Been here three times and it has been great every time. Came here once to change and update our plan, were were seem within 10 mins and everything was done quick and painlessly. The two other times were to get new phones and again we were seen very quickly and our transaction was smooth and quick with no hidden fees or any of those shanagins.

I spent almost $400 Here and she charged me hidden fees that she refused to take off saying it was mandatory yet the other cricket store I bought my wifes phone at in Madera the SAME day did not charge the same fees. Than I try and return an unopened accessory had purchased a few days before and she refused to accept. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy from cricket taking the drive to another store out of town IT IS WORTH IT!

She charged me a hidden fee and I asked her to please remove it and she told me she did, well she did NOT she was very sneaky and overcharged and added fees that were not necessary... I asked her to remove them after my card was slid and I was able to look at the receipt and she continues to tell me that all sales are final... Scammers! I will never return

If I could I would give no stars. Rude customer service. Store was set to open at 10am on Saturday. The girl shows up RIGHT AT 10 am, then proceeds to open the door and then lock everyone out again while she opened the store. She took her time; she was not hurrying at all. She was then very rude; did not even apologize for making everyone wait for an extra 5 minutes. Maybe the sign should not say opens at 10am, it should say the store will open whenever the lazy, rude employee decides to show up. I wont be going back here again.

Very bad service. Mrs. Maria added me to make sure and I told her that I did not want her, and then she charges me in case for the phone telling me that she came with the purchase of the phone. I STEAL! I OBLIGO TO HAVE INSURANCE in Phone that is not worth the Penalty. I speak to the client and it is not mandatory to have insurance
