I recently purchased a switch plus bundle from gamestop. It came with case, headphones, controller, screen protector and 2 games. Now i was told that is what it comes with. But what they failed to tell me is that i was going to get charged a warranty for everything listed above. They conveniently say at end of transaction plus warranty not plus 70 dollars in warranties. Plus why throw headphones on when only 3 games are compatible for mic. They scred me so biyer beware for these guys. They are scamming the public into semseless warranties.

Lied. Set me up on a plan. Take my money. Then deny it happened. Despite evidence. Dont honor their own promotion. Shame.

They got rid of p.s.3 games!!! Some of us still have a ps3! Looks like i will be shopping elsewhere!

Manager has been there for years. Very good customer service skills. Buy all my kids games there. If you dont know what a particular game is about he will inform about whatever it is that your interested in or concerned about. I would give the store five stars but the parking lot can be difficult to get in and out of.

The associate was very unprofessional and did not greet my girlfriend and I when we entered the store. On top of that, I had some trade in games and the associate at the store I normally go to, says Are you looking for cash or trade-in?. This associate looked at me and said nothing and finally after a few seconds said rudely what do you want to do with these and I responded Store Credit please. The associate then proceeds to do the usual scan of the games and at the end says the total and I said ok and then another awkward staring contest proceeded and the associate again rudely asked So, your not gonna buy anything? and i responded No, I would like it on a card. I will not be returning to this store and the higher ups have been notified! DISGUSTING!!!

GameStop will take used PS3 and all its attachments so long as they are in working order. Now I am satisfied with my PS4 and will await the next gen.

I truly hope GameStop survives the pandemic because this is a great store that I enjoy going to. A lot of people question Gamestop but I always tell everyone I know that CHICOPEE GAMESTOP is the place to be. Employees such as DL and Christian give notice to their regulars. DL goes above and beyond for customers, most specifically if they show their loyalty. I dont write a lot of reviews and I understand as a company GameStop can be a bit shady, but this particular location has the best staff no questions asked. So long as my favorite employees are there, Im happy to do business there.

Terrible customer service. Called with a question didnt get a hello or how can I help you just yeah, gamestop the boy didnt even say his name. He answered my question quickly then hung up on me while I was litterally in the middle of a sentence. Go to the shop and Hadley or anywhere else just not this one.

I just went to this game stop today with my friend and a black male that was working there gave us very rude service and when he was checking out my friend for the game he was buying he had a big attitude in his voice I do not like the customer service that we received today I will not be coming back if you want better Customer service I recommend going to any other game stop besides this one this place Sucks I will be not returning!!!!

I will give this specific location 5 stars because they brought me back into the gamestop fold after being lapsed for a few years. An issue with a missing serial number on a vita. They are always fast, well stocked, and knowledgeable.

Average GameStop store. This one has good deals on games, not so much on consoles. The GS near Wal-Mart in Springfield has better deals on consoles.

I mean, you know what to expect when you walk into a Gamestop. They have all the products I need, but I have noticed so.e issues with customer service, and the waits can be very long even at their slower times. I will always be a customer because they have so much, I just wish theyd be able to pick up the pace in line.

The only gamestop I use. The people working are by far the best most knowledgeable staff around. Dont travel anywhere else

They have a friendly and upbeat atmosphere, the employees warmly greet you upon entering and are more than willing to help you with any questions or concerns. The store is right next to a subways right on memorial drive. I think its a great location to visit.

Looked for a game at 3 different stores, finally this GameStop says they have a copy and they’ll get it for me, then tell me it’s on hold for someone. Come on you just said you had one for me, that’s the frustrating part.

This is by far the worse GameStop I’ve ever been. Have me waiting 2hours to then tell me he didn’t have what I was looking for. It clear that this game stop like to false advertise. I don’t recommend this place.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. My biggest problem was searching on game stops website they had a nintento switch dock for $50 but when we went into the store we were quoted $70 and they didnt have it there. It would have had to be shipped from the Manchester store for an additional charge. Its very deceiving and shady to have the website quote one price and the store say another.

I live very close to this store and go there everyone once and a while for some of my game purchases. Love there employees everyone is really cool always willing to help me or my friends out weather its checking it they have a game in stock or looking up details on pre orders.Overall the service has always been great and i often look forward to going back and picking up or pre ordering a new game when ever i find one i like.

Chicopee location is def one of the better ones in the area even tho we usually go to EL bc we live there. Staff is cool at most of the stores!

The guys are always helpful and always let me know of all the up and coming releases.

Its GameStop if you been there you know what to expect. They have a rewards card that comes with a year subscription to games informed magazine and money off used games plus different perks each month. Sometimes they are pushy trying too get you to preorder games. Also they get to take home and play new games then bring them back and resell them as new even thou seal has been broken and game has been played but because it was done by a employee they can sell the game as new which is not right. Stores usually have a PS4 and Xbox one setup to play. Store is often busy but they do try to make the regulars feel like your their friend. Sometimes store is crowded and there is a annoying customer standing at the counter talking to employees for hours. Decent place but dont agree with all their business practices.
