I asked for a chicken cut into eight pieces so I can make chicken soup and they gave me a frozen chicken that was cut chainsaw, far from the appropriate way to cut poultry. Theyre missing a lot of items and some of them are not even fresh.

I wrote Larios an email one week ago regarding my last experience there, but since I didnt receive a response, Im posting it here in hopes of them seeing it. Their food is pretty good, but they need to update the prices on their menu. I visited recently and ordered a soy chorizo and egg breakfast burrito which is clearly sold for 6.99 on their menu. Without being told, I was charged an extra .99 for a custom item. When I asked the cashier about it I was told it was because of the soy chorizo. I told the cashier that they should update their menu and also tell their customers before they charge them an additional fee. Although I enjoy Larios products, this practice of charging customers extra than what is posted is extremely misleading. If there really is an extra charge, please update it on the menu so others dont experience the surprise I did.

This meat market serves delicious Menudo at a reasonable price.

Menudo was great. Breakfast burrito potatoes not fully cooked, otherwise that would have been great too!

The meat cant be beat! Flavorful, juicy and so far best carniceria in town and any surrounding area. The Carne Asada is perfectly marinated and the citrus chicken. Staff is always friendly and great with the kiddos. The yellow tortillas are delicious. Very pleased with the Chino location

The worst asada and chicken I have ever tasted it was horrible and way over priced I spent $100 for meat that was over seasoned and salty af i had to throw it all away I came into this place to support A small local business instead of going to a big name market but I am very disappointed! This place might pass as good to other races but real Mexicans know what’s up!!!

I brought four 12-20lb Skipjack Tuna i just caught to be butchered. Alfredo the butcher got it done and was a nice guy as well! They only asked me to make a donation for the work done. Will be bringing my big fish here to be cleaned and filleted. Also great breakfast burritos as well as sellection of good cuts of meats and salsas.

Excellent meat market and kitchen with a wide selection of meats, tacos and burritos, and a respectable amount of beer options! My personal favorite is the Al-Pastor. They have some produce as well and pre-made fruit packs with Tajin. I have probably been there at least 50 times.The staff is friendly, will happily discuss their inventory, and was and remains on top of health concerns like Covid. Only 8 are allowed in at a time and masks are a must but there is room outside when it gets busy. If you live nearby its a culinary must.

Good meat for CARNE ASADA

We make a little long drive to get to this place but regularly worth it, except for this past Sunday, we bought meat for our family dinner and it was the worst, you couldn’t even take a bite and the marinate was awful. We end up eating salad for how bad it was. Considering is not cheap this was a big disappointment.

It’s ok... the marinated asada is waaayy over priced - I can go to el super and way better cut and marinated for like $4.99lb compared to $10.99! The hot food is alright to nothing to brag about, I honestly believe they have dropped the ball.

This is my favourite place in the city to get food. They reopened the kitchen for me when I came in at closing. The staff is extremely friendly and I love going in every time.

Used to come her quite frequently but over time food has lost its appeal so my mom wanted to make quacamole so we stopped in for avacados & chips so i decided to pick up a few fresh tamales. They were in a hot bag & seemed fresh until i got home & started eating one, it was so dry I almost choked, literally! Then i noticed that the masa was so thick & hardly any meat. This is why i stopped getting tamales here years ago. They are the worst i have ever had. And i have had a lot of tamales in my day. Time to look for another place to get tamales. Sadly. Looking at other reviews and if you think this is good food, I feel sorry that you have such low expectations.

This is an authentic Mexican food and meat market. The employees are hard working & kind. I moved from central LA county & had trouble finding authentic Mexican food, until LARIOS. My family has been eating there for almost 10 years now. We love the food and atmosphere. This is a take home, not eat in restaurant.

UPDATE 3/25/2020: HOT FOOD IS HORRIBLE! PURCHASED 2LBS CARNITAS AND WHEN I GOT HOME FOUND THIS. OLD, LEFT OVERS, GREASY, HARD MEAT. TERRIBLE IN FRESHNESS, TASTE, AND PRESENTATION. Such a great spot. The meat was amazing. I tried this place after a suggestion for a taco party I was having. The Carne Asada, Al Pastor, and Marinated chicken was all incredible and a huge hit at the party. It will make anyone a hero. Definitely worth going out of the way for. I will keep it as a secret spot for my next events.

Having lived in Chino Hills my entire life, Ive gotten used to things being overpriced; however, $8 for a pound of meat is ridiculous..The Carne Asada de Naranja is very good, but this place has gotten very greedy. The Chicken is a bit more reasonably priced, but it was bland and was more fat than it was meat. I hope this place gets back on course. the family service was very nice, but this place has lost my business for now.
