Love this store I go here very often! Usually have all the stuff I need

Cashier was nice. Wanted to buy furniture but no one was working the area and no one could help us. Too bad!

What has happened to this Big Lots? I went a couple of weeks ago and noticed that none of the regular workers that Ive gotten to know over the years were there. The bathroom sink was also broken. Really? During a pandemic? I thought it was weird but thought nothing of it. I went back again early this afternoon and it was a different place. No music playing from the store speakers. I was looking forward to hearing some Christmas music. It just felt dead in there. I forgot to check the bathroom so I dont know if the sink was fixed. The workers were all new. What happened? It looks like they only kept one original worker there Julia. The one that I always avoided because I feel like she talks down to me. Like Im dumb. I dont go in to shop to feel judged. I dont know what happened to the old staff or why they have no music but it feels very depressing in there. I hope this was just a bad day and doesnt continue. I never write reviews but felt compelled to this time.

I love Big Lots. One star off because this one isnt stocked very well...

Love that they offer curbside pick up for call in and internet orders along with reserved parking. This location keeps items in stock and has more variety than the Chino location.

I am very dissatisfied with this location I had an offer to get a free DVD for being a cardholder, but I unfortunately did not get the email on time ..i called and explained if I could still get it cuz it was for my sons birthday which is on Christmas Eve and they flat-out told me no sorry cant do it, its unfortunate and they cant.. I will no longer be a customer at this location you lost my business... WISH THEY HAD HOLIDAY KINDNESS

They have alot of nice home decor but no prices... I didnt buy alot of items because I hated having to go and ask for pricing. $10 & $6

Big Lots has always been a favorite for various items, this time was for plastic containers..This particular store should have had a larger selection for the large containers...

They actually have lots of furniture and couches here. I think a manager even came by to ask me how I was doing and if I needed help anything!

We went to buy a bed for a family member that is very ill and Maryjoe and Freddie were so kind and went out of theyre way to help us very thankful for such great customer service keep up the good work.

Tell me why I was in line for 20 mins waiting to check out 🤦🏽‍♀️! On top of that I ask the manager for help he pointed where I needed to be and said Ill be right back to help you, and never came back. So I stand in line 2 cashiers trying to get the line down while the manager is just walking around not knowing or having a clue of whats going on. The poor cashiers seem more of a manager than the manager is! Poor management is what it comes down too! This store needs to hire a new manager asap!

Not a friendly place for employees if you notice when you go in no one is ever happy, too bad should not have to be a bad experience for employees since that makes it the same feeling for customers as well! I have been in retail for 33 years and never had such a unprofessional and poorly run company to have worked for but to all those customers I had befriended I will miss them, good luck to those who are still hanging on there

The furniture side of the store was too full to even try to look for something

Just moved into a new home and completely refurnishing it. Big Lots has a wide variety of nice and different items that I could not find in regular furniture stores.I have purchased desks, shelving, filing cabinets and wardrobes. So far everything has been perfect and I would not return any if it.

I find all our snacks here. I always have a $15 off coupon saves me alot with rewards. They are very nice here and honor my expired rewards coupons if they are just one or two days old.

I was really surprised by how very large this store actually is and how well maintained it was. Everything I saw was organized and in order and it was very easy and quick to find what I was looking for and keep on rolling

The store is old, but they have a good selection! Home decor items, furniture, small appliances, school supplies, electronic accessories, good prices on bathroom stuff, food items, holiday decorations and more. Good deals on most items! I really like the wall art/decor options!

I needed to buy more curtain panels to cover a large window. I had bought some at this Big Lots a few months ago and I didnt think Id find any more, but they did AND they were on sale!I saved enough on those to buy new curtains for the bathroom, so I did!I looked around and they had some great prices on a lot of items, but not everything is super low. I picked up charcoal body wash, shampoo and lotion, however, for a song!! And they are just as good as the brand name counterparts I usually buy at 3 times the price for 1/3 of the product!They have some great Halloween decorations right now, too, so hurry down!

I could not find what I needed. It is probably due to the pandemic. There were empty spaces in the shelves and the choices of towels/bathroom accessories were limited.

There was a sound bar that we bought the lady from the cashier said it was complete. And as we get home to open it up it was Missing almost everything!!! I had to go to another big lots to get my money back.

Big lots has gone down hill... I loved going to see all they cool stuff they have. This location is run down and the staff are not friendly at all. I went to the check out and had to wait for the cashiers to finish their conversation before they would help me. They asked me if I was ready and told me to hold on and they continued to talk. I will never go back...

There is basically nothing worth buying

Has a good variety of goods. I buy coffee for my Keurig there. The cost for a 42 and/or an 80 pod box is do much more economical than at Stater Bros or any of the other stores.

Place is clean and organized. Lots of great deals. I love movies and I purchased couple at $3dlls wow. Customer service is cheerful and welcoming. Friendly and helpful.

Great deals! Cashiers cant speak English too well but got me checked out when they stopped talking with each other. Have patience and look around. Lots of stuff inside for most everybody. PS: restaurant next door, Los Portales, stinks up the parki g lot like raw fish🤨🤨

I’ve been in this store a few times, they have a great selection of furniture and the staff is always very friendly. When they have coupons or their friends and family promo going on, it’s a win win. You can’t beat the sales!!

I did find the last pair of curtain I was looking for, but they had no Pedigree canned dog food nor the dog treats I was looking for. The staff were very helpful in locating the curtains I was looking for.

Terrible customer service

I went today to see the advertisement for coastal bathroom soap dispensers and i found nothing also i asked if they has disposable diapers for babies and they dont. So if you need diapers dont go to Big Lots.

The manager and the employees here a really awesome is this mileage and agree to what the upmost dedication and contribution to your phone shopping God blessing as I am disabled to help me out to get the clothes and they’re always there for you keep up the great job.

Cashier on first register, a very pleasant young lady. TheSecond cashier very, very rude, Sunday was the day, evening shift. Didnt get her name, or i would have complained.
