Horrible service and work quality. Background: I have a work van that broke down and was towed here for service on Wednesday 8/4. We are suspecting it was bad fuel pump from 6 months ago when I had warranty work done on the fuel tank. The van has been feeling weird since.-1 Star: waited about an hour till someone was able to get my keys and confirm drop off.-1 Star: it is now 8/10 and 4 business days later and I havent not gotten a call back.-1 Star: today I made 3 calls, a few hours apart, with no answer from my service advisor and no one can see the details on my car besides the service advisor. His name is Raymond. I was told, he was at lunch twice.-1 Star: I left a message yesterday and today for Raymond to call back with two phone numbers and still no response. My work van is essential to my essential business, without it, its costing me about $100 a day for a work van rental. I will not come back in the future and I recommend others not to give them your vehicle to service.
Brought my mustang and they will fix the problem but Ive brought it 3 times in the past 4 months for multiple problems. Each time I go they find something new wrong with it. Ive asked twice to have my vehicle fully inspected and paid for that but they are unable to find all the problems at one time. At least youll get the car fixed but expect to pay for the labor.
Like most other places Chino Hills Ford service department increased prices dramatically, increased wait times dramatically, and lowered service expectations.Unfortunately, local mechanics are also hurting and several closed so it seems they are taking full advantage. I had previous credit to account that I thought I could use and save a buck and find somewhere open (and definitely not a place like Jiffy Lube which has always been worse). Well, its used and last time Ill be using their service. Would recommend trying to find local mechanic and help out small businesses anyway.
Lived in Chino Hills for over 30 years, tried to buy my cars there, always found a better deal at other Ford Dealers. Called for service put on hold for more that 10 minutes each time, asked to speak with a manager, on hold for another 15 minutes, hung up and called Quick lane in Rancho, got right through. Its a shame to live in Chino hills and have to drive to another town to get good service.
Been coming to chino hills ford fo years. I have purchased 2 trucks and have had all 4 of my trucks serviced here. They have always treated me like a VIP. The prices for service are competitive.
Awesome experience! Everyone seemed happy to be there and friendly!
Nice park, nice facilities as well. Volleyball area and baseball field. Bike trail to right above it
