Asian lady and white guy on today’s shift were very unprofessional and unwelcoming. They gave me dirty looks because of my race. This is 2021 not sure why employees at this company are not educated
Great experience buying a couple pairs of Ray-Bans, came in for one style, which just didnt have the look I wanted, Sales Rep Christina, made several alternative suggestions, which were great, and ended up with two pair, thanks to a promo they had, if you need help, ask for Christina!

The customer service was beyond exceptional. Karla helped me choose the perfect set of sunglasses as she juggled two customers at the same time. Lenscrafters is affiliated with Sunglass hut so I was able to walk new frames around the corner and get them squared away. The store itself is very clean and air conditioned and the glasses arent full of smudges. I hate trying on a pair of frames that are so smeared that I cant see out of them. This store keeps everything clean, which is awesome.
They sold me scratched sunglasses and when I came back to return/exchange they told me no. Partly my fault for not checking carefully but I trusted that I would get what I paid for. Never coming back.
It was ridiculous. I drove 40 miles to go back to the store specifically where I bought a defective pair of glasses. The young girl running the store at the time fairly thinks shes better than everybody else. She immediately blew me off and told me like six times have a nice day sir have a nice day sir have a nice day sir. She should probably find something else to do.
Doesnt have knowledge on the product sold in store, quickly to push off to another store
