is still our favorite. They are very pleasant and helpful.
