Giving 1 star due to Moes, for what used to be a stop and meal I looked forward to. Moes customer service and greed, at this location only, are astounding. Recently, ordered a cup of chili con queso, to which they could only put about a tablespoon of beef on because they overfilled it with queso first; after I made some room in the cup, I brought out back up so they could add some beef. we have to charge you for that. charge me. more than $2. for their mistake.Tonight I began to order a quesadilla, as I always do, all over the country (here, Atoka, and Mississippi, for the most part). Quesadilla, chicken, lots of shredded cheese. Its an extra charge for the cheese. Im serious ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Since when, and why ONLY at this location?Tired of rules and charges being invented, Ive asked for the GMs phone number. Excellent customer service, small parking lot, shower 4 was huge, hot water, and very clean, at least 5 front loaders and dryers, well stocked store. Great Experience.Moes is open 24/7. Kind of like a Chipotle.

Great place to get a variety of things that you might want

Not the newest showers but clean. Ive been to every pilot, flying j, ta, petro, loves in the country. I ALWAYS have to ask for an extra towel (curly thick female hair). The shower attendant let me know he put an extra towel in the shower room for me, without me asking. When youre a woman out here, away from home, surrounded by men and public showers, it gets hard. I cannot tell you my appreciation and gratitude. (just so happens, its the ONLY time I didnt need an extra towel, long story). Thank you.

Clean store, clean bathrooms, great food both moes and the PJ fresh. Glad the showers and laundry are here and amazing service. However, the parking here for trucks. You have got to be kidding me! Youve made it nearly impossible, my bf spent most of the night helping people park, mainly because he didnt want his truck to get hit! As for any kind of court to other drivers, those that use creative parking just make it worse for those than can park!

It is very seldom that I have a bad experience at a Pilot Travel Center thats why I use them all the time when Im on the road. It seems as though the staff always knows that we are dragging in after a long trip and do their best to be careful and make you feel a little bit better about your day what more can you ask

Finally!! A travel center with something other then a McDonalds, Popeyes or Subway! Moes southwest grill is inside. Stopped for my 30 min break grabbed a burrito and it was really good! The store was nice and clean, employee were friendly, they have self checkout if the lines get to long. The ladies loo was clean. Cant comment on the showers. The parking lot for parking your rig though... yikes! Very limited spots. 50 to be exact. Also if the lot is full there is no turn around room and it is closed in, so youll have to back out. Would definitely stop again if work brings me back this way.

If youve lost your dog, I contacted the local humane society to come pick her up. shes a medium-large, cream and chocolate speckled dog wearing a Trump collar with no tags. Hopefully the humane society will be able to take her in before she gets hurt in this parking lot.

I honestly only go to eat at Moes! I love the vegetarian burritos. I eat meat...but for some reason, the vegetarian burritos at Moes is the most satisfying...maybe I crave vegetable protein...I also love that they have freshly brewed ice tea! Will not drink it from the box on the fountain. It has to be fresh brewed!! Then the salsa bar! So for me, it is all about Moes.

Pilot is a place that most truckers come to to fill up there 18 wheeler to buy stuff for there truck and other stuff like medical food something to drink and most of all get your rest break day or night

Super nice place. Very friendly and well maintained. Different items for different needs while traveling. Loved smelling the cinnamon cooking and love the natural and fresh items for sell. This is hard to come by sometimes while traveling. Had a cup of tea for the road and it was so refreshing. If back in area would stop again.

I was there 2xs on 9/9-9/10/19, on a trip to deliver in Charleston, WV. The womens restroom was not clean, entire package of toilet seat covers on the floor, toilet paper on the floor, and none of the toilets clean. Several hours later on my return, the bathroom was still the same... No paper towels or at fuel islands to clean mirrors both times... One young girl more interested in her phone than work. Allowing customers to leave with their free drinks instead of processing info through the registers. That was all I noticed on my short time there, yet first time I was surprised at what I seen at any Pilot. The coffee is what makes me stop, I love it!

Your back parking area needs an exit for trucks to come out....A truck driver just destroyed the hood of a brand new truck parked... attempting to make a U-Turn to get out....Please take action into this matter ASAP

I loved that they had the Moes restaurant there. The food and service were great.They have fantastic coffee options there too.

Stopped here for fueling. Pumps worked well. The inside is pretty nice and the bathrooms where relatively clean. There isnt a lot of parking here though, so show up early. Its in a good location if you want variety of food selections. You may just have to go for a walk though. Will definitely stop here again!

The best ever pilot truck stop. The staff with excellent, exceptional customer service, can not ask for more. We stop for shower and fuel and we love the variety of good food. I have a little scratch on my arm ( my own carelessness) and the lady offered me bandage. The guy willfully gave me slices of lemon for my beer I purchased..... wow!! Keep up the good work guys! Have been over the road with my husband for 10 yrs now. Nastiest pilot I have been too. My shower was horrible. Toothpaste spit on the counter along with some change from previous customer. The floor was filthy. That tells me that clean towels were put in there and thats it. No cleaning. Gross!!! I also noticed that trash was all over laundry room. This was at 4am. No excuse!!!!

I only stopped to use the cat scale once again. Of course Billy big riggers make their own parking space which makes it difficult to get on and off of the scale. Other than that Personnel inside the store absolutely great thank you once again for having Personnel such as themselves to make this job more enjoyable

I was just passing through late at night but this place was extremely clean. The restrooms sinks floors and store in general looked to be in great shape for a truck stop better than most gas stations.

As usual very small parking lot. You have to park by 3 or 4 p.m. at the latest or youre out of luck. theres a decent Mexican restaurant you can walk to about a half a mile down the road other than that junk food.

Refused to serve me because I wouldnt wear a mask even tho I have a breathing problem that exempts me from masks laws and it says so on the door that medical conditions are exempt

Its a truck stop. But the people are so polite its amazing. If you need help all you have to ask and they are there. The bathrooms are incredibly well maintained. And dont even get me started on the food. It is soooooo good. My favorite would have to be the wings. The owners are doing an awesome job at this place.

Loads of stuff if youre in a truck

Most of these reviews are coming from people with cars who can get in and out with little to no problems. Try doing it in a big truck in the middle of the day on what appears to be a busy business district street not to mention idiot truck drivers who park any ole where to avoid having to park 100 to 150 yards out to go inside for a quick purchase or shower or whatever else. So much for a hick town Pilot. My suggestion would be to keep going north on 23 to the new Loves with triple the parking of this Pilot or even the Pilot next door to Loves. This place isnt worth the headache.

So tight you can’t even turn around. You better off stop by grab a food or drink and park on the on ramp. Avoid if possible at this lot if is 95% full

Quick clean and in and out.Management really cares about how it looks and its really clean.They have a subway and a McDonalds, had the whole family coverd.

Ha ha ha! I like stops like this because the parking is tight. It’s just enough that people who can’t back up will give up and go elsewhere. This leaves spots for the more patient and skilled drivers. Clean, friendly staff. I already love it.

I love these places. They usually have a cinnabon in them and lots of choices in snacks. Clean bathrooms too, and sometimes places to shower. Now I usually dont shower (ever). But its nice to have the option to if I need it. They can be a little expensive though.

I used to enjoy this Pilot very nice inside. Good Food spot but the problem I have is the parking lot is already small they made so many spots resereved parking which makes a lot of us not stop here anymore. So many of us get fuel from here or spend money here. I just dont no why they have to start being so careless for drivers like TA that I no longer go to at all. Its said to say but Im done with Pilots and Flying J as well. All 3 have better food but LOVES show love to the drivers (just wish they had more food selection)

Restrooms were clean and nice. Good price on gasoline. Good choice of food, including Cinnabon, Moes Mexican food, pizza by the slice, a few hot food entrees (meat loaf, pot roast, chicken and sides like Mac & cheese and mashed potatoes), plus a large variety of coffee and other beverages, sandwiches, hotdogs, snacks, etc. Thats all I was interested in, but I noticed there were a lot of other grocery items and miscellaneous goods.

This pilot killed itself by adding reserved parking! Made an already small parking lot even smaller! Not exactly the most caring idea pilot ever came up with.Fuel islands are still easy to get in/out of.Has a Moes grill which are awesome!!Very clean facilities.Nice big Field to run my dog in.Overall a very good pilot but the paid parking kills it for me! I honestly cant see myself spending the night here anymore since they destroyed thier already small parking lot. 🙄🙄

They said if you paid with your Debit card the gallon of diesel fuel is 6 cents less. But that is no true, I get upset for that lier.

This place is always so clean, and the workers are always so friendly. We frequent this place when we are traveling. It is usually just for a bathroom stop, which the restrooms are always very clean too, but I highly recommend it here.

Staff in here rude as hell. Will never stop here again. Nobody spoke. I got ignored for more than 10 minutes just trying to purchase food. 3 staff members ignored me while standing 3 feet from me and while I stood there in a red shirt, I had to complain after I purchased over $225 in diesel and $12 in def

This Pilot is located very conveniently right where SR23 and 35 come together, or split apart depending on which way your going, there is a McDonalds right across the street with Semi Truck parking also, the Moes restaurant inside is somthing different. I stop here alot and never have a problem parking my rig and the employees are great.

Ive been to a lot of Pilots in my travels and they are terrific. I think this one was short-handed when we stopped because the food options werent quite up to par, butoverall, it was clean, and the staff was great. Attached to a Moes, added bonus!

The store is good, but thats useless if you cant park! The free lot for trucks has NO turn around. Once youre in, if all the spots on the left are full, youll have to blind side it in a spot on the right or back out around a blind curve. The absolutely most ignorant lay out for truck parking.

Always clean. Well stocked. Quick cashiers. Also self check out. Clean pumps. The biggest thing for me is that this station seems to be the last to jump the prices, even when every station around already has.

The bathrooms were disgusting and there was only one cashier working. He couldnt be bothered (end his conversation) until there was a line, to go behind the counter and start ringing people up. There was also someone in the parking lot begging for money and cigarettes. I understand that this is not the stores fault, but it just looks really bad for them. Especially when I gave them a couple of dollars in change and a few cigarettes, and I saw a man give the guy at least 2 bills, so they had at least $4. Even if they were out of gas, that would have gotten them to the next town! Im sorry, I did feel sorry for them, but thats aggravating!

Parking for semis is a little tight. Store and bathrooms clean! All employees very friendly. And the new young lady at moes this morning. Although she said she was new, she performed like a pro. Great job!

Good location but parking in evening looks not fun at all. Barely enough turn around room and only one way in and one way out of truck parking area. I was here around 9am and had spaces to use to make a u-turn, good luck at night. Other than that, friendly staff and clean showers.

Well maintained Pilot Travel Center. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars, while doing laundry I noticed that staff was cleaning shower rooms with used towels. As a truck driver I never use their towels, always had feeling those towels are abused, not by truckers or whoever showers there but the employees. Very disappointing and disgusting. I did mention to the employee, why don’t he use what he’s supposed to use to clean floors. He hasn’t responded anything and quickly disappeared. After an hour another cleaning person showed up and did same technique to clean floors using towels. Please fix that!

3:50am and someone decides to. crank the Music. Inside I wouldnt care, but outside, professional drivers are trying to sleep.Its like being at a house party, a cool calm night and this crappy music is echoing through the parking lot like an alarm clock.Does someone in there not know that the trucks and Vans have people sleeping in them.Other then this Ive had great experiences here.

As a truck driver, I always try to look for places I can park that is easy to maneuver. Not because I am not skilled in getting in and out of a tight spot, but because I like to be able to keep it moving in a safe manner. The parking lot here is NOT safe at all. Every night, trucks are packed in here like sardines and it is tight. Gives me the heebie jeebies. I try to avoid this place as much as possible. Only come here to fuel and go.

Very nice huge clean showers with really hot water. The staff were very helpful with helping me find what I needed so great job at this store location and thanks tobthe manager👍🏻

Good place to fill up on gas and get some yummy Cinnabons and they also have really good pizza.

The showers are really well kept, the food and coffee is always fresh and looks well maintained, the crew is always friendly when they service me cashing out. Moes is tied into this place and they have Moe Mondays where you can get half off burritos!

I give it 5 stars because the shower was really fantastic and Moes is just an incredible place to eat the food is really delicious however you take your life in your hands when you park here because it is tight I even witnessed a trucks front bumper getting ripped off as I was walking to take a shower...msb.
