We have rented trucks from many different places, but we choose Penske in Chicopee mainly because of Josh Noel. We come in and our paper work is ready to go. Josh goes over and beyond for us, and has gotten us trucks even last minute. We walk in and he is efficiently multitasking 5 different things for customers, while still giving us five star service every time. To the people in cooperate, the level of customer service, competency, and efficiency that Josh Noel has displayed over the past year has made us a permanent customer as well as an advocate for this location. I cant say enough good things about this particular sales rep Josh. It is very rare for us to feel this confident when dealing with rentals.

Penske truck rental is more about themselves than customers. They never have parts on hand for the trucks they rent. There attention to customer satisfaction is nonexistent.

I have been renting trucks from this company for years and spent a massive amount of money and today is the second time that they have attempted to charge me for repairs for damage that we didnt cause. it sounds like from people Ive spoken to the office that when they find an issue they just try to Bill somebody for it. This time it was a missing gas cap an employee did a walk around the truck when it was returnedand did not say anything about a missing gas cap and on top of that the gas cap is ATTACHED to the truck by a plastic strap. They billed me for over $40 in labor plus the cost of a new cap for somebody to allegedly screw a gas cap back onto the truck. The bill is also dated for a week after we returned the truck.
