Took a bracelet in o get a new clasp. The gentleman said it would be about $45 and had to be sent off which would take about 2 weeks. I got an email saying it was ready for pick up. I get there and same gentleman said, $151. I informed him that he quoted me 45. He showed me the pricing and said I don’t know where you go the $45. Really? I would have never had it done knowing it was $151. My jeweler I’ve gone to for years had replaced it before for $25. I won’t be going back
Limited watches, asked about certain brands got vague answers. Needs a better salesperson.

Just about a great experience with the girls in at Kays Jewelers. From the time we walked in till the time I left I didnt feel pressure was told about the jewelry and my girlfriend fell in love with me Neil Lane collection. So the ring was originally 30%off and before I was finished they tacked on another 15%.Overall great experience!!!🙂
I love this Kay Jewelers location. Everyone is so kind and they really care about what your purchasing. It is a popular store so you may have to wait but it is worth it. They have great sales and the customer service is amazing. I feel like VIP here since they are so patient, kind, and get my style. I sincerely enjoy shopping here.
We went by this store several times looking at a watch on clearance. Finally put money down so that we could put it on layaway. The decision to put it on layaway was based on the employee saying we could watch for additional sales and they would apply. Several times we called or went by to check on sales and employees told us the same. “Check back! Additional sales apply.” Just this past week the manager said if you come in by the 7th you will get 25% plus an additional 15%. I almost forget to go in, drop what I’m doing to find out additional sales don’t apply to clearance items! What?? The manager admits she made and error. She text her employees to make them aware of store policy. No offer to go ahead with any type of discount For all their verbal errors. I call corporate and they said the same. ”Sorry. Nothing we can do about our error”. We won’t be back to purchase anything. If I make an error in my business I always just eat it and make it right.What type of business does this?
Every time Ive been to this Kay jewelers they have been more than helpful and the whole staff was extremely friendly, always offering me anything I need and helping me with my warranty. Theyve also been amazing at making sure Im getting the best deals. I drive all the way down from Redding and I have no problem with it because I know that Kay will always be helpful.
I bought a ring and after 1 one week, one of the diamond felt off they fixed but they were trying to give a ring with two different diamond color. If you want better product go somewhere else.

My ring was lost in transit and when it finally arrived to the store I never received a call. I had to call customer service to get information about my ring and customer service rep was the one to call and inform me that it was finally in store. I’ve done business here multiple times but this was the worst experience yet. There won’t be a next time around, support your local jeweler instead.

We got a custom made wedding ring giving them exact specifications and they gave us a mold that looked exactly like what we expected and spent 1500 at the time that was alot of money but we felt it worth it...not only was it impossible to get updates it was extremely late and was incredibly wrong the problem was it was 3 days before the wedding when we had given them six months I was incredibly dissapointed and have made sure to tell everyone to go somewhere else friendly people but horrible service
