Recently got a mattress and frame with little to no effort due to the phenomenal customer service that was provided! The workers were incredibly detailed in the process and made sure I was 100% comfortable knowing all the facts on the bed before purchase. They even made my husband comfortable with the price, it’s a win win! I can’t wait to get my comfy bed, it has buttons with a remote! Exciting!!!

Very great experience. Peter really knew what he was talking about to answer all my questions and was very chill to talk to. Was able to compete with online pricing bundles and offer other options, knew the material of the mattress and what would best work for bad backs. He was also conscientious about price and wasnt trying to oversell me or make me pay for things I didnt need. Overall would definitely recommend and shop there again.

So far so good. Due to Covid, shopping for a mattress was difficult to say the least. Like most people, I did a lot of online shopping and decided, based a size and price, to purchase from Mattress Firm. For the first month Iluxuriated in the softness of the mattress, it was like being on vacation. However, the more I slept on it, the more my body began to rebel to the soft, comfortable, hug me feel.The salesman, Ryan, was very kind and helpful. I have used mattress firm for the past 10 years to purchase mattresses (yes we have gone through a few mattresses for different reasons) but primarily to upgrade because we moved and needed multiple mattresses etc. Anyway today what brought us in was because 3 yrs ago we purchased the Tom Brady bed which was the beautyrest black wellington version. Anyway it was close to 5000.00. 3 years later we went to move our mattress we noticed that near every single handle that is on the side of the mattress for carrying/lifting we noticed that the bottom of the mattress was separating from the side of the mattress (only at the seams of the handles). Nonetheless i was able to see the entite makeup of the mattress. I was so mad so i inquired about the warranty (after spending that much money who wants to have a product that is damaged or malfunctioning?) After submitting a warranty claim online, taking pictures and submitting it i heard back from someone TWO DAYS after submission. I was so so so impressed!!!! I then visited a local store after approval and it was honestly such a GREAT experience!!! We went to the Chicopee MA location and dealt with Nicole and Ryan. They were sooooo nice, welcoming, and someone i could sit at a dinner table with and have a great connection. They made it such a comfortable and welcoming experience!! I was grateful for the help, the honesty, and the personable experience they gave us ...i really was!!! Truth is...is something that kind of upset me was we spent 4500 on the mattress and in order to purchase another mattress we could not get honored any sale prices or promotions. This doesnt make it the end of the world but the only thing i would say to that is we didnt want our original mattress to be ruined and with it not being our fault it would have been an even better experience if we could have purchased another matttess set at whatever sale price and promotion was going on so we could also get some accessories to go with it!!! But i am grateful for everything and the point of this review was to compliment mattress firm for standing behind their customers and their product-that was much appreciated!!!

We bought our new bed from Kevin a few weeks ago and was just blown away by how knowledgeable he was. I wanted to wait to do a review until after it was delivered, and Im glad I did because it was a stellar experience from start to finish. He even price matched for us! We were heading to Raymour and Kevin not only saved us a lot time and money, but were even more confident in our decision after talking with him. Were really looking forward to seeing if this mattress is a great fit, and if its not, its great knowing that we can try again without penalty (delivery excluded, naturally).

Melissa deserves 5 stars. I am giving it 3 stars because they gave me a mattress less quality then what I expected for a value of 500 paid 170 though but still.. It was flat and low to ground. The delivery jamacian men acted sketchy even tryed to take a picture of my bedroom which is my main room to capture the mattress and background as they kept looking around my room and not at me as I spoke to them. I made the guy take picture he required in front of the fridge I stead. He acted nervous when he saw I caught onto his antics of snooping. Otherwise fast delivery in an unmarked truck. Did not have company logo on it had to question if it was them. Not friendly and spoke very little english. I called store but the woman said she can not control what the drivers do. I am asking for a picture of mattress because this one feels and looks like a topper. Still waiting for that email Sales associate said they would send. Feel like I am not a priority. This is why I gave a generous 3 stars.

I want to start this off by saying that I thought we had a great experience with the person we bought our mattress through. That ended up changing. We wanted to buy a king size mattress and were told we had to buy two twin xl mattresses and they dont make King size anymore. I took her word for it because I have never owned a king size before. We got a delivery date for about a week later. When it was delivered, they delivered two King size bases so my husband had to refuse the delivery. I was home for the next delivery date and the men who delivered our new mattress and removed my old mattress came to do so.... While doing this, they scratched a huge gouge in my freshly refinished wood floor in my brand new (to me) house. Not to mention the rude service from both VIP DELIVERY and the sales person that we had originally ordered through. We have spoken to two people who have been a great help and two (including the original person we bought our mattress through) that have given us nothing but attitude and misinformation. It takes a lot for me to complain, but this service was absolutely ridiculous for all of the money we paid.

I had the most INCREDIBLE experience here, and it was definitely the best Ive ever had at any retail store. Justina was wonderful! She took the time to get to know me and what type of mattress I liked. Ive never bought a mattress before and she was great at explaining everything. She is super personable and helpful. This is our fourth bed purchase from Mattress Firm. Well, the first one was from Sleepys but the last three from Mattress Firm. We have excellent service for all of our purchases. I bought a bed from Mattress firm and it was defective mattress . After several pictures and phone calls later the corporate office said it was not covered under the warranty that I paid for . Please do not buy from here . Save your time and money .

My wife and were looking to help her mother buy a mattress. It was a pleasure meeting Lisa and getting an informative perspective about buying a mattress, Lisa took the time to explain how to buy the correct mattress, we didnt know what went into buying a mattress. In the end buying a mattress and box spring was an easy and pleasurable experience not pressure to pushing sale pitches. Great place to go for a mattress, definitely will go back when I need my next mattress.
