Worst customer service I have ever talked to.They sent a refurbished motherboard to replace the one that kept crashing.When we opened the refurbished one up, it had a piece broken off. We were told that we did the damage! 🤬😡Now, we are supposed to ship it back and if they cant fix it, they are just sending it back to us as is again...broken!!I have never heard of a company blaming the customer and telling me I am lying!! 😡🤬😡🤬🤬😡

Board died after 4 months, took 2 weeks to get a replacement that I had to pay 10% of the cost of the board to ship back, replacement lasted 3 DAYS!!Unwilling to refund, they want me to ship them my CPU and Memory now, but are unwilling to provide any insurance or ETA on when I will get my working parts back. Board is clearly incompatible based on the behavior that others have also reported.Poor products and poor customer service.

I really needed this I/O blend plate for my Z170AX1. It was very difficult to find this part anywhere online and so my last resort was to contact the manufacturer. I was worried because I thought I wouldn’t be able to get it but the customer service rep helped me and sent me the plate right away. I am very happy with their service and would highly recommend them!
