Wow! Seriously the nicest people ever. Got served by a couple. They messed up my order the first time which is ok. It happens. What doesnt happen is when they call you to correct their mistake and even throw in more things, plus let you keep the order they messed it up for. In addition, they didnt want to accept the tip I wanted to give them because it is our fault. By far the nicest people I have ever met, no cap! ❤

I Love this place so much, it has become an addiction!! They have so many ice cream flavors and sorbets to choose from! Back before covid, one of the friendly employees let me sample practically every flavor I was intrigued by! I have recommended this specific La michoacana to so many people, and everyone tells me they loved it just as much as me! I hope to come back soon for the yummy Mangonada and chips with cheese!!!

Worst customer service ever. There was only one other guy inside who had already been helped and it took them 15 minutes to finish up with him. His order? 2 fresh squeezed juices. I had just come from the Michoacana on Central Ave and I forgot to order something so I stopped here to skip the long line and ended up taking twice as long for a Fresas con Crema that was had filled with cream. The only reason I even wanted one was because I saw someone else order one at the previous store and it looked great. The one this guy sold to me was mediocre at best. Avoid at all costs.

Extremely great service and cleanliness, they could use a little more toppings but the taste is on point,I got a mangoneada and a couple of paletas de frutas and it was a Fair price.

Very expensive comparing to others michoacanas, portions servings ridiculous small, and they charge more! Seriously if you go la michoacana in central you will get more for less, in this one they used the small containers and they charged like if you are buying a large one

I come here regularly and love the clean, welcoming environment. The staff always greet you with a friendly smile, and are knowledgeable about the products. Unlike other places, they will customize orders to fit the customer so if you like an extra drizzle of cream, it’s yours! I’m an avocado lover, and their avocado ice cream and popsicles are to die for (hubby loves the pistachio ice cream)! I’ve been coming here for about a year and they add new delicious products everyday. Definitely worth a visit 😊.

Bad customer service. Me and my husband were the only ones in the store. It took them 26 minutes to make us 2 esquites, 2 tostilocos, 1 Mangonada and 1 agua fresca. Other michoacanas have never ever disappointed me but this one was horrible.

Horrible customer service... I was the only one in the shop and they left me in the front for 15 min before I had to call to them...I work for postmates and had to wait 20 minutes for 2 items...once again...I was the only one in the place the whole time.

Ordered two biónicos vía phone which were made with a lot of jicama and pepino. Very disappointed.I would asked for biónico if I want those two.

Visited on a Wednesday I think. I had a cousin come into town and asked me to take him back here. The bill was fair I would say.

This was my first time to a la michoacana and it blew me away! They have tons of treats from sweet to savory for a very decent price point and Maria was so sweet and helpful! She was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave me the 5 star treatment (a lot of ice cream places make you feel bad just for asking for a sample) but she truly made my experience memorable. Will definitely be back

Been to others and by far this is the cleanest and friendliest staff. Mazapan and fruit n yougurt.mmmm bionicos yummmmm. We will be trying other snacks one day

I always have a blast everytime I visit. They have different varieties of ice cream and would give you a taste of everything to try. The environment is very clean and the service is tops. The rest room is also clean. You would be spoilt for choices. I would highly recommend.

Love this place! We just moved to the area and this is our “go-to” spot. The owners are really nice and the service is amazing. I’ve been to other “LaMichoacanas” and this one is by far the cleanest.

The variety was very poor. The owners seem not to know the business well. The serving portions were not like other Michoacanas! Mangoneada and bowl of ice-cream was ordered.

Got the cucumber cooler!! I added pineapple and ginger ... it was amazing .. will definitely be coming back to try more fresh pressed juices and smoothies ... you won’t be disappointed... prices are also fantastic 🙌🏽👌🏽👏🏽

Ordered the pepinos locos, it was poorly made, the cucumber had the skin on it, the centers of the cucumbers where still inside, one of the cucumbers was frozen. Also customer service was really poor, when we asked for the pepinos locos the lady made a face and rolled her eyes said ten minutes, do you still want to order.

Great customer service and excellent Mangonyadas! The place is clean, fresh and vibrant. They have so much more than ur regular other stores of this type...fresh juices...tamales...always a reason to go back and try something else!
