I purchase a life springs spa in 2004 for my wife and thought this is a waist of money she will use it a couple times and the experience will be over, Not True. We both use it 2-3 times a week still 9 years later and enjoy the relaxation after a long days work. Thanks for a good quality spa still works like new.
About a month ago I purchased one of your Lifespas. This is one of the best things I have done this year! Not only is the construction second to none, the spa is well-built and very economical on energy. For anyone considering this company, take it from someone who has had other above ground brands as well as built-in hot tubs, this is BY FAR the best choice for comport and great satisfaction.
Bought my LS 6700 in 2007 and have never had a problem until now. They sold me from the beginning on the high quality components and I couldnt agree more. It is their basic model but is a fantastic value. The top side control is malfunctioning and Julie in service helped me quickly identify the problem and got the replacement part out in the mail to me. She clearly explained to me how to hook it up and assured me I could do it my self. She was an absolute pleasure. I would highly recommend LifeSpas to any one buying a hot tub. I am a very satisfied customer.
The spa is good had several years I need my motor reapaired I try calling the company but nobody answers the phone
I have had my spa for 8 years and i am just as happy with it now as i was when i first purchased it, it still looks and works like new, Lifespas was one of the first to have the salt water version which makes it a real pleasure to own. I only have to change the water once a year and they have everything i need right there at great prices, I love my spa.
Nothing but problems. It took twice as long as promised to deliver. The thing was amazingly load and the case vibrates like a drum. They guys that came out to look at it were a joke and made a half assed repair. I had to go back and do a retrofit on my own. Now after just a few months one of the pumps has stopped working and I need to call them out again. I totally regret my experience with this company, I am suspicious of the reviews I see here. Check out the review on Yelp.
I decided that I wanted a Hot Tub for the 2015 Fall season so I placed my order with LifeSpa’s in the summer after the Sale’s Staff let me know that (during the busy time of the year) the lead time for a custom built Hot Tub is about 2 months. Yes, you have to attend an on-line appointment to see their (old School video), if you do your own on-line research much of the video is redundant…but probably useful for impulse buyers or those with no knowledge of Spa systems. After the appointment and picking out my features, I paid 50% up front, seems reasonable, and 50% on delivery of the Hot Tub to LifeSpa’s headquarters. My Hot Tub was going on a long haul ride from California to my home in Georgia, LifeSpa’s set up the transportation. After its long ride the Hot Tub had a little damage so I took photos and immediately called LifeSpa’s (Wendy was my Lead Person). Wendy professionally and efficiently sent me everything I needed to repair the damage and checked on me by e-mail during the week to see that I had received all that I needed. Wendy also elevated the issue up to the CEO (Tim) to ensure my satisfaction was paramount to their entire organization. Tim called me to inform me that LifeSpa’s would see that my Hot Tub was ready to use, he said he was sorry for any down time I had for the short time the Hot Tub was non-operational (this was a good way to show he as CEO took interest in each customer’s issues). Wendy was able to provide all the resources I needed and Tim stepped in with additional assistance. My custom built Hot Tub is now fully functional and a very relaxing way to spend the evening. I purchased the Hot Tub package with the upgraded heater, a jet package, lighting, stairs, a cover and was sent some complimentary Leisure Time maintenance chemicals to keep my Hot Tub clean and balanced. Two weeks into (a lot) of operation everything is fine. Note: it is very important to annotate any damage to the Hot Tub when it is delivered on the shipping invoice. The Shipping Company is a separate entity than LifeSpa’s.
