The help was wonderful, no hassle, no time waisted... I made a call for assistance to get the parts I needed, they know their products, just one question asked, my problem got resolved after.The kitchen faucet I bought works great, except of course, problem occur due to the nornal wear and tear after many years of using it, but still looks new, the color did not change. I did not regret to own the same product.

I had an old Moen valve in a remodel that was for less than standard thickness wall and my customer did not want to lose the closet space behind the tub. Luckily, I found a Kingston Brass retrofit kit that was amazing. Worked perfectly with the old valve and the options you receive with the kit were great. Kingston did not pop up on an initial search so this was one of those hour long searches that yielded a solution to my problem. I will definitely utilize their products again. I had a problem with a delay in delivery and they were super responsive to that as well. Cant say enough about my first experience with this company. Ill be back.

Amazing Customer Service -I had a leaking tub, and after speaking with the amazing customer service representatives at Kingston Brass, they were able to find a cartridge that would replace the old cartridge. Unfortunately, the old cartridge was not available for 3 months, so they found me an alternative cartridge. Once this alternative cartridge was installed, the leak was fixed, but the tub handles did not fit. I called a second time, and this time a second amazing customer service representative–Michele–spent significant time and effort to help find replacement handles for my tub. I have been extremely impressed with the effort and responsiveness of the entire team at Kingston breast, and would highly recommend them.
I contacted Kingston Brass because I got a kitchen faucet from them.After only about a month it broke and I ask if it can be replaced. It was still under the warranty so it was able to be replaced. I didn’t know it had a warranty, the customer service person told me it ( Michael ). I sent pictures to him to show what happen. I got my new faucet a few weeks later and it was even better. I found the pressure in the spray and just running were so much better. It was a smooth processes and hope if anyone has their product that brakes to think of Emailing them. I know returning things to a seller is usually a pain. I would usually just get another and not buy from that company again. This smooth process with Kingston Brass changed my mind. They stand by what they sell.

I bought a Kingston Brass kitchen faucet in 2019. This past year, the faucet head began to malfunction. It would revert itself to the spray function and not stay on stream. When I pulled the paperwork, I was happy to see it was guaranteed for ten years. I contacted the warranty department and a new faucet head is now on my faucet. The customer service was the most helpful customer service I have experienced in years. In fact, they were so accommodating, I thought I had time traveled back to the 50’s when “the customer is always right”. I will definitely buy another faucet from Kingston Brass again.

Over the past couple of months, we have bought several bathroom fixtures from Kingston Brass. We have a small sink in one of the bathrooms and unfortunately the length of the faucet spout was too long for the size of the sink and the tub handles did not fit our Price Pfister value so we had to return the various items we had purchased. That was disappointing because we like both the look of the fixtures, as well as the quality of the products. We had to return them to the company and the woman we talked with (Michele) was an absolute dream person to work with regarding their return. Overall, we were very satisfied with both the products as well as the customer service. We just wished the products would have worked with our 60+ year old home.
I cannot say enough about what a pleasure it is to deal with Kingston Brass and their customer service treasure, Michele. We bought a drinking water single-line faucet and a single handle faucet and sprayer from Kingston Brass. When our order arrived (quickly!) the sprayer was missing and not paired with the faucet as we had ordered. I emailed the company and included my email and phone. They responded right away and had me take a photo of what we had received. I emailed the photo and received a call from the kindest, most delightful service representative I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. She expedited a sprayer, and two days later we received it. But it had a flaw way up inside and we had a drip coming from the spray head running down into the cabinet. I emailed her with photos, and she called. She was so sweet and took care of us right away. She watched the tracking and called the next morning after it arrived to make sure it was working properly. We had a great conversation and a few laughs. I am so thankful that this level of customer service actually still exists somewhere in our world! My faucets and sprayer are all installed now and work so well. I just can’t get over the beauty and great quality of Kingston Brass. I’m actually excited to use my faucets and to just run water. The quality feels good in your hands. This is a great company with high quality products and I will be recommending them to family and friends.

I wasnt sure what I needed to Li Anne had me send her the photos of the tub and the faucet that needed the parts and viola, the next day I had an email with the links to the parts that I needed!Great service for sure - especially for a novice at this stuff like me. On Amazon there is review complaint not getting replacement, it is not my case. they go through my symptom and upload video to review. got my new part after approve and quickly arrived. turn out it is my membrane which is defective. which was just replaced 3 months ago.
Redoing your kitchen can be an arduous task at the best of times, but oh so rewarding when you install your lovely new faucet, that is, until your girlfriend decides she doesnt like the handles. A quick online order rectified this situation, but in the time it took me click submit order, the existing design had grown on her.The product is awesome, but the customer support was even better. Seldom do you have interactions these days with people that let their personality shine over the phone, but huge shout out to Michelle for being so awesome. She quickly and happily tracked down my order and was able to cancel and issue a refund in minutes. Jokingly she said, well get you next time jokes aside, I am certain I will be buying Kingston products for my upcoming projects.
My new faucet is great, unfortunately it also came with a drip. Upon contacting customer service, I was referred to the warranty dept. Karen in the warranty dept. had new cartridges sent to me in a timely manner. Still had the drip, I reached out to Karen again who sent me new cartridges again, this time it fixed my problem. A little bit of an inconvenience but but everything was handled as quickly and professionally as possible.
I called customer service for product availability on some faucets and while the product availability answer was not what I had hoped, Li Anne with customer service did an outstanding job sourcing the answer which was not readily available. She had to follow up later with the answer and she did so promptly and professionally. Very nice customer service experience.
I was shocked when I saw a group of recent 5 stars reviews for this company, but as I scrolled further down I saw all of the 1 star reviews that matched my experience. I needed to replace their leaky hot water connector, so I initially went to Amazon to get this $8 piece. This generic piece would not fit, so I contacted KB and was told to take a picture of the faucet, send a receipt and a VIDEO of the leak. I now had to re-connect this $8 piece and record it on my iphone. Michael at tech support said the file that I sent was too large and suggested I upload the file to YouTube. You will not speak directly to Michael at tech support. All communication is done by email. After 9 emails from tech support for this $8 piece, I called customer service. Not surprisingly, I was disconnected while waiting on hold. I called back and after 35 minutes, another tech worker told me he was able to download my video directly from YouTube and the part would be sent out in 7-10 business days. FINALLY, or so I thought. 2 days later Michael emailed me that the receipt showed the date of delivery but not the actual date of purchase. OMG. I went on line and found a different receipt with a date of purchase. Done. Not so fast. The next day I received yet another email to send the receipt as a PDF file. OK, Kingston Brass - you WIN. Im done. You will not have to open a claim on this $8 connector. I hope I am still within the window to return this faucet to the seller, but frankly I dont even care. If you read other reviews the expression jump through hoops comes up more than once. BUYER BEWARE P.S.- I told a friend about this saga and he told me that when he moved into his new house, 3 sinks were leaky. He called Delta, and without any questions, they sent out 3 kits the next day to resolve the issues.
LeAnn, the representative, was very helpful and patient to assist us with figuring out how to order bathroom faucets. We older folks are not as adept at doing things on the computer, and it was very refreshing to be able to deal with a person who was so helpful.

Kingston Brass provided excellent bathroom sink hardware, except the cold water leaked. KB sent a replacement cartridge under warranty, and when I couldnt remove the original, replaced the whole original piece. I am impressed with their standing behind their product, and I recommend them highly.

Bought a kitchen faucet set at Home Depot, but it had two HOT handles. Wrote Kingston, had a replacement in three days. Excellent service.

This is the second time Ive needed parts from Kingston brass for items Ive purchased from them, and each time I was able to get a hold of a customer service representative online and promptly get the parts I need.As a real estate investor, Im mindful of the bottom line. We never buy the cheapest stuff, but generally avoid the top of the line items because were usually either flipping homes or putting the items in our rentals.Ive LITERALLY purchased dozens of their kitchen and bathroom fixtures.The fact that you can even get parts should be enough to make you want to buy Kingston brass... But that they have customer service representatives based in the USA who really reply within a day or so...5 star worthy!
I placed an order for a diverter cartridge on Feb 28th. I received an email the product shipped on Mar 2nd. I have yet to receive the package. FedEx indicates the package has yet to be turned over to them by KB. I called and spoke with Michelle and she says it is ready to go, but they are having internal issues. Those are some serious issues that someone cant just hand it over to FedEx after 1 week. It sounds like everyone has quit the company and no one knows how to do anything.
While Li Ann was very pleasant on the phone and did email me the pdfs available for the Kingston kitchen faucet that I ordered, its unclear from the documentation provided whether all the parts for the faucet are present.
Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. We purchased a faucet that had a 10 year warranty. Five years into it, the diverter went out. Since then, this faucet has been discontinued (likely because it was a poor quality product). Trying to get them to stand behind it has been absolutely ridiculous. They have you jumping through hoops. I would never purchase anything from this company again. I wish there was a zero rating.
I would give zero stars if I could. Shocking customer service. Rude, disrespectful and beyond unprofessional. Jarvier was one of the people I spoke with and was appalled at his communication. I would highly suggest avoiding this company and their products at all costs.
I have to brag on Kingston Brass for a minute. Not only are the quality of their products superior for the price, but their customer service is incredible.We just moved into a home built in the late 90s, that has cheap fixtures throughout. I decided to change over from the builder grade Delta bathroom faucet to the Kingston Brass one I bought, and as they arent the same brand, the copper supply pipe was too short for the new one.So, I contacted Kingston Brass via facebook messenger and got a super friendly response, with a suggestion for a universal faucet to buy... But then they also asked me to hold tight until today to see if they could find a random adapter in the warehouse.Kingston Brass literally sent someone into the warehouse today to hunt down an adapter and send it to me. I will never buy another fixture from any other company ever again. I love Kingston Brass. They are everything I wish all companies were.
Possibly one of the worst experiences I have received. I ordered 6 bolts for a clawfoot tub. They reported the item shipped, however after 16 days I called and was told they were on backorder with no Im stock date. I was never notified of this and I had to call to get my refund.
You better hope and pray they send you the right stuff. We ordered a dozen faucets, and some of them had wrong pieces. We bought them several months ago, as we remodel rooms in our hotel, we pull them out. Well, they dont make it easy. You have to send them photos, and receipts. Complete nightmare. So, they send us the wrong parts, and we have to jump through hoops to fix it. Now I have to dig through months and months of receipts. Wont be doing business with them again! Incompetent!!!!!
Michael from the warrantee department went far beyond expectations. We needed a tiny diverter valve, so he not only sent me one on warrantee, but sent me another when I had to tell him the first one was delivered to our cabin in the U. S.which, we cannot visit during Covid Happy in Canada, and no longer washing my hair with a bucket.
Horrible customer service and I purchased an item less than a year ago.. That is no longer working. Emailed twice and no response so I called them to ask them on how to get it remedied. Was told to email again and try to fix it on my own. Which I advised them I already emailed twice and tried to fix it and was advised they could not do anything. Then was put on hold and another rep came on the line. His name was Javier and was quite rude and advising that I contact the seller. In which I advised the seller advised to contact them direct. He was very rude, patronizing and unprofessional. Per the other reviews I can see that they need work on customer service. I spend hundreds of dollars on Kingston items for my remodel. Please be warned that if you have any issues on items they will try to get out of doing the right thing.
Incredibly disappointed. I recently made two purchases with very unsatisfactory results. On Feb 15 I ordered bathroom fixtures. It was several weeks later that my contractor realized the faucet we bought would not fit. I called Kingston Brass explained to them the situation, saying we were just looking for a credit to purchase other items. We understood and accept their 30 Day Return Policy, but we were not looking for a refund. Rather a credit to buy other items. The Kingston Brass refused. The other items we purchased, we paid extra for FedEx Overnight. A full week had gone by and the items were not received. I called Kingston Brass, they told me the items were on backorder and they would ship them out overnight. I should received an email or phone call the minute these items were not available.Two experiences with this company, both incredibly disappointing.
When we received our faucet from Kingston Brass, its parts were clearly better than the other faucets we had seen. Assembly directions were easy to follow. When we found a small drip in the cold water upon assembly. we notified Kingston Brass and with proof of purchase, they immediately sent a replacement part. I consider their integrity in their work with us at all levels as outstanding. I wish that we had learned about them before we fixed the other sink.

Worst company ever! They claim a long warranty but dont stand behind it. I have a kitchen faucet just a little over a year old and it is leaking and has no pressure. They said its a valve (which I had to purchase because I didnt have my proof of purchase) and I have been waiting for two weeks to receive the item. Still dont have it and cant get any response from the company. Just horrible! i DO NOT recommend their products at all!
Terrible phone customer serviceI was very disappointed with the quality of the product and the customer service they provide the worst of all.I had purchased their product for a number of years and on and off had issues with new faucets leaking, they are poorly build and they often come out with defects that cost us time and money to repair or replace the fixtures, they always make a big deal out a phone call for the smallest repair part and try to detour you from getting warranty service parts until you give up and purchase a new product.The straw that broke the camel back is their attitude when answering the phone, zero effort in helping customer with a nice positive attitude, very negative all the time make you feel like you are bothering them when calling, you pull the words out of their mouth when talking because they dont have that business oriented conversation that you get from any other companies.I will not purchase their products in the future, Im asking my suppliers to keep our other brands in stock so that our customers can buy what is best for them.I will continue to purchase from other faucet manufacturers as I had for the last 30 years and had the best experiences with them, they take good care of my customers when needed as well as me, they are always happy to answer the phone and very helpful

Terrible customer service and a huge waste of time. I would avoid this company completely. They messed me around so much that it has delayed the contractor on my project and it caused me to suffer penalties for delays. I cant say anything for the quality of the product as i have received nothing from them without any real explanation for this. I absolutely cannot recommend this company and feel like this has been a very bad experience.

After initial installation, I had an issue with dripping from the faucet. I contacted Kingston Brass and spoke with Michael W who attributed the problem to faulty cartridges, and immediately volunteered to send out replacement hot and cold cartridges. The replacements arrived promptly, and after I installed them my problem was in fact resolved. In hindsight, I believe the original cartridges may have been affected by crud in my water lines, and their malfunction was not the fault of Kingston Brass. Nevertheless, the company stood behind their product and without any hassle helped me solve my problem. Truly excellent customer service.

I bought this approximately 3 years ago and the aerator fell apart. I contacted the company back in January (2018) as I tried to find a replacement in my area with no luck. I was told they had to order the part as they did not have any in stock. Here it is, April and still no part. I emailed the same gentlemen again for an update. I love my faucet but am not happy about how long it is taking to get the part.UPDATE(4/172018): Received an aerator yesterday (4/16/2018) and it fit!!

We purchased this product plus bath tub shower combo and 3 weeks never recieved product due to Kingston brass canceling the whole order because one item wasn’t in stock. Also KB employees sculded my wife over phone saying “your at our mercy, youve Already gotten our product cheaper through Home Depot compared to our website”....Other items we received were damaged and KB would not honor their warranty/quality. Wanted us to take back to Home Depot and wait another 2 weeks for them to order again when our contractors are waiting on their parts..”costing me more money”. Honestly so disappointed they make nice items. Just know you will be hung up on when asking about shipment of items or why you can’t get a replacement on a damaged over priced towel bar set or faucet. Horrible customer service from KB especially from supposive manager “Javier” . stay away from this company take your money elsewhere !!! Consider yourself warned..
I bought a faucet for our claw foot tub in our extra bathroom. The faucet has been used maybe 5 times. The body of the faucet started leaking. An obvious flaw in the metal. Called Kingston brass they told me to call the store where I purchased the faucet, I went back to the store they told me to call Kingston brass. Not real happy.
Terrible customer service. I am returning my two brand new faucets because I can’t get an answer about a replacement aerator I ordered that I believe was a wrong part. Glad I needed help before it was too late to return or I would have been stuck with them.
