I refuse to shop anywhere except for fruit fair. I love this place so much. Have been coming here for years, the family who owns it are the nicest people and always help me if I have questions. They can usually order something if you don’t see it on the shelf just ask! They have more items each time I go and I frequent each week sometimes more than once a week. Love their cultural foods sections and all the variety they have. The best grocers in the area and they just recently renovated a lot of areas of the store are brand new! They were here through the pandemic and even before then. Cannot say enough good things about this store and I love the staff it’s like seeing family when I go! I’d I didn’t live here I would still travel here just to come to Fruit fair. Thank you for feeding my family!

I enjoy shopping here. Very nice, friendly customer service. Pictured here is the Lasagna sold in the meals to go section. This is something different for me to enjoy as I only cook for one. I put it in my smallest casserole dish, cover w/foil and heat it up. I get 2 servings from this. Yummy good!! Deli and Bakery items are another area along with produce I check out while shopping. Quite the selection of grocery items available to the customer as well. Shop small…Shop local. ❤️

A friend recommended I try Fruit Fair because I was complaining about other supermarkets. Today was my first visit and I have to say my friend was correct in recommending Fruit Fair. The gentleman at the deli was so nice and accommodating. The selection was good and I loved local options. Checking out was so great, the employee name was Lori and she was the cherry on my Sunday. So friendly!!! My new supermarket.

I talk to Sam all the time they have been doing an excellent job upgrading. the new hot food that they’ve been putting out it’s delicious.

I adore this place. We see the significant improvements new owners have put in to bring it back and so they have my business. Definitely a huge fan. The flowers were $10 and the vase was $3.

Sam and Jared always have fantastic deals on everyday products and a delicious line of readymade meals. On a hectic day after work, Fruit Fair is my go-to for an easy, fresh, and delicious dinner.I love their selection of Polish and Spanish food, and their deli is always fully stocked with salads, deli meat, and fun cheeses.Theyre a wonderful staple in Chicopee and were so grateful to have them.

What a transformation!! I wouldn’t even buy my smokes there before and after the new ownership I refuse to shop anywhere else. Sale prices are out of this world. They beat big box stores all the time and quality is at least a week fresher on all produce and meats.

A great market full of gluten free and specialized items for those that need them. They are kind and friendly. They also have a shady parking spot for dogs to sit in. They also have quality items such as quality meats, locally sourced produce and locally made bread.

I stopped coming here in 2014 because the store wasn’t worth visiting anymore and during the pandemic I learnt about the change in ownership and lot of great things they are doing in the community. I went back and had to see the improvements for myself. It was a beautiful experience, owners are great, store is clean, everything was fresh and affordable and a lot of value all over. A must visit. I come to shop here once a month from VT. Lots of fresh farm produce, lots of fresh meats and very nice deli. Carries a lot of Spanish products which I love.

It’s a great Supermarket. I come here all the time. Produce is cheaper than Aldi, meats are cheaper than Price Rite, place is friendlier than a restaurant, what else are you looking for in a Supermarket?

This is my idea of a great food store.It is community oriented in many ways. The staff treats one another well, and is very helpful.Wonderful local and organic produce.An excellent meat department, fresh bread, fabulous cheese and other dairy products.Then you have Spanish and Polish foods which are sensitive to peoples needs.This store has been highly attentive to the covid 19 realities, and they continue to work hard to provide good protection.Thank you!

This store has raw turmeric, ginger, fresh mint, cilantro and basil and much more. They also ordered halal meats for me. Love it!!

It’s such a lovely market with a ‘hometown’ feel to it. Lots of local produce, red meats, ABF chicken (big deal) and deli.I stopped coming here on 2015 but wanted to check it out after hearing that there are new owners. And if you have known Fruit Fair for years you WILL notice how far it has come in the last year. Definitely MY go to place.

Great, independent neighborhood grocer. We love their made in store golumpki mix and the butchers wholl help you select then custom prepare a nice variety of steaks, roasts and more. The Deli and prepared food sections are fast and friendly as well.If you havent been, go, youll love em!

We got the Easter package!! It was marvelous!I stopped by the first time yesterday and it had very fresh produce and meats, very large Goya selection and lots of salads in the deli.

Upscale grocery store with a lot of good sales, fresh produce and meats and good deli. They have a finger licking good ham salad and the best customer service.

I am new to the area and was pleasantly surprised. Very nice market with cheap basics, farm produce and diverse selection. One can tell that they don’t advertise much. Everything considered more people should be shopping there but a lot of people don’t know about it.

Im happy to see the updates to Fruit Fair and would like to give you more business, but please update the prices for your weekly specials in your cash register software. The last 3 times I’ve been in, the cashier gave me a higher price than the store signage offered.

Nice grocery store, with decent prices and very good produce, meat and deli. The place is a little small, with a smaller selection of items than your larger supermarkets. Only certified Local Hero (CISA certified ) store around.

This store has made phenomenal improvement over the past year in terms of freshness, product quality and price, customer service, transparency and cleanliness. The sense of community in the new owners have really shown through. Starting senior discount, essential boxes, phone order delivery, shuttle service etc etc and the list goes on. Keep it up guys!

Do not use this supermarket. Grown up in chicopee my while life and this used to be my go to place. They have gown WAY downhill over the years. They are super shady and not community friendly. Earlier this year we tried to order from them and they price gouged us big time. Never paid 7.99 for a dozen eggs or 9.99 for 1 roll of toilet paper before but Whatever times are crazy we let it go. I called today to ask a question and the lady on the phone was so rude. I wanted to know if an item was available and before I even finished she cut me off and said nope, all sold out, dont have any. With an attitude. Then I asked if she knew when more might be coming in. I dont know, whenever they deliver. And then hung up on me. Great customer service.

Shopping at Fruit Fair is not a chore at all. They know me my name, has everything I need and most importantly they have the nicest staff. During the toilet paper shortage in March they brought in toilet paper from New Jersey and was the only store to have tp. Keep up the good work.

Not enough stars in the sky for this place. LOVE the freshness of veggies, meats and deli. Also Chamura’s rye bread . They know me by name. Awesome place.

Just a gorgeous grocery store full of delicious surprises, lots of locally sourced food, and helpful staff. The cheese case, deli section is not to be missed, I loved the premise meals on the hotbar, the meat department is extensive and full of fun finds!

Love this little market. Fruit Fair might as well be a co-op. They carry a lot of local produce, meat, honey, syrup, flowers and pop corn. GO LOCAL OR GO HOME!

They have a great deli. I buy all my cold meats and cheeses here every week. They carry Chorizo and Fontina off the block. They also carry a lot of local breads, produce and grade A meat. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

The lady in the deli has no idea how to listen to an order. I ask for thin sliced meat and i get thick slices that are literally balled up and squeezed like a snowball the cheese was supposed to be sliced a little thicker and that was paper thin and came apart in little chunks that are hard to peel apart. Bottom line, if you need or want deli meats your better off just going to Big Y or Stop & Shop.

I like shopping here, away from the rush of a big Supermarket, friendly faces, fresh food and great prices.

Fruit fair was great back in the day.used to be the place to buy fruits and deli meat. But i would not get meat there if it was free .i bought hamburg there got home and cooked it .it was bad i brang it right back the owner told me o well there was nothing they could do

Great little store with a surprisingly good selection of produce. Very unassuming and part of the charm is that its not unlike a State St/Serios market in Northampton, small, a little dated, but not in a bad way. Carries Chicopee-made foods and a good mix of polish/ethnic food

Use to be family run place now foreigners run it, they pull off any coupons or buy one get one free stickers, high prices only go if it is an emergency otherwise Stop and Shop is about a mile away.

I’ve been going there for years but they have sold me old and smelly meat stale bread and old lettuce very disgusting place I advise people not to come to this place for groceries drive a little more down the street and go to stop and shop
