Once you get in its hard to get out without checking the whole store... Like a candy store for any homeowner (their 20% coupons are so cool...)

Its what I would expect from a bath and beyond. The store could organized things better as lots of stuff were moved around by patrons. Granted, this isnt the stores fault, but they definitely needed help organizing. The line was super long as well when I checked out which makes me wonder if they have proper staffing. Anyways they get a 3 from me because of my overall experience when I went there which has lots of room for improvement.

I got bedding for me and my family. Were sleeping in it and its everything. No help on the floor which sucked. Great discount if you join their membership. We got over $150 off @ 20% for joining and it was like $35 to join. Now 20% off for a year on all purchases!We are sleeping like lambs.The pillows are a struggle. We spent $50 per pillow and they are sinking fast. Thats just uncool. Very

Would rate it up higher but unfortunately, this location is closing as their lease expires. Theyre already closing out inventory and discounting the store, a good portion is already liquidated. Good staff but unfortunately not a good location if you need specific items from their regular inventory.

Love shopping here. Good customer service. Prices are a bit high, but great place. I came here a couple of more times and decided to upgrade my review from 4 stars to 5 stars. The customer support is not just good it is outstanding. The manager and the assistant manager have both helped me with numerous products the last 2 times I have visited. I have needed a very specific pillow and comforter as well as a white noise machine. They are also really good at exchanging products that you have had up to one year.

Very good and courteus service by the sales people on the floor. Especially good patience we received by the cashier navigating us through the many coupons we had. We have gone to this store for many years.

Great location, the Chino Hills one that is... aisles are a little narrow but this location has the absolute BEST staff! The inventory is pretty good for such a small store as well.

Love this place. I also think its great that you can use multiple coupons. And, if you only have one coupon, they always apply it to the most expensive item. No other store does that. And, as we know they take expired coupons too.

Great customer service! They greeted me and went beyond what is expected.however, image a little kid that always wanted his dream toy. Well I am that kid, my dream toy was to own a set of All-Clad cookware. After a purchase of the 10 piece stainless steel set by All-Clad. I opened the box with excitement just TO FIND OUT A USED PAN AND DEFECTED POT. My roommate was disgusted about the pan and could not understand way they would restock used product, also keep in mind that All-Clad sells the best cookware in the country!I contacted the store and requested to just bring the used pan and pot but they insisted on having me repack everything and bring it back. That is a lot of pots and pan to repackage.I will rate the store at 3- I feel the great customer service is a lie for you to feel comfortable that they have good products.

I like BBB in general. I was there for a specific and very expensive coffee maker. It turned out they did not have any in stock. The sales lady ordered to sell the floor display unit to me for 10% discount. Add20% off coupon. Score... Love it

Kid is going to college so I had to go use the 20% coupon. Its nice that they carry the twin XL bedding set so I dont have to buy from the Campus Online Store.

This place is closing as soon as all the inventory is gone. Their lease is up and they are not moving elsewhere. Everything is 20% off. No coupons accepted. All sales final.

Hassle free returns = make you look stupid and embaress you in front of all the customers for a simple return. Dont waste your time with the awful customer service.

BB&B Always has a bunch of crazy new gadgets to look at. I wouldve given 5 stars but many of the items in this store did not have price tags and I dont like having to find/ask a sales associate price info.

I really like this place, many good things shop for your home.

Even if you’re closing your store you should still be excepting coupons because that state wide I think things left in the store that they’re trying to sell out they’ve marked the price up because they’re really expensive there they should move somewhere else in Chino there’s places to move to they would do better than where there at Poor location because everybody has left the area could’ve moved to the spectrum I will probably never shop there again because I’m not gonna drive a long ways to shop for things that I can buy at other stores in the area

Always finding cool things at BB&B, some items can be a little pricey but I never seem to come out empty handed.
