Ive ordered from party city twice now. Once last year... and unfortunately recently a couple weeks ago. Both times ive had issues with sizing and tried to start a return. Both instances the online system has said my order number didnt exist.... this last year I contacted customer service about it. They sent me a return label supposedly... which I never received. Contacted them again.... said they woukd sent it onto another rep for a return label. No return label was ever received and is ever accesible.... so you cannot return an item via mail. Ever. So dont buy anything from them....

BRI IS AMAZING!! She put together a large, beautiful arrangement of balloons that I purchased for a friends birthday. She was very helpful with choosing colors that went well together and I was so, so happy with everything. And the birthday girl loved them! Thank you, Bri!!

We waited in line while the only employee talked w a customer making party pllans, over 6 min wait. Not even acknowledging us. Byeee

Got some cute decorations for my toddlers bday party, the women are friendly and they have balloons.

Went in to find decorations for a huge party I was throwing. Tons of items to get, but some young guy helped me out so much! I will be coming in again because of him! Can recommend

Tons of supplies, fair prices, and friendly staff. SO MANY different choices for balloons, all kinds of cool balloon art.

They are usually super nice, however today I am not happy with the service. They didnt tie my specialty Mylar balloon well enough and it came off the string and flew away as soon as I got home from the picking them up. When I called to let them know, the girl didnt apologize, but offered a refund for the one balloon lost, so that is nice. The main problem is the fact that I specially ordered 2 Unicorn balloons online for my nieces birthday party tomorrow, which is in another town, and now I only have 1. I know its a silly thing to be upset about, but I feel as though the customer service was lacking with the experience.

High prices when compared to larger retailers, but a larger selection of party supplies. Helpful staff.

Big selection of latex balloons. Small selection of party themed decorations. Good service. It is on the pricey side but what party store isnt.

The female working today should not be working customer service! I showed up an hour early (because I couldnt remember what time I had set to pick up, considering I had PAID for the balloons many days prior) to pick up TWO balloons. The girl working snapped at me in front of other customers and made me feel absolutely horrible for arriving early. The workers cell phone kept going off and she screamed loudly across the store at her cell phone like a maniac! Then proceeded to answer her cell phone and yell at whoever was on the other line. The store was steadily busy and the girl working once again, loudly kept screaming for her co-worker to come out from the back office. Ten minutes later and the other female comes out to help. The first worker I had encounter with tells her co worker I came early(and some other words I couldnt make out) and rolls her eyes.. HORRIBLE employees
