Fred is absolutely amazing. He is very knowledge about hi-fi gears, coming from a hi-fi hobbyist background himself and have even designed and built his own speakers. Perhaps the most outstanding trait of him is his generosity and his willingness to place himself in his customers shoes: He has waived the tax fee for my PassLabs XA60.8 purchase; even though PassLabs does not provide a return policy, he managed to make a deal with them which allows me to return the amp within 30 days if I dont like it. On top of that, when I explained that I might be travelling near the end of the 30 day term, he generously extended the term to after I get back. Furthermore, when I told him that the amps were not performing as well as I was expecting, he loaned expensive power cables and a PassLabs preamp to me for free, just to help me test out the cause of the issue. Would whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone interested in audio gears!

It was a great experience the Owner is very knowledgeable and helpful, and has being in business for at least 30years and has a lot to offer in the High End stereo business .
