Stopped by and got my new phone with Tyler! My guy gave me the best service I’ve ever received and even has a beard to match! The main reason he’s getting five stars is because he both saved me money on my bill and got me a new phone!

The worst service ever! The salesman jacob martin didnt want to help us because he had to move today. He even lied to us about the computers automatically shutting down at close. I have never felt so insulted in my life. The way he talked to us and the tone he used, may have been enough for us to take our business elsewhere. This sales person doesnt deserve 1 star or the time it took me to type this.

Most unprofessional, dysfunctional location ive been too. Basically lied to me on the phone trying to get my business once ive already drove a hour to find out they dont honor what they advertise and have the sales representative be very disrespectful and highly unprofessional just leading me to go to a whole different phone company.

Amazing customer service and support, easy to deal with and helpful. Even went as far as to find corporate coupons for purchases.

Went to this store to replace my broken iPhone and add a line. Will was great to work with, he was very professional yet friendly and patient with my many questions, ran us through the process and was overall just amazing to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone.

A month ago I had dropped my older Samsung and broke the screen. It was a hectic day and I had a wedding that was going to begin streaming on Facebook in a little while. I was worried I was going to miss the wedding. I went to this store and Sarge helped me find a fantastic replacement, helped me find additional savings on my bill, and had me out the door in under 1 hr so that I wouldnt be late to watch the wedding. I was so grateful for the fantastic service that we returned a month later (just a couple of days ago) to upgrade my husbands phone. This store has the most professional and knowledgable staff weve encountered in a long time.

The folks at this store are not out to get into your wallet, yes its a store and they have a product to sell but they are all about their customers. I do not recommend this store at all. I feel like everything I was told/quoted was a lie. We ended up paying A LOT more than I was quoted. Then we did not get our trade in price on time and the amount I was told. I had to call and was given the Im sorry but no real resolution. I will never return to this store. And when my 2 year plan is up we will be looking for a new provider.

I go in to take care of my Verizon things here and every time I go I am treated very nicely, the atmosphere is very welcoming and clean and all of the employees always know what they are talking about. The assistant manager and Kelsey are my favorite people to have there when I go because they are always so friendly and kind, and give me the best information as well as making me a friend and not just someone that they are trying to sell things to.

Brandon Crawford was a awesome rep. He provided us excellent customer service. Tyler the store manager was an excellent resource!

Andy was very helpful and helped me save a lot of money on my Samsung Note 8. He helped me transfer all my content, explained how my bill was going to look with the new device and was very professional.The only negative I had of the store was some of the music that played (They played some sort of old weird banjo music). It was the only thing that wasn’t professional of the store.All in all, I enjoyed the service and I highly recommend stopping in and seeing Andy!

Do no shop here. This is not a company owned retailer. They are an agent that sells Verizon products. When you shop here you will be charged more than you would online or at a corporate Verizon store. They charge processing fees that corporate Verizon and online Verizon do not charge. Get the facts before you shop here. In addition to the commitment that you sign with Verizon, there are separate agreements that you ALSO agree upon directly with GoWireless. It might take a few days to order online directly from Verizon, but it will cost you less upfront as well as long term.

Overcharged me, told me they were waiving my setup fee and charged it anyway. Then didnt give me a receipt.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Only use a corporate store or you will probably have issues like being Ridiculously overcharged not to be confused with overpriced. They stole $70 from a coworker in this fashion and refused to discuss it or refund it.

Way to high on there prices and the insurance is worth it, but the never stood up for there phone that was militarily grade phone, but i had to buy a cheeper phone nt good for you to be happy with me so watch it

I have been calling for a couple of months about a promotion I was supposed to receive and kept getting the run around after 4 months I was told that this retailer did not submit the required online documentation.

Clearly the employees do not understand their own terms & conditions. I say this because when we purchased our phones from this store our retailer said that by purchasing the insurance for the phone that we could literally accidentally break our phone outside & come right back inside & it covers it for a whole new phone....for free. Now that my husband has cracked his screen, we find out the truth that the insurance only covers a part of the cost & that we still owe $149 to replace his phone. And when I called to confront about this issue the retailer basically was like sorry but....not going to do anything for you where is the customer service?! I expected a little more than that! Such an inconvenience! And I hate that I was lied to and everyone who Ive spoken to at Verizon doesnt seem to care.
