My sister sent me this cheesecake as a surprise for my birthday. It was shipped in a nice box, but when I opened it the cheesecake was warm, and it was sent with a 5x8 gel ice pack, separated from the cheesecake by a piece of cardboard. I brought it in as soon as it was delivered. I immediately called the company and have left two messages without a response. I wish my sister would have read the reviews before spending a cent with this company.

Never order from this company! I ordered a Sugar free Cake and multiple Sugar Free Candies for my Wifes Birthday. The Website stated the box would be packed with Dry Ice and would arrive fresh. FedEx dropped off the box and I brought it in seconds after it was dropped off. I notice the box was soft and partly open The box arrived damaged and the internal temperature was over 86 degrees. I notified Andy Anand minutes after opening the box over email. The Store does not have a Phone Number that works. They only handle issues over email. The asked for pictures and I sent them. They stated the cake was not smashed and they would talk to their Manager. That was 8 days ago and never heard back from them again. I have emailed them multiple times without a response. This company is a terrible. Never order anything from them!!

Have never looked forward to a better sugar free after dinner treat! You can not tell it is sugar free at all. Made with love and lots of pride. 3 grams of carbs. The only confusion is says it’s 170 calories per slice but it arrives cut in 12 slices.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company. This is, at best, a very poorly managed company with ZERO customer service representatives, and at worst its a complete scam.I ordered a box of sugar free truffles on 02/17 for our anniversary. I paid $9.99 for two day air delivery, as they said this would be guaranteed to deliver before our trip. I received the email from FedEx that the package would be delivered two days later, on 02/19. However, 5 days later, I still had no truffles, and my FedEx tracking simply says Pending even today. I sent an email, per their order confirmation email, to inquire about the status and ask for a refund on at least the 2 day air delivery. No response. I tried 3 more emails to them with no reply. I attempted to call the phone number listed for them, and it immediately forwards to a voicemail that reads a different phone number off, with no outbound recording or branding of any sort. I did leave a message, but received no call or email back. I tried to reach out on their sites chat feature, as well as on Facebook Messenger. Both sent me an auto-reply telling me to email them at the same email address I had already emailed four times. The order status on the Andy Anand site says preparing for shipment which it has said since 02/17. Today, we finally called the bank to dispute the charge and have it reversed, since we are obviously not getting our truffles. Purchase at your own risk, but I would never recommend this company.Update 03/06/21: With still not a single word from the company, I was notified by FedEx that they package would be delivered today (after a few weeks of waiting). I attached a photo of this horrendous product. Theres oil all over the outside of the box, and all of these chocolates have melted and re-solidified into one big gross mass. Im so grateful we disputed this and got the charge reversed, because its clear the company doesnt respond to customers to correct issues like this.

Placed an order for a cheesecake for a 19 February delivery — the cheesecake left the store on 16 February and didn’t arrive to my house until 1 March. During that time I contacted the company several times inquiring about what to do if the product was spoiled when it arrived, and received no response. When the cheesecake arrived, it was warm and covered in mold. The only time the company responded was when I filed a dispute via PayPal, and all they did was provide the FedEx tracking link saying it was delivered. Highly disappointed that the company neglected to respond to my numerous emails; additionally, even if the item had arrived by 19 February I think it still would have spoiled given how poorly packaged it was.

I’m sorry but I give it 0 stars. My son sent me a 6 piece assorted sugar free fudge. I thought maybe I just didn’t like the first one I tasted, but I did not like the rest either. I’m waiting to hear back because I want my son to get a full refund. Unfortunately, I had to dispose of them because I had no intentions of eating them.

Very disappointing! Had I read the reviews earlier, I will definitely not order from this company. Everything in their website is misleading. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Looks like they manage to operate with the customers’ money that they scammed!

I would give them no stars, if I could! We were sent a cheesecake as a Christmas gift. No where on the package did it say that it was perishable or needed to be refrigerated. We opened it up to find a cheesecake that was 58 degrees, which is unsafe to eat. I sent them pictures showing them the issues. The company replied saying that it was packed with 5lbs of dry ice, it was not. It had a gel “ice pack” that was soft and not frozen. They told me that the cheesecake was soft, due to no preservatives. No, it was soft because it was not properly shipped. It was sent from California to Connecticut and it took three days. In addition, the card inside did it say who it was from. So far, they have refused to make this right.

Please dont order from this company if you value your money. I ordered a sugar free cake from them that was supposed to be delivered in 2 days. 14 days later, Im still waiting for the cake. They dont respond to emails. That dont answer the phone. On opening a dispute, they said the cake is in transit and have a FedEx tracking no., which says unable to track!! Disappointed as it was a Valentines Day gift. The worst customer service ever!!!!

My husband gave me a box of their sugar free chocolate truffles for Valentines Day and they were delicious! If I didnt know there was no sugar in them I wouldnt have been able to tell by taste, they were that good.

The packaging is extraordinary, the cheesecake arrives in perfect condition & enclosed is a sweet 🌼 pressed flower card that says For You on the outside and blank on the inside to write as a gift for someone.

I ordered a cheesecake to be delivered for my son’s 21st birthday. I ordered in plenty of time. I watched the Fed Ex tracking take it from California to Ontario when it was supposed to go to Kansas! I alerted them, again, in time for them to fix it, and they didn’t. Still waiting for the cake. Never again.

Terrible experienceI ordered the gift pack of dark chocolate cherries for a gift for my moms birthday. The outside presentation was beautiful but when you open the box it is in a bag and all of the chocolates were broken, smashed, and stuck together. (Which accidents can happen, so that’s not what made me upset) What really made me disappointed with the company, when I notified them to expect a replacement or refund, they NEVER contacted me back. POOR QUALITY and POOR BUSINESS

I ordered the almond cheesecake and chocolate almonds for sister and brother in law in Arizona. I became concerned when the Fed Ex tracking numbers were switched and said order was in Tennessee the day of sending to the house in Arizona. However, they arrived well pacaged and in excellent condition. Sister said it was absolutely the best cheesecake she ever had. The chocolates were outstanding, too.

My fiancé ordered me 2 cheesecakes (chocolate and turtle) from Andy Anand. They were both delicious, although the chocolate was my favorite of the two flavors. Both cheesecakes arrived frozen as intended and well packaged. They both came with a cute handwritten card with fresh pressed flowers. Very adorable and personalized, only place I have received a cake from that takes so much care with a gift. Most places just type a gift message on a receipt. This made me so happy, loved it ❤️!!

Got a box of...something as a gift. I think they were supposed to be macarons, but they were completely smashed to pieces when I opened the box. There was some bubble wrap sort of haphazardly tossed inside but it did nothing to preserve the food. Some of it could have been on shipping side, but the outside box was fine so its more of an issue with proper storage BEFORE sending the product out. Cookies just flying around a box with nothing properly securing them. They also werent sealed at all (not in a plastic bag inside the box or anything), so they are probably stale to boot. Not to mention getting showered with crumbs while opening the box in the first place. Pretty grossed out. Might have been tasty, but the disgusting packaging is off putting to say the least.

Finally got my cheesecake that today on 3/02 which was supposed to arrive by 02/12. I have tried to contact these people via email and calling. They wont respond via email, text or answer their phone. Cheesecake was time sensitive. It arrived beyond spoiled. I am having carrier pick up and return to company in the same condition I received it, except it might be a bit more spoiled by the time it gets back to them. I will contact my bank for a refund because your cant reach these guys and obviously they dont care. I plan on contacting the health department in their municipality to file a complaint for the receipt of a product that is spoiled and probably full of salmonella and botulism. My recommendation is to never buy from them. They have no business being in business.

I ordered some varied chocolate from their website. The packaging and little pouches that came with each order were lovely. The candy was delectable and somehow we got mint chocolate covered oreo cookies instead of the regular. They were really nice on the phone and immediately rectified the situation. We loved everything we ordered and I will definitely order again for myself and as a gift. What a great treat during Covid or anytime. The Lemon Almonds were out of this world. 48 pieces!! with prime quality chocolate, however are you able to say no?? dotty the flavors and style of the box. I talented it to a bunch at work and it had been quite enough. actually chocolate is often a decent alternative, however everything else Andy Anand did with this box makes it look most additional adorer and delicious.
