Had a great visit and they did quality work. Steve in service and Kim in parts were very helpful. A bit on the pricey side but worth it for the quality of the work. Had the car for an extra day but it needed new holes drilled with the undercarriage rust.
Oil change was quick and easy. The staff was friendly, informative, and efficient.
They brought a car around for my friends to look at said they had not touched it yet should have told her to com back was disgusting. We left
Brandon Morgado is an excellent customer service representative. From the get go he was sincere and enthusiastic about helping me. He fixed my side mirror that has been misaligned for months. Got my service started and promised he would have my android phone linked back up to my Civic before I left and his word was good. He quickly ran though the control menus, cleared the phone directories, reconnected my phone and I was back online. Thanks Brandon. Five Stars!

So I dont go as often as I should. But when I do go Jason Palmer is always, always a pleasure to work with. Explains everything fully. Lets you know what needs to be done and how much it will be so there are no surprises. He has a great attitude and must really loves his job. I know that what ever he said needs to be done and it is nice to be able to trust someone when it comes to your car.
Brett Cohen is a wonderful person and a great salesman. He suggests, doesnt pressure, and is trustworthy.

Even though my car repair was unavoidably expensive, I had a very good experience at Curry. My car “died” and crawled its way to Curry on a Saturday morning where it was looked at and diagnosed right away. The service staff were very caring and explained everything that my Honda CR-V at almost 200,000 miles needed. They also promised to do their best to get me a fair price, which they did. Excellent service as always; I recommend them highly

Feel like we got a fair and reasonable deal. They also found a second financer that knocked 12 months off the loan which translated into roughly $5500 additional savings. That was much appreciated, as I think most dealerships wouldve let us think the other bank offer was the only option.

I went in for a factory recall. I called ahead to make see how long and such. Scheduled the appointment with a very cheerful Lady, I had a few other questions she was kind enough to warm transfer me to the repair department, and also explained the emails and or texts I would get to confirm appointment. Day of the appointment was greeted with a smile walked inside where it was warm had a nice lounge sitting area for the wait and job was finished 10 mins ahead of schedule. Decided to purchase from Curry after an initial great interaction. As part of the deal they were to pay the last lease payment on my existing lease. Unfortunately that didnt happen so I received a late payment notice. I reached out and was assured it would be taken care of. That was over three weeks ago and even with additional contacts Ive gotten no confirmation theyve made good on their promise...

My wife and I arrived on Saturday afternoon just looking to kick the tires on some cars I heard about being repossessed and that the deals would be exceptional. I pretty much wanted to check and see if it was a gimmick. We arrived and were nervous because every time we go to a dealership the pressure is palpable. I wanted to check the lot prices and head out, but my wife needed to use the restroom. So when we walked in, we were greeted by the receptionist, who called over a sales person to assist us. After the hello, we had the question of what monthly payments would we be comfortable with. I understand that this is how the salesmen get an idea for the price range of a car, but I absolutely hate the question because it automatically dictates the range that you feel comfortable with, but since we were just kicking the tires we hadnt discussed it yet. Also, this is a tactic to take negotiating power away from the customer. Both my wife and my answers were different. At that point we looked the vehicles that were repossessed over with just a quick stroll around. Most of the prices were way out of the range we were considering, but a few were lower priced. So we settled on discussing one car that caught my eye. I just wanted to know the payments and the interest on the vehicle. Christian got the rough numbers, but I wasnt comfortable with the price of the payments and for how long the loan term would be for. I told him I would prefer about 40 dollars lower on the payment, but he said that wasnt doable, so I was ready to walk away. He spoke with his manager and split the difference to 20 dollars, but in order to do that, they made the term longer and took 193 dollars off the vehicle price. Seriously? That isnt even a full payment off the car and extending the term will add more interest so the savings would be a wash at best. We understood that the manager, Rick, was just looking at the bottom line while we were trying to negotiate a better price. My wife and I knew we were not going to reach an agreement, so we were ready to walk away. We told Christian that we would not be able to reach a deal on the vehicle, since we werent comfortable with the overall price and payment. Instead of a hand shake and having us leave, he told us to wait a minute. After a minute, the manager Rick came out to speak with us. He felt that he had gotten us to the payment we wanted, but as discussed above we didnt feel comfortable with the terms. Then came the final plea. If he could drop the price, by 500 dollars would we take the deal? We had already resolved ourselves to the fact that this wasnt the right time, right price or right terms for my wife and me. I told Rick, there is nothing within reason that would have us go through with the sale today. He was adamant so I told him that If he could drop another 1000 dollars off the vehicle price, we would take it, but like I said above I knew that was completely unreasonable. He finally stood up, seemingly fuming about my answer, reluctantly shook my hand, did an eye roll to his sales guy and of course gave the body language of, Thanks for wasting my time. This is all while our initial interaction with the salesman was just to kick the tires. We were not trying to waste anyones time. We were trying to find a deal that was right for our family. That isnt something to get upset about or to have us feel such a high pressure situation. Christian was nice enough, but when we were ready to walk away, he should have just had us leave. Getting his manager after we said we were ready to leave felt like a sign of disrespect. As for the short interactions with Rick. That was the final pin in the pin cushion. So far, all of the car dealerships we have frequented are the same. The commercials say they care about the customer, but in reality it is all about the sale. They will care about you, once you separate with your money.

The airbags that were replaced last year the Takata airbags . the replaced parts were as bad as the originals. recall said the malfunction can cause serious injury or death if the replacement airbags were to deploy. so how long until we replace this replacement.?

I had a bad experience with this dealership about 12 years ago but decided to give it a second chance since I would not be dealing with sales staff this time. So here is my story- I made a service appointment 2 days in advance. I also made it a point to get to the dealership super early to keep to a schedule. When I reached the dealership, I was told that the parts for my service job had not been ordered. I also spent over 3 hours in the dealership which really threw off my schedule. I have never had a good experience with this dealership. I plan to take my business to Lia Honda in Northampton next time. This establishment is very disorganized. They always have excuses for their shortcomings.
