I love this store. It is very clean and you cant beat the prices. The staff are always so friendly and helpful each time I go. Highly recommended.

They have nice stuff and fair prices especially if you have pets they have coats for dogs for $5

The staff wasnt very friendly and werent even properly dressed. Also my granddaughter bought a bottle of perfume. I gave it to the girl running the cash register. She picked it up and moved it. I thought shed rung it up and put it in the bag. Nope. Idk what she did with it, but at least she didnt charge me for it. It was the last one in the store so Im assuming at this point that she wanted it. I can order my granddaughter one. I will definitely watch them more closely the next time were there.

Not everything is $5 or less done items are $10 but they like dry price alot of things at $5 that you can get cheaper at the dollar store. Overall it isnt a bad store. Good quality in the items they have.

Even this late in the shopping craze (9 days until Christmas) we found great gifts. Our grandsons love this store! The price is always right. The stock is interesting. The candy selection was sadly depleted today, but that was expected. Always a clean, quiet store with friendly, helpful staff.

Went here with my sister love this door great for Christmas items and birthday items but.... customers are not allowed to even look at an item if its behind the counter to even see if they would like to have it unless youre standing right before somebody I thought thats what security cameras was for but I guess you have to have someone eyeball in you before you can look at an item.... I understand but at the same time the ladies are working at the one on North ridge Street in Chillicothe Ohio was so rude to me and my sister Janet that absolutely will never go back to that whatever again

This store is very clean, organized and well stocked. I like stopping by when I am in town. I hope my own town (New Phila, OH) gets one.

Lots of meat stuff for $5

I myself absolutely LOVE this place & the wide variety of items sold here however i also feel quite a few products are priced a little too high personally! All in all i enjoy shopping at Five Below mainly for the great selection of products, bc of the prices, and great customer service! I highly recommend this business to anyone & everyone!

Always a good place for an awesome burger. Love ordering a triple... the burgers are fresh and made to order. Love their fries too. Four stars given because the pricing is a little high.

You get what you pay for..But there are always neat little trinkets to find things you know you can buy cheaply and stuff your children would enjoy..Great place to buy for extras in Christmas stockings, Valentine and easter baskets and such.

Ill convince you to go here with one phrase: A huge burger with two juicy beef patties and a lot of melted cheese.A bit pricey, but they have very large serving sizes that make it worth it! A order of small fries here is what a large is somewhere else.Their milkshakes are the best.

Lots of neat clothes, toys, gadgets, etc. All priced under $5. Most of the items are a good deal, but the discerning shopper will notice the markups on items to make up the profit difference. That being said, the staff is friendly and courteous. It is definitely worth checking out.

A lot of the same items are only a dollar at the dollar tree.

They have aight stuff IF you can find the good items.

5 Below is a mixed bag. You can find some stuff here you would never find anywhere else for $5. (3-9-2020 I found cases for Samsungs Note 7, seriously the Note 7.) However, buyer beware, there is a fair amount of stuff at $5 (ie. Micro USB and type C cables) that you can get at Dollar Tree for a buck. I would bet you my Note 7 that there is NO quality difference between them. Ok, I dont have a Note 7, but I do have a charred piece of toast and I will bet 5, one dollar cables against 1, five dollar cable any day.

Love the variety of things they have.

A heavenly store for teens and tweens. Not so much for older folks. Clean, bright and well stocked. Wide variety of products, with new arrivals frequently. Staff always greets customers as they enter 👍. Everything really is $5 or less .

Great customer worker when shopping at 5 below. My kids love the variety of goodies. Wife loves the peel off facial masks and I like everything is cheap.

Good store but product stays same for the most part. Needs to change it up more often. I go twice a year to check if they have anything new.

I think it is false advertisement. Everything is supposed to be $5 and below, yet I had to pay $5.95 for a phone cord and I saw several shelves of items that were $7.......they are losing the meaning of their store.

Love the store but seriously. Find better employees. I didn’t know they were closed and I didn’t have time to look or call, me instead of someone being nice and saying sorry we’re closed, the employees just stood there and smiled then proceeded to laugh. It’s not very funny and excuse me if I didn’t know what time they closed until now. Either, that’s pretty low.

I buy for all 6 grandbabies n if i where to go to Walmart or any other store i would spend way over my budget so 5 n below is definitely a good place to buy toys. I will have to agree with other ppl when they say the store does need to look into selling baby toys my grandbabies range from 1 to 8 n its hard to find things for the littler ones.

The staff is always so polite. I love this store, you can get some really good quality stuff here for under $5. I also know you get what you pay for, but with that being said I have purchased a few $5 Bluetooth speakers and they work phenomenally. Great place to get sports balls, room deco for you or your kids. Candles. Arts & Crafts sets. & they have such a great variety of DIY project kits from pillows to growing crystal rocks. If you have kids in your life or of your OWN this would highly help you out w birthdays holidays etc

I absolutely love this store I love the things that they have in it they seem to have pretty decent quality the only thing is their headphones they got a good price on their headphones but you need a new pair about a remote other than that I have no complaints of any other thing in the store product wise
