Came into this shop Friday. I observed lots of laughter upon entering the establishment, which made me smile. One of the employees immediately came up to me asking how she could help me and offered to start a dressing room. Definitely high end cloths that you cant find anywhere else in this town, except Labelz. The owner clearly has an eye for quality. Thanks for the great experience.

Beautiful lay out of the store! Merchandise is full of variety, fashion, and sizes. Im pleased with the options. Love, love the accessories! I left with new earrings and summer wrap for the pool tomorrow.

Labelz is my go-to place for high-end, quality, like-new and brand new clothing, shoes, bags, and accessories, at prices much less than retail. The selection is amazing for any and all occasions, whether it be work, play, or a fancy occasion that calls for a gown or party dress. The owner and staff are friendly, courteous, and very helpful, especially when searching for a specific item or occasion. They know their inventory well and have lots of it! I highly recommend Labelz for all of your shopping needs! You will not be disappointed, I assure you!

Not your typical thrift store. All top of the line designer merchandise. Very clean, feels more like a retail store rather than used item sales. Everything must be clean and damage free for them to accept and sell merchandise. Prices are very fair for top quality name brand items.

I know these brands well, and the owner clearly takes pride in her store because the items she takes in are extremely well-cared for and methodically priced. The kind of reviews that these people are leaving are uncalled for. This is bullying at its finest, and these people are messing with someones livihood. Labelz seems to have a lot of things that some of my family members would really appreciate as gifts, based on the images. But I cannot bring myself to support your business. Labelz is hosting an event soon as part of a recall effort against two City Council members. I would not recommend any business that would be so destructively partisan and would be so willing to divide the community. Its sad, as I had a good opinion of the company before this. But I cannot abide such a reckless decision. A company willing to promote a smear campaign against Mayor Stone and Councilman Ory, two well-liked and highly esteemed gentlemen within the community, clearly cares very little for the city or its people.

Love the selection of upscale clothing and the owner is super friendly and helpful. If you are an animal lover check out the $5 rack where the proceeds go to PAWS. She has my business.

Your store has no relevance to Chico politics and I have reported it to Google as bullying. Labelz in no way hosted any event that helped anyone in need or defended democracy.* the owners response to my review is fraudulent as was their claim about not hosting a recall event. Does a dishonest owner make for a dishonest business?

Store is clean and cute ... I thought the prices were pretty high.... Wont shop there..

So you bring clothes in there for them to sell. But if they dont, they keep them because you know its too much work to give them back to you.Every time I go in there the owner is rude and argumentative. Im done. Prices arent that great for mostly run if the mill brands.

That store had the energy of a morgue. I couldnt even concentrate on the clothes. I was the only one in there and completely ignored by the sales clerk bc I came in when she was trying to write an email and she needed to concentrate on that rather than acknowleding my presence or seeing if I needed help.

This store is like going in to Cheers where everybody knows your name, very friendly sales gals! The best place to shop in Chico and the best prices!
