Had to match old paint on exterior stairs and they took the time to figure out the perfect match. They checked the first batch and they were not satisfied with the color and did a second batch. It is rare that you find a store that will make sure you get the correct product and go that extra distance to ensure a quality outcome. The store was very busy but I was treated like I was the only customer. Every other customer in the store got the same treatment. It was a great customer service experience.

Picked up 5 gallons of Mindful Gray tonight in less than 15 minutes. The girl was running the store by herself (Friday around 630pm) and did a great job multi-tasking between handling the customers, running the register, mixing all my gallons simultaneously. Excellent job, young lady!

Forget the big box stores such as Lowe’s and Home Depot. Their paints are mediocre at best. High quality paint available at Sherman Williams with a very knowledgeable staff.Let me put it this way - I often see paint contractors in here, but never in a Home Depot or Lowe’s. They don’t want to risk their reputation when their clients want high quality.

They had want I was looking for, very pleasant and brought it out to my car so I didnt have to go in.

Went with the professional painter who was doing my home exterior and I was really impressed with how much the cashier knew about the paint they provided and best uses. Even saved me a few bucks by recommending a less expensive brand that would suit my purposes better then the expensive stuff.

I went in to get 5 gallons of paint and even though there was 1 girl working and other customers, she efficiently mixed our paints simultaneously using several machines and my order was done in less than 10 minutes. She was very professional and pleasant and worked well under pressure.

Better quality paint than home depot or lowes

I was disappointed in the options considering its soley a paint store. I usually go across the street to Walmart for paint, but I figured Id go to a store with paint professionals helping me. I was looking for white stain for my new fence. The women told me she didnt have any and said I could find it at a craft store 🙄.I went to Home Depot and after failing to find something on my own, the employees helped me mix up some wood paint stain accordingly to my preference (they had so many options!)
