Everybody there are very nice people.

This place is amazing. I just happened to stumble upon their website Fifth Sun and saw they had a wide variety of t-shirts for sale. I personally like the Marvel shirts, as I am a huge fan of anything Marvel.

This place is run like a sweatshop. the employees work 12-13 hour shifts each day, doing repetative motion physical labor, for minimum wage. fifth sun refuses to accomodate people who are suffering in pain from the work. instead they fire them. their strategy is to hire through a temp agency so that they can get away with workplace discrimination and unsafe conditions on a regular basis. (writing from my experience as an employee.)

Frankly, Fifth Sun has put me through one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences of my life, and I wouldnt feel good recommending them to anyone.I purchased my product more than six weeks ago and I have yet to receive what I ordered. When the package initially shipped via FedEx I received an email without a tracking number.There is no phone number to call and the contact page on the website yielded no response for weeks. Having worked in customer service myself for years I wasnt terribly impressed. When I did hear back they told me the package was not deliverable as addressed. This couldnt be the case because I shipped to my place of business where dozens of Fed Ex packages are received daily.I had the package re-directed to my home address and the package contained the wrong product. Moreover the printing quality on the tee was not great.I asked for an exchange and they informed me that they had already sent the correct product to me and that it had been delivered. I checked the tracking provided and it indicated that the package had arrived in a completely different state. Turns out they had given me the wrong tracking number again. The correct tracking indicated the package I had already received with the incorrect order.I am stunned. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this is an incredible number of mistakes in succession. Hopefully Ill receive a refund within the next 12 months.I dont care to leave bad reviews but I would also like to help people avoid the same experience.Save your time and shop elsewhere.

Worked there for 1.5 months and quite frankly a very immature atmosphere to work. The supervising staff allows temps and permanent employees to gang up on other hard working employees that they feel are making the lazy employees feel useless, not worth what the staffing agencies pay (minimum wage).

Great quality products and its a local business. Cant go wrong!!

Earlier today I was fired because I asked to rest for a bit because I have serious back problems that are very sharp to where I cant really move much. I arrived there at 5 oclock & i was supposed to work at 6 oclock I started as soon as I got there Im pretty sure it was still 5. Tired, sweaty & all I still worked my a** off. The supervisor moved me from the first warehouse folding shirts to the other warehouse pulling shirts. Moving back & forth was a lot on my back so for them to move me from warehouse to warehouse then fire me because I dont fit the position is very selfish & rude to me. I only worked two days but those two days Ive worked i still worked hard it was not appreciated. I worked through a temp agency before I moved to Chico from Sacramento i know how they work, they do not operate like this. now i was told that the people that work there dont get their breaks until after four hours. I was also told that, thats illegal. I noticed that on my first day of working here as I walked in the warehouse, everyone just stopped & stared at me. I felt very uncomfortable & Im kinda a shy person. The temp agency I was in before, dont mind if your hurting & you just gotta rest for a few minutes long as your doing your job they dont mind at all. Their not looking for a person that is able to put their life at risk working for them just to make them happy. They also dont stare at you for like four minutes making you uncomfortable. They make you feel wanted, welcomed & respected. They mind their own business. I know that its a new city & not the same temp agency I was in before but Im pretty sure that fifths sun could of worked with me & gave me a chance. I never been fired, I never had to be talked to by a supervisor over & over, Im a hard worker and I mind my business & do my job. Im African American & I feel like this business is kinda judgemental or maybe Im just over thinking but the whole time working at fifths sun I was uncomfortable I can feel when people think negative about me & I just felt negative vibes. Im only 19, trying to do something with myself & keep myself busy. I worked for walgreens on Stockton, South Sacramento, CA in oakpark. fifths sun is good business but I feel like they could of at least gave me a chance. I always work hard & Im always dependable. I will not bend my back or pass out a supervisor that doesnt care about their employees they just care about themselves and their money. I mean thats how its posed to be but at least have some understanding because I bet if was you guys in my shoes you probably wouldnt be able to walk a mile. But like I said they dont care unless its them in the position. If Im uncomfortable & not feeling well at where I work I shouldnt have to ignore nothing for no supervisor because if I pass out or seriously get injured & have to get rushed to the hospital, whos gonna help me get there? Nobody all their gonna do is stare & think Im weird or just acting. I hope this review opens your guys eyes & help you guys realize things that you guys should realize. Yes its adult responsibility I gotta work with but I just feel like they see the negative in people instead of the positive. This is not about the front office Im talking about the supervisors in the warehouse. Theres a big tall white guy & a skinny average height white guy them two are the ones that I believe see the negative in people instead of the positive. Also if there was a problem the tall white guy could of said you cant do that, if you do were gonna to have to let you go I would of been fine with that & I would of just sucked it up & tried my best. I also wanna add in if the supervisor fired me over something very little then that means he should of fired another employee for almost crossing the line. I understand that out here in Chico CA its easier to fire a temp than just to fire an employee. I still dont care.
