Friendly helpful staff. A nice place to wait, or shuttle service if you live in town. The technicians are always willing to take the time to help teach you how something works.
The process was frustrating from the beginning. clearly Cadillac admits their fault with the headlights failing, yet the dealership reps had rather flippant attitude about having to correct the problem.The parts were back-ordered, which took 2 months to get at the dealership. And now we wait to get reimbursed. It should have been a recall by corporate.We were not given the appropriate paperwork on completion of the repair and had to return to the dealership to seek out someone who could provide the correct documentation for our request back to corporate.I will say in closing, it is great to be able to drive my vehicle at night.Thank you,L.
