The cashier was a cute blond amazing very friendly found out it was my boyfriends birthday and gave one of our dozen donuts for free! What a sweetheart will definitely go back to this location just for the customer service!

Im just not a Krispy Kreme fan... theyre too sweet, too $$$ for their small size and when I go there early in the morning when they open, they dont have apple fritters ready.

This place gives other Krispy Kreme stores in the state a bad rap. Employees are RUDE as can be. Sub par donuts at best. Just a bad experience not once but twice at this place. Will not ever go to this store again.

I mean hello it’s Krispy Kreme. I roll through and grab a ton of donuts to take back to friend in Redding every chance I get to work in Chico.

The employee was fantastic he was very much welcome to me like family got a dozen donuts I think I ate 11 of them from out of town Ill be back 💞💞💞

This Krispy Kreme is the absolute worst. The workers are extremely rude and uninspired. They never have their hot light on. They never have the special seasonal donuts and if they do they are made at ridiculous hours and are always dry by the time anyone orders them. It’s the only Krispy Kreme in Chico and it’s the worst one I have ever been to in my life. I have been here multiple times over the years and am always hopeful but this past visit was met with extremely rude customer service and it was nothing like my previous experiences at other Krispy Kreme’s throughout the state.

Very nice donuts, although one staff member was very rude and charged me for the free vaccine donut. The employee was working on Thursday at around 10 oclock. But other than that, very good food and work environment.

Good drive through, easy to access. Food is fresh however I do not recommend their latte drinks. If you are used to one of the main chains for coffee, their brand will taste a bit off. I had a pumpkin spiced latte and could not finish the drink.

Helping out our sons school we had to pick up 228 dozen donuts. Staff was quick and helpful. Even though the automatic donout machine broke that night they got right on it and got the job done in time. As to the donuts delicious and a large variety. Best of all is the coffee and I am picky when it comes to coffee.

Wish they had a Hot sign, but deliciously delicious nonetheless 😋

Bought some doughnuts for my students. Got to class to find out they were a day old. You can tell because the glaze absorbed into the doughnuts and didn’t have the hard glaze shell of a fresh doughnut. 😩

They wouldn’t serve us because we weren’t in a motorized vehicle and then we came back in a truck minutes later and didn’t seem to friendly and our donuts were small!!

Their doughnuts are by far the best I have ever tasted, I cant recommend this place enough.

I love there donuts I think one of my favorite donuts that they make here at Krispy Kreme is there original glazed. I recommend getting you an assorted sized and donuts are good for any occasion.

The staff was very friendly and very kind, especially to my grandson. In addition to our order they gave us fresh hot donuts! Anytime I go to Chico now, I will make it a point to treat my grandkids there. Also the many flavored milks were a huge hit!

The original glaze is the way to go. I got one of those assortment boxes and found that most were fine taste wise, but the price for what I got was in my opinion so-so.

Not only do they have great donuts and service - the Manager/Assistant Manager are the best! They went to bat for my daughter when she lost her wallet there. Very honest and upright individuals! Thank you for your help in finding her wallet! Again - the food is good too :)

They are ok. I would much rather go to a local donut store, but they have a drive thru and are open at very convenient times. (Might be 24 hours, Im not sure, but Ive never seen them closed)

The Krispy Kreme chain has experienced a number of issues in recent years. This location is an example of the reason why. The service was terrible and employees disconnected. We should have known something was wrong when we visited on the Saturday morning before Christmas and found the parking lot was empty and only two other customers were inside with no one in the drive-thru. We waited patiently for a few minutes while the one and only front counter employee struggled with a large order and the other staff made themselves invisible. Another employee finally appeared, but waved us off when we tried to get her attention. The final straw was when the poor front counter employee finished with the large order and then began helping the family who came in behind us, totally ignoring our presence. When we complained the only response was a shoulder shrug. If the staff doesn’t care...we can certainly spend our money with the local stores instead!

They were good but in this trip they ran out if red jelly-filled doughnuts! Im going back as soon as I can. Their coffee is great!

Perfect experience. Went in for holiday donuts for my grandchildren. Was greeted by a friendly employee. Service was great and grandkids loved the donuts. Okay.. grandma had one too. Lol

Over rated, didnt even give me a free fresh one when I walked in the door. Ordered a dozen and a few that couldnt be put in with dozen cuz they are more expensive. Pretty pricey. Shoulda just went to winco.

I was excited to try a donut as my brother loves this restaurant on the East coast. The chocolate was disgusting and the dough was dry. The presentation and variety must be the sellers because it is certainly not the flavor.

These donuts are the best,they fall apart in your mouth or better yet melt in your mouth.

Maybe its me, maybe its because it was a slow night, but I had four people offer to help me almost as soon as I walked in the door. Fair pricing, delicious donuts, freeway close and a drive thru make this a quick stop.

A fun and friendly atmosphere which I really appreciated during my early morning commute. The doughnuts are always very good. He only downside was that their hot chocolate was a little too hot at first.They have large windows so that kids, and adults, can watch the whole doughnut making process from start to finish.My favorite part of the visit was that the employees thanked me and wished me a good day as I walked out the door.

Every time I go, the staff has been exceptionally friendly. Donuts are good as well, not much to complain about.

We sat at the speaker for 10 minuets after they never once took out orders. We even drove past the window and saw an employee openly eating doughnuts and ignoring us. It was highly invonvient. Terrible service and I would not recommend this place.

Great fresh donuts thst are delicious. Plus there are always seasonal specialties such as pumpkin spice flavor3d donuts and peppermint flavored goodies. Friendly staff and clean enviornment. If you happen to be lucky enough to be there when Jaquie is working you are in luck, she is the best at making donuts perfectly. Also met the production assistant Gregg when i was there who was busy as a a bee making fresh donuts.

Today at 7 am we walked in to get 2 dozen doughnuts. We were the only people in the store and we got our first box done. The man assisting us asked if we could wait just a minute so he could help someone at the drive through, 20 minutes later we still didnt get our second box. We had to ask three times if we could finish our order because we were on a time limit, to which, because of this experience, we were late. If we didnt promise to get these we would have walked out because of this terrible service. They assisted the person behind us with 5 dozen boxes before they even finished our second box. This is the worst service weve ever had and definitely not something we want to go back to.
