Hubby and I were looking for kitchen chairs for our rv. I was tickled because they had what I liked, and the price was right. Dave helped hubby carry them out to the car, I had locked the keys in the car. Dave immediately offered his vehicle, helped load the chairs and we were on our way. Wonderful sales lady. Took great time to answer all of our questions, calculate a package price & didnt make us feel any pressure. Unfortunately, 2 weeks after we placed our special order and placed our down payment & were told 6-8 week to receive from factory, we were called and told that our product was no longer available in fabric of choice!! TWO weeks after llacing our down payment, they were uust placjng the order?! So, still waiting for furniture!

Great Service! We Recently purchased a new living room set. There was an issue with one piece. I called in and the man on the phone said he just opened the doors and asked if he could call me back in a little bit. He did just that and then we set up a service call for that afternoon. Tim came out and quickly figured out there was a bad wire from the factory and temporarily got us back in business while he orders the parts. Thank You for everything from start to finish! I highly recommend this place.

We have recently bought a bed and adjustable base. We were not acknowledged at all by owner or a different manager who was lurking around. Our salesperson April was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and patient. Patient because in our visit she asked the owner Dave a question about a bed being in stock (as we were purchasing the bed) he still didnt acknowledge our existence and talked down to her in front of us the customers who were spending over $1800. Economy warehouse you are very lucky for having April as your salesperson...we would have been out the door without her. Dave is NOT his commercials!!! Good thing he doesnt have to deal with people directly anymore, hed be terrible!

I walked in looking for a medium firm twin mattress. Instead of telling me that they didnt have any, I was shown 3 mattresses. I came out with a too firm and hot memory foam topped mattress. I returned to Economy Furniture and again I asked for a medium firm mattress to trade for the first one I had bought. I had to choose between a soft mattress and a soft mattress with a pillow top. Any mattress feels good for 5 minutes. I didnt know it wasnt a medium firm until after sleeping on it. Then my back felt like the flesh was being torn from my spine. I tried to pay the restocking fee and give it back, but was told no because I had switched mattresses once before. I only came here because of the free delivery coupon I found online. I even live on the same street as Economy Furniture, but the delivery guys had to call and ask where I live because they couldnt find where I live on their GPS system. Now I feel like an idiot and am out about $400. I had to flip the pillow top upside down and put a camping mat on top of it to sort of tolerate it. I also have a $45 air mattress from Walmart that feels many times better than my new pillow top mattress when its right side up. A pillow top mattress has almost zero back support. I had to sleep on my air mattress for a few months, so I was not good at judging the firmness of the mattresses I tested in the store here. Good thing I discovered bed in a box options like Layla with free shipping, free returns, no restocking fees, etc. Those companies offer 100+ days to decide on a mattress with zero risk. Furniture stores like this must be put out of business for zero concern over ones health and money. If you dont have what someone wants, then say so. You dont need to just make a sale and wreck someones back for a tiny profit. The guy that picked up my return just went and took it straight to someone living in Arcadia. It was probably sold as new, so you could have at least charged me the restock fee and sold my current one as new too.

I never take the time to write reviews on products or businesses. I OVER research everything I buy so I can be confident going in that I will be dealing with top quality products and services. I EXPECT IT.With that said, The way I was treated at this business demands a review. In January of 2013, we purchased a sectional sofa here of a very reputable brand expecting it to last 10-12 years. A couple weeks after our sofa was delivered, we noticed there were some quality issues on most, but not all of the sections. I took pictures of the problems and returned to Economy Furniture to discuss the issues. They agreed that it was unacceptable and promptly contacted the manufacture to solve the issue.After it went through the channels at the manufacture they decided to replace the pieces with the problems and ask that the problem ones be shipped back ASAP.This is where Dave Lofquist at Economy Furniture stepped up and went above and beyond.Dave came to our house looked at the sofa himself, suggested that maybe a different fabric might be a smart choice for us ( which would mean telling the manufacture that they would be replacing the ENTIRE sofa, not just some pieces.) He then offered that the store would include a matching ottoman that we were considering ordering at no charge to us. He also informed the factory, that wether they liked it or not, the original sofa would remain in our living room until the replacement was delivered and set up.In this day and age of customer service being an afterthought or completely nonexistent once they have your money, I WAS TREATED BETTER BY ECONOMY FURNITURE THAN I HAVE BEEN BY ANY OTHER BUSINESS....... E V E R.I will never set foot in a different furniture store again.If ECONOMY FURNITURE doesnt sell it, I wont own it.
