The owner Larry was very rude on the phone. As a vendor we thought we would help them with a promo they offered. Pay $3000 in advance and get a bonus credit. Now, they mark up our quotes to higher amounts and when we asked for the $3000 we paid and not to receive the bonus credits we are told there is no refunds. They have literally taken our $3000 and the Owner (Larry) refuses to issue a refund or talk to me on the phone. BEWARE!!

Larry and his team are top notch on all levels. I really cannot say enough. And, to qualify, I have been in the production, marketing, and ad specialty industry for over 20 years and have used well over 20 different screen printers. We have been using Teefor2 for the last 5 years.First of all and most importantly, Teefor2 quality has been beyond what I thought was possible for silkscreen. We have a particular client that submits graphics by a fine artist that always consists of between 7 to 12 colors with more detail than any silkscreen project that I have ever seen (I believe that samples are posted on their website for Humboldt Nutrients). The artist, himself, is consistently impressed at the quality of the screening. He had always done heat transfer prior to us bringing him to Teefor2.....and hasnt looked back since.Secondly, Larry and his sales teams responsiveness is quicker than any other silkscreen vendor that I have ever used. I can submit an RFQ and I consistently have a response and detailed quote within 2-hours.Thirdly, their margin of error has been ZERO. I have yet to experience any problems with quality, art error, location imprint error, product sizing, product color or lead times. And this is over 5 years.And lastly, I come to Teefor2 whether its a small job of a few dozen or larger jobs of thousands. Their scalability has suited all of our needs.Thanks Larry and team for making us look good!
