Nice staff and good prices. I picked up an electric leaf blower and was pleased by the easy online order pickup system.

I havent been there in years because I shop at the one closer to my home. The staff that I met the day I went in there were very nice, but I ran into issues like I do at a lots of stores. They have Halloween decorations up some stuff had prices that were easily visible, and some items they were not. If any place wants me to spend money there they should make sure the prices are visible. Because who wants to go hunt someone down just to find out how much something is. Only reason why I had to go over there is because my younger son got a job there.

I was rudely approached by a team member (older white male with glasses and facial hair) when i was taking a picture of a few items in the store and i was told not to take pictures. i apologized, walked away and continued to take pictures of items i planned on purchasing. sorry but its 2020 and if i need to take a picture of something i plan on purchasing or making comparisons with my phone i will continue to do so.

Good place to shop for home appliances, for DIY people, lots of construction materials to choose from, tools, replacement parts for plumbing, electrical... Good inventory. Very competitive prices (also prices matching) with its rival nearby. Dont forget to check its website for daily deals, you can score some good deals if you are lucky.

Depot is always aces in my opinion. Though I dont shop there often, I can be sure to find everything Im looking for when I visit. In and out is what I prefer and DEPOT never disappoints

Their online pick up was not working so I went inside to pick up my order, they had one person. Literally stood their for 10 min no one acknowledged me until an older lady walks in, gets on the phone and says We will be right with you, I asked another person if there was another person working the pick ups and he said it was just the older lady, so I waited a few more minutes, again she says We will be right with you without even looking up. I guess she knew I was getting agitated and calls over a young women to help me!! This same young woman was there the entire time!! What a horrible customer service experience!!

Terrible point of sale system! This was my worst experience with Home Depot. Product was shipped directly to my home. I went to store to return it the day after I received it, Home Depot was unable to refund it. I went back 4 more times in three weeks however I heard the same story. The vendor did not release the online order so Home Depot is unable to process my return. I gave up and accepted Home Depot took my $60 order. I left the product at the chino hills store. Manager never returned any calls. Shameful!

Helpful employees, nice people, and well organized. One of the employees explained to me that the primer I got was going to be similar to glue and able to cover marks well after I allow it to dry and then paint over it.

Home depot is were I go when I need simple they only carry your basic items lowes carrys more variety but home depot does help you find what your looking for its hard to get help alot if times there great when you need to return un used products so there an ok place to shop I do go there first usually

Exchanged an online order that was missing hardware. Quickly called to the counter recieving a prompt refund. Also needed screws for mounting my new 75 TV. Home Depot Associate actually asked if I needed help & went out of her way to find what I needed. Good service today.

Went with my brother to replace a toilet seat hinge and received poor treatment and service. Older white man literally said “what?” When I asked for help and explained what I needed and without looking at me said I don’t know anything about that. Asked a female worker for assistance, also no help. Ended up going to Lowes and was so relieved and grateful to have kind workers that actually approached us to see if we needed anything as soon as we walked in. Helped us find exactly what we needed. Cashier at Lowes was so kind to us too. New favorite place to go. Ended up purchasing a dishwasher from them since ours needed to be replaced. Love giving my business to those who deserve it

Bad experience, went shopping for a Samsung washer, I was told it had wifi connectivity, it doesn’t. You have 48 hours to return or it is yours. The problem i had was getting someone on the phone and when i mentioned i had an issue with the wifi and thought i should be able to return the washer, the person, a woman, got upset, she put me on hold without asking me, returns later and tells me that i could return it but i had to bring it and there would be a restocking fee and then she hanged up. I went and they told me they did not have a record of the call, they advise me when i have an issue to go in person. They said i could only return it if it was defective. I had only 48 hours from the time it was delivered to me to return it. The guy in the night shift insisted ALL samsungs have wifi. Zero stars for knowledge, zero stars in the phone call, zero stars in purchase experience. Zero stars for the night shift guy in the washers/dryers department who kept taking his mask off everytime he talked. I know not to do any large purchases here. Viva COSTCO.

We were at garden center last weekend. Found a nice hanging basket in the clearance rack. At the counter they declined stating no clearance sticker and asked us to go back and get another. Ive been waiting almost 10 days for my refund on my washer and dryer its been a Non-Stop headache since July 10 washer and dryer broke 4th of July went to home Depot to purchase a new set paid $1,500 for both they were super happy to take all my money right there instead of financing . Said they would have it to my house by July 13th I get a call July 12th from North Las Vegas home depots distribution place and saying theyre not delivering on the 13th it got pushed back to the 21st I tell them thats unacceptable my washer and dryer have been broken since July 4th .The lady I spoke was super rude and told me it was either the 18th or later. So I canceled my order. I go to home Depot chino hills on Ramona and speak to Regina in appliances she told me theres nothing she could do and to call back the next day which was july15 I then give it a couple days nothing .so I wait until July 17 the speak to johnny in appliances he tells me the vendors closed for the weekend come back Monday. I am unable to go Monday due to the covid surge of patients in my emergency room I was called in urgently. Im a first responder. So I go today and I speak with Kim in appliances she turns out to be the only one who was helpful after trying to get through to the vendor we find out my appliance has no RGA number so Im still on the hook for the money even though I canceled it almost 10 days ago and have had my new washer and dryer working in my house from Lowes for the last 6 days. at this point I dont even think Im getting my money back this is ridiculous. Please if you read this dont ever buy appliances from Home Depot just stick to buying stuff for your house if you need appliances go to Lowes. Has of this posting my issue is still not resolved and I canceled my order July 12th today is July 20th.Jason

For the past few MONTHS, Ive been struggling to get down the hardware isles at this store. Ive spoken to management MULTIPLE TIMES about this issue and as you can see in these pictures...THEY DONT CARE!!!

I bought a few items here & each item is a different pricing. I went back & ALL the items that I got... they just place it in different areas. Its not in front of it. Thats y I thought the price in front of it is the actual price but it ISNT. Which is very disappointing. I would understand one item that I purchase but it was a few items that I purchased.

Horrible horrible service!!! Waited for about 45 mins for a sales associate at the flooring department and nothing!! Walked around looking for assistance and all I was told was that someone would be coming around soon ok waiting some more no one showed up! Found another worker near by and asked him for the assistance he paged the person In charge of that isle twice and still nothing ... got tired of waited and just decided to leave lol geeezzz I am more patient than I thought I’d be .. but oh well I guess I had no business there never again!!!!!

I like this location better than the Pomona location which is closer to my house. Much cleaner & more helpful staff.

I’ve been coming to this Home Depot for the last 18 yrs, like my second home. Lol everyone here working is helpful and always in good spirits. Department’s (plumbing, electric, paint and tool dept) have good knowledgeable (staff) working. Today I had a very good experience with young lady working in paint department. She was able to match a color for me that seemed almost impossible with the sample I gave her to work with. She had a really good attitude as she struggled. Therefore Home Depot Chino gets a 5 star

As a senior citizen I realize that technology is the future. Yet its very disheartening when absolutely nobody is operating a single register. Im told its COVID 19s fault. As a result Im forced to ask for help at the self checkout counter.Im willing to learn but sometimes (when nobody is around) Id really appreciate the service that Im accustomed too. Must everthing be self service? I for one would like to have a choice!

I dont often review a place due to a single bad interaction with an employeeI know people get frustrated and overwhelm at times. But this time i go to buy a paint sprayer and i seen they had none on the floor. Not wanting to waste anyones time although the employees were not busy just chatting away. I checked the rafters to see if they might be some. When i spotted 4 right where the ladder they use was already positioned i went to get thier attention. I asked do you have anymore of the item she straight said no we dont. I then asked can you check the back. She said we dont have a back. Well can you tell me another store that might have it. She got frustrated and started checking. She then said some far away stores. When i tried to see the liat of stores knowing id see this store showing they had some she pulled away and said i wasnt allowed to see. I dont understand what made her judge me and then take it on her own to decide i wasnt able to make a purchase and would instead have to drive far away for an item that is clearly there.

This Home Depot is another friendly and helpful one. Plenty of parking and remember there is a cookie truck that comes on Fridays that parks in the parking lot. From 4 on to 9 pm. Cookies are to die for. 😋

Clearly this stores manager does not care about customers. I received an in-store only coupon with 15% off because of the new home we just purchased. The coupon expires on 4/15/20, but I didnt want to risk my familys live by walking into the store during the pandemic. So I waited until yesterday to see if I could still use my coupon. But the managers response was a hard no. Thanks for that. I guess all of my future application and improvements needs will need to be done from either Costco or Lowes. Great way for turning away long time customer! I would not recommend any of my family members to shop at this Home Depot as well.

Seems like over the years they have had less employees i once worked at depot for 10 years 8 as an ASM and it just seems like service has gotten worse. Only reason i gave 5 stars is because i know what i was looking for and it was in stock.

I ordered on two separate occasions from this store and opted to do the curbside pick up. Both times my order was never brought out to me. Both times after waiting over 10 minutes I had to go into the store to pick up my order and they still didn’t have record that I was waiting to for my order to be brought out to me. Absolutely ridiculous! The manager Mike said it might have been a glitch in the system. Really?

Nice place, lotsa stuff, but if you want a real hardware store, Chino Lumber and Hardware. Its the way hardware store should be, bunch of old guys, but they have everything. I wanted #29 drill bits, 8-32 tap, and 8-32 x1/8 inch set screws, and they had them. They may not sell frigs and washers, but thats what the other guys are for.

Found everything I wanted easy enough. Service was good!

I dont Care for this particular layout I wish they would keep all the Home Depots the same. This torrent was very quiet compared to the Glendora store. I was actually able to find someone within a minute and ask for help. I give it 4 stars due to the layout. I didnt particularly care for it and they didnt fit. Store was very clean for a Home Depot.

Im a roofer and stop by Home Depot relatively frequently. Never have I been so dissatisfied with the customer service. Fortunately theres a Lowes right around the corner. Had to leave and go there.

Horrible. Asked 5 different associates where an item was and they all failed. Lazy customer service. The correct thing to do would have taken the customer to the area. But nooooo. Lowes helped me find the item right away. Thanks lowes.
