That whole storage unit facility is clean and nice and makes me feel good leaving our belongings there and that our stuff is safe and secure. Id recommend this storage facility to anyone. Fantastic experience! The facility is clean and easy to access. Our unit was equally as clean, which made moving items in a breeze. The highlight, though, was manager Doug Larson. He is so incredibly friendly and took the time to walk us through what size unit we might need based on the things wed be storing. Even after we had signed all of the paperwork, he chatted with us about miscellaneous topics for around a half hour—fun guy! Highly recommend! Just rented a 10 x 20 Unit from Doug. Very welcoming and helpful. A little higher priced than other storage facilities in Chino Valley, Az. but very clean and convenient. Not a paved surface but gravel which makes it difficult to use hand truck or furniture dollies to get heavy items from truck to unit.

Doug is amazing!! One of the nicest guys Ive ever met We connected on a personal level and talked with him for awhile. He showed us a storage shed he guaranteed not to leak ..the whole experience was awesome!! I would definitely recommend stor it to everyone!!

Very satisfied with the help I received. Customer service was spectacular, units were well taken care of, the property was very well maintain. I was able to call the office, check out the unit that was best for me, and set up payments all under an hour!

Doug is an awesome and well informed employee. The premises are the best kept in town plus the safest as far as lighting and gates. Doug lives on property so hes always here to keep a earful eye.

Doug was super friendly and nice. He seems like a really great guy and held a unit for me until I could get there after work. The facility was very presentable, there were no weeds or trash. I was told that the units are sprayed with a heavy duty bug killer and that theyve never found a rodent, dead or alive, in a unit. Thats pretty important to me as I do not want bugs or mice crawling around in my things. They also offer a protection plan for $9 extra every month that will guarantee, at most, $2,000 worth of your belongings should they be damaged in any way (fire, flood, etc.). Theyre also a Christian ran business which is something that I can truly appreciate.

Doug is very polite and personable. I immediately felt comfortable choosing this location to store my personal goods. The grounds are very well kept and clean. I needed immediate last minute storage and Doug was extremely helpful and provided everything I needed. The location is also very convenient in central Chino Valley. I highly recommend this location to others.

10 stars!!! Doug at Stor It Self Storage in Chino Valley, AZ provided the very best customer service I have ever experienced! I had a horrible experience at Fort Knox Self Storage and Uhaul when they failed to unlock my newly rented storage space on moving day. I had my movers with me and I couldnt unload. I am a 62 year old woman and couldnt do it by myself. My movers had to go back down to Phoenix and I was stranded with a full Uhaul and no movers. Fort Knox was unapologetic and rude, refused to refer me to anyone who could help me unload, announced about 5 times that they cant help me unload (I never even asked them!) then they charged me again for the use of the trailer when I couldnt unload because of their mistake! I paid for the trailer again and took my load to Stor It Self Storage practically in tears. Doug literally pulled $30 out of his own pocket to pay for the storage unit and apologized for the Fort Knox jerks. He immediately told me about 3 facebook Chino Valley sites I could post a request for help unloading and I found a great young man that helped me. Dougs kindness, care and efficiency restored my faith in humankind and went a long way to heal a terrible first experience in Chino Valley. Go see Doug, he will serve you well and treat you with respect... Stay far away from Fort Knox!!!!

True, Doug is very nice, but don’t make payments online as their system is messed up. I had tried twice putting in my correct information, thinking the first time maybe system glitched, I ended up with two pymts posting on by bank acct. I was basically called a liar by staff including Corp. it’s been a total of 6 full days and I still do not have my money they pulled out of my acct when system reflected the transactions didn’t go thru. Doug even said it happened to him. But this company refused to compensate my acct with anything. Doug offered to give me $50, but I didn’t feel that was ethical or professional. Company told me this is how it is and if I don’t like it I can leave. Very unprofessional.

The customer service and compassion here is almost non-existent. Doug was so incredibly kind and helpful. Nothing is ever easy with a hungry and tired screaming toddler but he was beyond patient talking through details and answering my questions. If I ever need storage again I wont go anywhere else.
