Today I was assisted by Oscar at the Chino Valley store. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond my expectations. He explained thoroughly what I needed for my truck and gave me options. He fixed the hose and instead of the quick fix, he removed the battery and then fixed the hose to the window washer. The battery removal took longer than the hose to fix. Thank you Oscar!

James rescued me. My car battery was dying and I had a 12 hour shift to get to in the morning. It was dark, windy and raining. I couldn’t imagine that anyone would be willing to help me out, but James (in his banana raincoat) was willing, and cheerfully made sure that my battery was installed correctly. Thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty.

I needed new wipers for my vehicle and Frank C. was very helpful in selecting the right wiper blades and making sure they were installed correctly. I really appreciated the help.

James P is amazing. Great customer service. His manager wasnt the most friendly but James made a point to make sure he could do everything to help us.

Needed to replace a brake light bulb. Got help picking what was needed from James P. I thought after purchasing it (and the grease needed to prolong the life of the bulb) I’d go home and try to install it. My day was made when he said he’d install it for me!! Can’t tell you how relieved I was. Excellent service by James P.

Went into the store to buy specific items that I thought I needed. Was greeted by the manager, Oscar. He was very friendly and helpful. Instead of just giving me my parts and taking my money, he took the time to listen to my issues with my vehicle and found cheaper alternatives. Plus he even helped me replace the part. In the rain!! He completely went above and beyond!

Josh helped in great detail over the phone with a headlight wiring issue. When I arrived at the store he had all the parts I needed AND he helped me research a reverse light upgrade. He even showed me on the sales floor which product was compatible with my car. I trust Josh and his expertise. I’ll always go the this AutoZone!

I broke the door handle on driver side. Looked at several places in replacing it. Decided on Autozone because 1)time frame and 2)life time warranty. It arrived when promised. I (being a woman & 71) installed it and it is still working. 😊

I usually end up at OReillys after I go to Autozone. Couldnt find the part I was lookin for. As long as you know your parts you can trust youll get the right one.

Went here for a bad battery, which they tested and replaced. This store always has friendly service. They were short handed, but still managed to help everyone in a reasonable fashion. I also appreciated the steps they took for social distancing.Highly recommend!

This is my local store. I live in Paulden. My experience has been universally positive. They are patient and friendly. I had exceptional service from the manager with a battery install and resolution of a purchace of oils and filters. They honor my military service and cheerfully provide a discount. Please keep your purchases local!

I have been going to this store since high school for parts and advise, but this most recent visit was probably the best experience Ive had at an auto parts supplier. The associate I interacted with(Josh was his name) was very knowledgeable and helpful, making sure to answer my many questions patiently and thoroughly l. If there was a way for me to tip Josh, I would have!

I needed a radiator. They said they could beat Orieys price but Id have to go back there and get a written price quote and show it to Auto zone.I told this to OReillys and they cut their price and I bought it there. Auto zone lost a sale by sending me back to their competitor.Im live money. They shoulda just cut the price 15 bucks.... they woulda had my biz.Jus sayin.

Thought I may have a bad battery and your man tested and said it was bad. Since it was under warranty I took it to Toyota. They tested and the battery is good, just depleted. I wasted 3 1/2 hours based on the tech at your place. Booooooo
