I have called the office over 15 times in the last three months. I have never had someone answer the phone. I’ve stayed on hold for over an hour on three separate occasions. This is the WORST customer service I’ve ever encountered. FYI they don’t have anybody there to answer the phone. Don’t waste your time calling…..ever. They just pound you with their “you can access your account online crap”. One star is too many.
I made an appointment for them to come out and exchange my machine. Which is full of Calcium deposits on top inside of the machine. They don’t show up. No email or text to let me know and the next open appointment is 2 weeks away. Really rotten customer service.
Its been over a month and I still yet to have received my scheduled water delivery and I just canceled. THE FUSTRATION

Great service! Quick and easy when I need hot or cold water. Love the black sleek design of the unit and that it hides the water bottle altogether. Anytime I’ve had an issue with the unit, which was only twice in the two years I e had it, they were quick to replace it.
Have been using this service for some time now. Very easy to use app and no complaints with their services.
Customer service is great. Our route guy goes out of his way to help us. If you are a Costco member you do get a discount, which is nice

I have had water delivery for 5 or 6 years. That was fine. Just before the fire I had canceled service. They continued to charge me for water delivery to an address that no longer existed and to an address that had already canceled service. I paid my last bill. They continued to charge me and refused to reverse the charges. They were rude and uncaring on the phone.
Terrible experience. I ordered service online had to wait 2 weeks for first delivery with no confirmation email. The delivery driver calls me the day of delivery to tell me he just received my order and can deliver the following week.

Terrible experience was sent to collections in less than two months never was even notified and had to pay $450 for $20 in water and only delivered one time thanks alot! total scam use Shasta or another company
SCAM!!!! Watch out for this company, they scammed me out of water and charged more than what was ordered. They will also continue charging you after cancelation. I have notified BBB, and they are starting a claim
They never are at the office to answer their phones. I cancelled one of my water contracts and scheduled to have a pick up done and the delivery guy never called or showed up
They kept charging me after I had canceled my account and they picked up the cooler..... Took 3 phone calls and weeks to get refunded....
