3rd Visit for a stereo upgrade and dash cam install. Darryl and staff are professional, straight forward, and dont give you the run around. If you want anything from a stereo to a complete rebuild with custom EVERYTHING, they can get it and give you a price in minutes. That price didnt change when issues arose and it was competitive. Call Precision sound first and just tell them what you need and let them tell you what the options and costs are. It is so easy.

I’ve never been to this shop and I never will be going. Not after I called with a simple question asking how they set the gain on an amp, asking if they maybe use an SMD DD1 or a multimeter and the guy just hung up on me.

My family and I have taken multiple vehicles to Darryl and his crew over the years and have always been happy with their work. I wouldnt take my Maserati anywhere else.

Terrible! We called twice to get a price on how much it would be to get a complete alarm with remote start, and window relay installed, both times they gave us the same reasonable price but once we got there they added an extra 200. The employee said that both of the people were misinformed about the pricing, so we reluctantly agreed to still get the alarm installed. When we went to go get the car later that day they told us that it that everything was all set and ready to go. When we got home we noticed that neither the trunk release nor the window relay was working. So we called and they told us that it would be extra to have those two things done even though they had said that it would be done with the price that they had given us. We were very upset, but they had just closed so we couldnt go back and fight it. After a week of trying to get the car back in, we finally got an appointment. They informed us that they would need to charge us for the window relay and again reluctantly we agreed. Then that evening when we picked up the car they charged us 147 dollars for just adding the trunk release even though that was supposed to be included in the first price. So we either had to pay for it or they would keep the car until Monday (It was Saturday). So we paid and when we got home the trunk still wasnt working! This was honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a business.

Just called to get a price but these guys are always rude as hell. Why even deal with people if you dont know how to talk to people.
