Very poor service from the rep Gabby as soon as i go to the store she is on her phone with an attitude this my second encounter with her and she is always extremely RUDE!!!! Every I go to this store she never wants to help me . Thank you to Robert who was so helpful and very kind great people skills. Id like if the manager would bring this to her attention, i recommended my friend about this location my first visit with the manger was so pleasant my friend also received the same treatment from gabby sadly disappointed ill have to look for another location for my cricket needs.

Worst phones on the market I bought the most expensive phone they have and I had issues withen the first month and then they say you have to send it in and that will leave me with no phone so they basically want you to spend more money for another phone ..this place is a scam service is terrible always droping calls and dont expect thing to run smoothly if you use your phone for business ..I hope this company gets the karma they deserve for having me pay so much money for thier junk products I hope more people speak up..
