Thank you to Lincare for getting my Bipap order taken care of so quickly and getting me setup. The customer service rep was very professional and the Respiratory Therapist was so helpful and patient during my setup. I did this over 10 years ago with Adena and couldnt tolerate it and had no help. Thank you to Lincare and its wonderful staff.
Have tried to talk to someone for half hour now...too much runaround...too many loops to their answering machine...does anyone ever pick up a phone and answer pleasantly anymore?...Seem stressed and pressed, and not interested in your call...too bad, new place, worse service...better in the old place... sorry I tried...office people do office things...the best service has come from their field people...the guys have always been friendly and cordial to me...the girls, really liking their new office...too bad, not so efficient.If I could talk to you on the phone, you wouldnt have received this foul review.. still have to have my supplies though...no matter the service!Im at your disposal...and I feel like Ive been disposed of...
I have used this company twice and I received my stuff within an hour of me getting home from the hospital. Also, it was two days before Christmas and a man delivered at 7-8pm. Everyone has been pleasant to me when I have called for any reason. I was in the ER and they deliver my new wheelchair.
Im really thankful for this place. I was dealing with a provider that would not fax any of my paperwork to Lincare. They tried for days to get a response, but no luck. I stopped in they printed off the paperwork and I took it to the provider. 4 hours later, the provider faxed numerous wrong paperwork to Lincare. The girls were professional and helped me out a bunch. Within an hour I received a call and they were able to see me to get supplies for my CPAP machine. Great place, highly recommend.
I am a first time person of dealing with Lincare. They deactivate my account back in Dec 2017 after 3 years of service and never sent me any notice in the mail of phone call. Now going through the process of getting it reactivated with them is truly a nightmare. Here it is 4 months later and dozens of phone calls to my doctor and them and they still have not reactivated my account. This company is a joke.
Avoid this place, they will take advantage of anyone they can. I saw this happen to multiple older couples several times who were too sick to notice or know better. Took my business elsewhere and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Terrible medical care and unscrupulous billing practices. Go elsewhere.
Use anyone else but Lincare. Customer service is horrible. They do not return phone calls and refused to bill our insurance after we went through weeks of trying to get our equipment.They are horrible at the local level and even worse at the billing department. You will get stuck with a huge bill and no one to help you get your claim with insurance worked out. We have been trying for 6 months and cannot get anyone that is willing to help. They transfer us to different extensions and never call us back when we leave a message. Use anyone else.
I have always had difficulty when Ive dealt with these people.I needed a walker when I had total knee replacements done. They were 3 times as expensive as Knisleys Rx across the road.Ive had issues with cpap supplies. On and on. Use someone else. Non professional in my opinion and experience.
Ive never had any problem with Lincare theyve always treated us well and here as soon as they can be

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. they constantly bill the insurance company incorrectly and then turn around and send me a bill for it. They once sent me a bill, and sent me a 60 past due notice on the same day for the same bill!
