I was greeted by the woman at the checkout stand as I walked into the store. I was asked if I needed help and being it was my first time at this location, Yes and she directed me to the section of the store where I found what I was looking for. Great customer service!

This store was very well stocked even though it was just before Christmas when I went there to shop. The prices were reasonable and the store was very well organized. Everybody in the store was abiding by the covid-19 restrictions. This is the nearest sporting goods store to me so I will be returning for any future Sporting Good needs.

Store hours says it closes at 9 pm.I got there at 8:35 pm and someone was standing at the door telling people they are closed.Uhm stores hours posted says closed at 9!Online store says closes at 9 !Yet they make their own hours and choose to close.Then she tells me on Fridays it’s different and each store is different !Ya right ! Making excuses for closing early.This is why stores have hours posted so they can stay open until time of closing !

I went in to buy a boogie board that I had seen advertised in their weekly ad. They had a better-than-expected selection including someone sale that were not in the advertisement. I needed to get some boards down from a top shelf and had no problem finding an employee to grab a ladder and bring some down for me. She was very pleasant about it and we had a nice conversation about the merchandise. Checking out was easy, they were good amount of customers in the store but no long line issues. The cashier was very friendly. As with any business the service can vary from location to location. As far as Big 5 Sporting Goods goes this location is excellent!

Items are gone because of the great customer base.

Its a small big 5 but it gets the job done. The staff was friendly and polite. The variety of items wasnt the greatest but thats also probably due to covid as well. Besides that nothing great or bad about the store.

Great customer service at this location. Only thing that keeps me from giving them a 5 star review is...... numerous times I have left the store empty handed because they dont have the items I need. Im a long time shopper/fan of BiG 5... but these days it seems easier to just shop online.

I went to Big 5 because I needed 3 matching soccer balls size 4 (not an easy task because size 4 is for younger kids) and I was greeted with a hello and a smile .I was helped by Victor who grabbed a latter and climbed all the way to the top shelf in search for the 3 matching soccer balls but was only able to find 2.Victor went out of his way to call another store Chino and had them put on hold for me.Did I mention that Victor honored a sale price that had already expired AND got me the sale price at the other store as well ?Btw ... the day before, I had gone to that other place the rhymes Ricks Sporting Goods and got Zero help after being there for over half an hour.... I will never go back to Ricks .I five Big 5 Sporting goods five Stars.Thank you so much Victor.

Okay so they have some really great deals but this specific store had the slowest and rudest employees ever! It took them 15 min to being me a show and when they did it was in the wrong size. I was really disappointed in their customer service.

For a big box store this locations is pretty cool. They have a decent selection of knivesThey carry SOG (my go to brand ) they also carry a few other decent brands. They have a small selection of real guns along with BB guns. They carry a few crossbows as well as a decent archery section. The staff is friendly, courteous and very helpfull. They have a few staffs members that really know their stuff when it comes to the outdoors. You can tell they know what there talking about and that theyve actually used the products.

Girl working there is awesome, honest found 100 Bucks that I lost and returned them.

The sales staff was great. They helped find the right size of shoe for my husband. Awesome job.

I shop at Big 5 all the time. This time the staff at the shoe dept was not friendly. I asked for help a couple of times with different style shoes and both times they appeared to be bothered.

This is a pretty big Big 5 store carrying all your sporting goods needs. Despite it being a bigger store, the layout is very similar compared to other Big 5 stores (very cramped inside with tons of stuff). That said, Big 5 tends to be the cheapest sporting goods store in the area (compared to Dicks, Sport Chalet, Sports Authority, etc.), so Id highly recommend checking there first for whatever youre looking for.

Good place to go for enthusiasts of any sport. Staff is friendly and well informed.

The location in Chino is nice and big, Merchandise is stored in clean manner (not all over the aisles). Customer service is good, and you can find an associate for when you need help or have a question.
