Great dealership! Helped me with a rider to rider finance. Put a rush on it for me because I needed the bike for a celebration of life and they hit the mark! Service did a great job on repairs, and caught everything I already knew was wrong. They had it repaired and ready for me in time, even though it put them in a pinch. (See Mark in service), hes newer but fantastic. Sean/Shawn, (not sure how he spells it) the sales manager is also top notch, once again hes newer but hes eager to help and is on your team! Matt the fitment manager is also great. Super knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Courtney in DMV is wonderful, Im sure she got annoyed with my 10k calls a day... and the girl in clothing (cant recall her name) but she/you rock! Bruce the finance manager (kinda behind the scenes guy) didnt see him much but he worked hard to get it done.. My situation was a challenging one and the whole team at sierra steel HD pulled it off. I started this process at another dealership who was not helpful at all! (Wont mention the name) but I pulled out of the deal and went to sierra steel. Sierra steel HD made me feel important, safe, and informed. They met my deadlines and believe me, it was challenging given the time! They will be my go to dealer from now on!

On the road for a few days traveling through Chico and noticed that the shift arm on my 2014 Limited was not tight on the splines and I couldn’t get it tightened up with an Allen wrench. Stopped in at the dealer and Mark totally took care of me. He took it around back and torque it to Spec. True Customer service man! He did it for the sake of doing it. That is the deal!Thank you Mark and the staff at Sierra Steel.

They have damn near everything Harley Davidson you can think of. The bike we bought was used but in fantastic shape probably the nicest when I bought it bike Ive had. Everything they told me about it was true and Doug helped us get a great deal. Ive been riding since childhood and have had a total of 8 Harleys over 40 years. Never thought that buying from a dealership would be the best deal but here it was. Hands down SSHD has my business. Im sure all my future rides and gear will be purchased there.

This is my first purchase at Sierra Steel Harley Davidson. Their VIP treatment of taking myself and my wife around to the different departments was a real treat and made me feel more like family than a customer. Im a snowbird and love to stop in Harley stores and pick up a pin and chips. I went in to get my treasures, they only had a poker chip, I said fine and made the purchase, walked to the show room and a very nice gentleman asked what brought me in I explained what happened. He asked if they offered to send me one when they came in, I said no, he said give me your address and I will send it to you, because of this gentleman I gave them 5 stars. What a nice guy, wish I had gotten his name.

Unfortunatly they are failing to honor a Due Bill for repair of damage they caused to a Vanderhall Venice they worked on. The work and damage was done July 2020 and unfirtunatly due to covid owner decided needed to sell. He gave me the due bill. I reached out to ask about them honoring this and even offered options to make it easier and less cost. Unfortunatly they decided aince it was sold even though i have copy of original due bill to not honor fixing damages they caused. I am disapointed that this is their decision. I understand things like this can be difficult but this last yr has not been normal.

I can not say enough about the gang at Sierra Steel Harley Davidson. I have been looking for almost a year for the right bike. Being vertically challenged I have struggled to find a big twin I could sit comfortably on. During the recent rib cookoff this year, Brian turned me onto a Deluxe that sat low enough for me. Doug quickly stepped in and showed me all the features it had, including a lowered seat, tunes, hard bags, and other chrome goodies that made the Cool Blue color scream my name. This was going to be mine! Bruce started paperwork and we were quickly on our way with terms that satisfied us. I can not thank the gang enough, Sandy in apparel has been great finding me new seasonal gear each time I stop by. Thank you SSHD youre the best!
Once a decision had been made in the sales department,Bruce Johnson and Choir Tennin became integral for finalizing the purchase of my 2016 FXDB. Bruce quoted a fair price to which I agreed,helping make term payments wallet friendly. Choirs vast knowledge and experience made it easy for understanding the contractual paperwork agreements and clearly explained available options which would be beneficial to my ownership. Difficult place to rate. Some of the staff deserves a 5 star rating, some of the staff deserved less. It depends I guess on how much money you continually drop in there.Best advice, find the people that are always stellar, they will make your experience worth coming back.

I have wanted to find a way to have my disabled daughter experience the thrill of riding a motorcycle but had yet to find a way. A friend suggested that I talk to the guys at this store so I did. They pounced on the opportunity to bless my little girl and arranged a ride for her in one of their Vanderhall roadsters! She was so excited and talks about it almost every day. Yesterday was my first visit in to the shop and definitely not my last. I came in to get a new helmet and Sandy was very helpful finding the right style and size to fit my needs. The customer service through my entire visit was excellent. I left happy, with a new helmet, vest and quote on the next modifications I plan to do to my bike. I will be taking the family in for new helmets soon as well.

These people are awesome..im in north Carolina and thru my nephew and the AMCA found a 46 flathead. due to the location I needed a place to get the bike for pickup. called sierra steel hd and kim said they do it all the time. when I called and told them when the bike would be there, steve was my point man and did not disappoint. I scheduled the pickup and kept steve informed. I think he spent a couple of nights there making sure the bike was secure. this whole experience was a pleasure, so if you find yourself in the area, stop in and say hi....good people.....

Robbie did a good job showing us what to get and why. Not sure about highway pegs being the right one for my tri glide but maybe I just havent figured how to put them on. Parts dept are all friendly and know what they are doing.
My wife and I recently bought a 2014 Street Glide from Sierra Steel HD. The buying process was seamless and straightforward. We got the deal we wanted with terms we are happy with. We were taken on a tour of all the departments and introduced to nearly everyone working that day...very friendly and helpful staff. My husband and I recently purchased our new bike from Sierra Steel Harley-Davidson. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We loved the friendly and helpful staff and how they make you feel like family. This is why it pains us to write this review, but the consumer needs to know... The first step of purchase was with Bruce, in the warehouse building of the establishment. This is where they crunch the initial numbers before completing the paperwork with Choir. We told Bruce that we would not finance with Harley because it would probably be a 25% or better interest rate. He was quick to correct us No. Why would you think that? Its 11%. We were both surprised and thought, well that is not the best rate, but we could refinance and lower it. Bruce said Well wait about 30 days before you do that... We wanted to build a good relationship with Sierra Steel, so we thought that would be fine. We were financed with Harley-Davidson Credit Corp. After waiting the agreed upon timeline. We started the refinancing process. This is where we learned that the 11% is a daily interest rate. WE HAD NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING. It never occurred to us to clarify the 11% to be monthly or daily. NEVER. We cannot say that Bruce knew about this, but we can also not say, that he didnt. Our payment was $432.88 of that $245.52 was interest and $187.36 was principal at 10.95%. These numbers were from the month of February where we only had 28 days. Consumers please be sure ask if your interest rate is daily or monthly.

On our way down to Hollister, CA from Southern OR for the weekend we broke down and got a flat tire in not only the hottest part of town but during the hottest part of the day. Called this shop and let them know what was going on and they were so helpful. Had our bike towed there for repair/tire replacement. Ive had the pleasure of working with Steve (over the phone) in the service department a few months back when I purchased a part for my husbands bike and he was beyond helpful and willing to accommodate our needs to get the part shipped up to OR. Since our bike happened to break down in close proximity to their shop I got to meet Steve in person and his service was just as pleasant in person as on the phone. He and all the folks in the service department took excellent care of us, got us back on the road, took into consideration we were out of town and traveling and our safety was their # 1 concern. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were taken care of, treated well and never felt taken advantage of. Sandy was an absolute doll inside offered us water and snacks knowing we had been stuck on the side of the road broken down. I would recommend this shop to anyone, whether its for repairs or for sales! Their entire staff are the type of people you enjoy doing business with :-)
