Owens is great for the first six months, after that youre just a number.

The delivery guy is great. My issue with Owens is my doctor orders equipment and I have to call them 3 weeks later to find out where my order is. Today will be the third time I had to make the call for different issues.

The people at Owens are an absolute pleasure to work with. No hassle, no fuss, no nonsense. Any and all problems Ive had with my equipment have been handled with respect and by personable people. Other companies have given me the run-around but Owens has always been on top of helping their customers.

I have had Owens Medical for my oxygen supplys for over 1 1/2 years. Since the beginning delivery of my oxygen supplys. I havent heard a thing from them. My small oxygen bottles were DIRTY FROM SOMEONES ELSE FELT. They werent clean at all germs all over them. Thats not right.to give a patient someones germs. I ask the guy that delivered them. He nobody cleans them . Plus he was the LAZYS Person I seen . He doesnt care about anything. He worthless in my books. I have compained about him several times. I need oxygen tubing . Nobodys call to see if I need any @ all. Our come and clean my large oxygen mechine. There has to be a filter in there . I HAVENT HEARED FROM ANYBODY FOR MORE THEN A ( YEAR ). ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONTHLY PAYMENT. AND TO HELL WITH YOUR NEEDS FOR EQUIPMENT . VERY POOR COMPANY TO BE IN BUSINESS FOR PEOPLE WITH MEDICAL NEEDS.

When I first started using my Cpap they were very helpful. Now I have to call them every time. Also watch the billing. They will try to double bill you. Just check your stuff and only pay for what you receive.

Really nice people. Helpful prossionals that can help you with problems that come up with the equipment.
