An absolute GREAT experience buying a home from Bill and Wendy. From the beginning to the end of the entire process they were there in every way possible. There were several things I wanted to change in the floorpan I chose and Bill helped me create something completely unique to me. Nothing was overlooked and I cant stress the importance of making sure youre working with honest, reliable people such as Bill and Wendy. After the Camp Fire there were some challenges getting new homes signed off by the county and Bill was right there making sure they had everything they could possibly need. I highly recommend Executive Homes and want to thank them for all their hard work and the attention I needed to make this a wonderful experience.

After the Campfire, I was stressed out. I couldnt see myself coping with the permitting process, tree removal, survey, septic, etc. required to rebuild. I met with Tommy of Executive Homes and explained that I wanted a turnkey project. He delivered exactly that. Except for when my signature was required there were no snags, no tension, no problems: Tommy took care of it all.Ive been in my Executive Home for four months now and I could not be happier.

I purchased a home from Executive Homes after my home burned in the Paradise Camp fire. Tommy, Wendy and Bill have treated me like a family member. Everything I have asked for they have made happen for me. The home I chose is beautifully crafted, of high quality and the home I always dreamed of having.I am thrilled to be living in this home and it is because of each of them I am able to have a place to call home again! The folks at Executive Homes helped us become the first folks in Butte Creek Canyon to get an Occupancy Certificate from Butte County after the Camp Fire. Wendy, Bill and Tommy were there for us whenever we needed questions asked throughout the whole process. Their efforts, along with those of their set-up crew, got us into our new house within 13 months of reaching out to them. Their coordination with Wallberg Inc. in getting the site prepared, setting up permit inspections and obtaining them, as well as helping us make necessary decisions sped up the process considerably. The fact that they are trying to do this with nearly a hundred other customers at the same time who all want to be first and foremost, it is amazing to me the staff here has remained helpful and friendly and hasn’t lost their cool. We have a special place in our hearts for these folks and we always will. We are back home on our land and we owe much of this to Executive Homes.

Amazed by the knowledge of Wendy Auer, she made sure we had a clear understanding of the ins and outs of the process of our project. She WILL absolutely have the opportunity to work with us when we are ready to proceed.

They will set up your home then forget about you. They will not fix any issues or send repair people. You have one year after purchase to get item fixed. They will stall the entire year. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!Quick update: called to have the heater fixed as it is not working. Called them twice with no return call. Waited three days and called them again. claimed they didnt know about it. I guess I will just have to go else where before my mother in-law freezes to death. Again: DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

Everyone was very helpful & professional in the beginning process, however once our house was delivered on sight there professionalism went strait down hill!! Said they would fix issues, but never followed through!!! Now getting ahold of anyone responsible & getting things fixed properly is ridiculous!!! I only gave 1 star because I had to too put my 2cence in!!!!
