Really great staff at this location. Okay, most In-N-Outs have great employees, but this one stands out! I have 3 stores to choose from near me and this one in particular has phenomenal employees. Food is always consistently hot and good.

I had a double double protein style (no bread, wrapped in lettuce). It was good but the burger patties seemed smaller than the ones get at the Moreno Valley (pigeon pass exit off I-10) location.(?) Idk....but my dog & cat loved, loved, loved the pup patties I got for them! Regardless of the size differences at the two locations, they tasted 👍!

Passed by at night to grab a double double no onions, fries, and a milkshake. Guess what? The double double had so many onions… and my fries were upside down… like how does that happen… the only good thing was the shake…

Ordered #1. In Chino Hills location. Meat was raw in the middle, upon return, burger was still awful. Ordered both Animal style. Extremely small bits of dried out onions, like chipped. Both burgers dry and bread on replaced burger, taste like paper. Fries were a bunch of small broken dried out pieces. Not even a complete order. So, NO, I WANT WASTE MY MONEY AGAIN. QUALITY HAS GONE DOWN!

Great service, long lines but they move fast. Ordered a #1 crispy fries and a dbl chz protein style, our burgers were delicious but our frys were overly done. Yes I asked for them crispy but not burnt. We sorted through it and threw out all the burnt ones and this is what was the outcome. Im surprised they served them In-N-out is usually good about quality control. Im upset at myself for not checking them before we left.

This place always makes my cheese burgers and French fries fresh. The quality of the food is spectacular and delicious. I highly recommend this place to anyone who likes a great tasting cheese burgers.

In N Out Burger is the absolute best! Very consistent in food quality. The service is ALWAYS very much customer friendly. They will trade out your fries in a snap if served less than hot. Ive visted numerous locations over the years in So Cal, Nor Cal and Las Vegas and theyre all great!

It was my husbands 74th birthday today. He is the love of my life and has Parkinsons really bad. His favorite place is In-N-Out I ordered him two cheese burgers and a order of fries. I never complain but I had half the fries we normally get so I bought another order. Really not good. I hope it was just a mistake and you arent cutting back.

Food is good. But the employee who talk to customers doesn’t wear mask. I don’t feel comfortable because we are too closed and can be spread COVID virus.

Animal fries are so good. Would like to know all the secret orders possible. Delicious cheeseburgers (well done) and thick shakes. I love coming here when visiting California

This in & out was cool the food came out pretty fast even Though they had a lot of people.

The lettuce for our protein style burgers were so fresh. The fries for the regular fries and animal style fries were perfectly crispy. The milk shakes werent too thick. And the service was amazing. The staff greeted us with smiles all around. This In-N-Out made sure the little things were well done and made my grandparents, brother, and dad extremely happy with this meal!

Their menu is as simple as 1 2 3. Still biggest bang for your buck.

Absolutely love this place. They simply have great burgers, great fries, and great chocolate shakes. Remember you can always ask for off menu items which are not displayed on the regular menu. The only problem is that the lines are so long at the drive-through but even with that being said it is still worth it because you always get a great quality meal.

Disappointed not the in n out I knew. Order to go. Bit of a crowd knew I would be waiting alright. By the time I got my food it was taste less and cold.

Good location, at a shopping center. We came in around 3pm on a Friday and the line was very short. The drive thru had a moderate line, so we decided to eat in. We didnt wait more than 5 minutes after we ordered till we got our orders. It was a pretty hot day, so we elected to eat inside. There are tables outside and probably would be nice on a cooler day. As usual, burgers are the jam. I usually rush thru eating my fries, as they taste so much better when theyre still hot. When they get to room temp or cooler, theyre not as scrumptious. Glad to see they also had touchless fountain beverage dispensers. All you have to do is hold your finger between the sensors. The only dispenser that you do have to touch us the lemonade.

Wish we had In-N-Out in Tennessee...... everyone I have ever eaten at while in California is awesome and fast.

Same as the other in and outs Burger joints: over salted and over fried buns; crowded as usual. You need an extra 15 minutes of wait time if you come here. French fries, Kona blend coffee and shakes are pretty good. Just noticed that they offer free hot cocoa to kids on rainy days. This is nice but it doesnt rain that much in Chino.

The line for this In-N-Out is scary to look at, but in reality it will go by fast since they know what to do. I customize my order very much and they are always happy to do it and they always get it right, most fast food places mess up on your order but this In-N-Out has not failed me the countless times Ive been coming here. Food was fresh as always and I highly recommend adding chopped chilies to your burger and fries if you want that extra kick of heat. If you want some good smash burgers with excellent flavor then you should try In-N-Out.

Way to salty for some reason. Dont get whats going on there right now. Never really had salty fries from in and out, but now I guess I have.

The line goes so far back I lose my way. But the food is bomb its worth the wait.

Its In-N-Out, you either Love it or you dont, Hey some people dont love puppies or Sunshine LOL . We all know about the Double-Double and 4 by 4 but the Classic is the double meat with fresh onions and pickle a must try and get crazy and add grilled onions also.

Still Bar none Best Burger ever . Double Double Animal style, Keep the Fries Old school extra crispy and a ice cold lemonade . Fries are always made fresh crispy and airy full of flavor . The Burgers are always cooked to perfection tender juicy with fresh lettuce onions . California Burger Heaven .

In n outs can be a hit or miss but today they forgot to cut my 4yr sons Hamburger and CARLY noticed and had them cut it I really appreciate her and the customer service she provided.

The young lady who took our order was very professional and nice. We had a very large order and at the close of the night about 1:15 am. She and her team handled it nicely. I was very satisfied with how they handled themselves especially since it was just a few minutes from them closing. To me that says something. Many employees at various establishments are just done at the end of the night and will treat you with contempt, but not here. Five stars across the board.

It was grest that day a whole school of ball players were there and the noise was so loude one could hardly think but it was great watching the kids talk about their experience l give In-N-Out Burger a ten Star and your five

Its always a treat to get a burger and chocolate shake. Not a fan of their american cheese although when its melted its not so bad. Did the walk in. Was fairly quick but no indoor eating.

LOVE In n Out but i swear this location has something funky going on with the onions. I always get onions on my burger and animal fries bc I loooove onions but the past 3 visits have not been the same AT ALL. Theres this awful tinge smell and the taste is even worse than the smell. You can even smell the funk driving by. Fix the onion situation and im back to this location.

I Love In and Out Burgers the animals fries is the best I guess thats another way of saying loaded fries onions cheese and spread on top of its so delicious. Dont take my word try the next time you go even if all you do is put In And Out spread on your fries
