Great place to find anything you could possibly want for any type of party you could possibly have! Shelves were a little sparse, but that seems to be at any store recently. We will have a great gender reveal tomorrow with all the goodies we picked up tonight! 👍

Sign said some Halloween items 50 % off. Loaded up the cart went to register and not 1 item was on sale. Just posted the sign to get people in. If Im gonna pay full price Ill wait till next Halloween to buy

Its kind of like Sim City, but instead of being a video game where you design and control your own town, you get to buy supplies for you next party.

This location looked pretty organizing. Didnt really have much of what I was looking for. Prices are kinda high but they have lots of party stuff.... Obviously lol. Would recommend.

Party City has a great selection of things that you need for a party, get together, or any celebratory event. We always find ourselves getting a hard to find item, which is convenient. The worst part is waiting in line to check out. If I only had a minute left to live, I would choose to spend it waiting in line at party city because it would feel like an eternity.

Unprofessional and unknowledgeable about their own merchandise. Even called in advance and employees inconvenienced me with a completely different service and cost than what was not discussed. Then tried to charge me for something that is a free service. Never again

0 Stars!! These people messed up on my order to be delivered... because they placed it on the wrong bin to be delivered and they expected me to go pick it up. Ha!!! So I pay for delivery and you expect me to pick up?!First time buying online with Party City in Chicopee, Massachusetts and I promise it will be my last!! -0 Grade on customer service.

It was my moms 50th birthday, and Party City was the only place that sold 50-related items for the birthday party. I got 5 and 0 balloons, a photo frame for photos, and birthday hangers for decorations. The balloons are not cheap, $18 per number. But it was worth it since it was for my mom!

I ordered a costume online for my son. I got a confirmation that my order was ready to be picked up. Went to pick it up, no one could find my order even though I had an email confirmation with an order number.Finally after 3 employees helped me, they found my order. I brought home the costume only to find it all shoved back in the bag like it was used or returned.Went to help my son put it on and the zipper is broken. Now after wasting my time in the store picking up the costume, now I have to go back and return it and god only knows how that’s going to go because they had enough difficulty locating the order in the first place.So frustrated!

So much to choose from...i knew after visiting that I would be returning for each event. Many isles go according to events, colors, themes etc. There is a large selection of balloons to choose from and there is a large isle dedicated to candy 🍬 yummy. I had a blast with my daughter esp in the isle that has several photo props and costumes. Definitely must return

Always a long line no matter what day it is with one cashier. Manager acts like it’s an inconvenience to get the line down. Have better staffing and these stores would be visited more often.

Early in the morning I ordered a Doctors custom for my baby girls birthday. I went to the Party Citys website, I chose the one from Chicopee, MA. I chose same day delivery. I called the store, they answered my questions very kindly. I received the package after 2pm. The driver called me when he was in front of my building, like I asked. He was very efficient and nice. We are so exited since it fit my babygirl and it is quality.

The workers there were very helpful, and I was asked multiple times if I needed help. They all seemed to enjoy helping people come up with costume ideas for Halloween and that made the environment in the store very friendly

Shopped other stores looking for a special item for a baby shower, never found it! Went to party city, bam! There it is! Made my wife very happy. If you need party items, the staff is very knowledgeable on what they have. From now on, we are shopping at party city!

Aweful staff. Bought a balloon online waited in line to be told it would be 2 hours before they could fill it. They offer the service and it would of took 30 seconds. So I brought it to big y and they did it right away. They just didnt want to be bothered. I will never go back there.

Customer service suck, they should train people or rehire. Through the phone they take a breath because they don’t want help cause that are too busy, they tell you where is that item that your looking for like you in the store, Seriously! I just need a price and to know if they have it. I ask for someone else help and they answer with a bother tone. Guess I gotta travel to enfield, smh.

Not so great for balloons but great to get candy and other stuff. They have a large variety of balloons but usually the staff ties the string around the nosel which either breaks it or makes it leak which has happened to alot of people including myself. Candy is cheap, they have tiny party hats that are the cutest thing

Curtain person that works there was very rude and yelling across the store to the other employee that was attending customers myself and she unprofessional i say and i think that should be checked the girl at the cashier was really nice but that other person was very rude to her and unprofessional

The staff was all to busy to be inconvenienced to ring me out so I out back most of my stuff and just got the card that I needed to get. The one girl was asked 3 times to hop on a register and help when she finally she huffed and puffed and snatched my card and was short with me.

Decent selection for most ages, typically adult latex costumes like Michael myers etc run about 50 bucks, if you get in early u may have the store to yourself, customer service is sub-par, but overall a decent place to find your Halloween needs
